@Regitnui Hm, okay... Maybe this will become evident during the play... So I don't want to ask you to reveal too much... I was under the impression that whatever Starburst initiated is ongoing and its effect increasing...

I don't want specifically for her to have powers or anything akin to powers... I was just considering how she would feel and how it would affect her, knowing or wondering if one day she too might turn into a Freak or an Epic... You know... In terms of character building along the road... Stuff like that...

And I was simply trying to point to a different perspective... You know... We don't all have to be Superman... Some of us could be Lois :D I mean... let's face it... Lois is way hotter

Most depictions of Lois are much better looking. The Starburst affected younger people, those who were still growing, but it's an ongoing process. In fact, it's an ongoing process in active Epics as well...

It's technically Wonder Woman. But it's been altered to give her red hair and a green top instead of black hair and a red top. It was for a RPG here that rejected my character.

@Burning Kitty Why not a brand new idea... I know having powers is kind of exciting... But that's why I chose to go the Normal rout... I mean, normies are prety much the minority at this point right? Won't it be interesting for you to explore the world from this angle?

@Burning Kitty, that's basically Alex Mercer from Prototype with boobs. I'd say that's a little too powerful for the RPG and more of a Freak. She's similar to Nightmare, I think. The weakness is also very specific and likely extremely rare outside the military.

As with most all Epics, has slightly increased endurance and reflexes compared to Normies.


I also wouldn't mind being the token human and elderly in this cast of Epic and Freaky youngins

I'm not sure how this story will begin and how exactly the cast will mesh and who will go where and whatnot, but I will say this... Teagan made me go through all character sheets and informed me she's taken a liking to young Alex Newt I grilled her for an hour, but she wouldn't say what kind of a liking exactly, the old hag

I've never explored Alex's sexuality in my previous incarnation of this RPG, so if it's romantic I can't say how Alex would react until it happens.

Alex is my little baby. Probably one of the most fun characters I've created and played, and her ability is pretty fun and diverse.

Loving the characters so far, for the record.

@Old Amsterdam I didn't mean it to be necessarily a romantic interest... Although I'll admit... all my characters are not all the way straight In everything I write there has to be at least one character that shares that trait with me :D Since we tend to put pieces of us in our characters, loved and hated alike.

And I like all the characters in the cast as well... But there were two in particular that "spoke" to me... Or rather... to Teagan

So I guess we'll have fun exploring
