Btw, i felt it was a bit not in the spirit of things to just open the door.
Seeing our GM has decreed Vedius should open the door.

So i went with the "My character is still a mech-wright after all" and "Tzeentch wants to mess with him" approach.

Well, he'll certainly need it reattached. Magic is hard enough to do with two arms, let alone one. Who gets to stick it back on, though... depends on who can do it first.

My Lucius post has been made, at long last. It even accounts for the effects of a ship suddenly appearing inside a Space Hulk at Warp velocity. That said, I don't think I've screwed anything up, so with that in mind, we can progress whenever possible.
