@Force and Fury It doesn't look like godmodding to me. Just remember that whenever you do an attack, it's not a guaranteed hit. Esailia gets to decide whether or not the palm thrust works.

And really, its a given. I was specifically opening her up to a counter like that. And I'll quickly write a response post, just to prevent any half-ended posts, and allow the scene to progress <3

I won't be responding till everyone else gets one in. I just hated the idea that everyone would need to write something along the lines of 'waiting to see what happened' >.<

I'm waiting too. Havent abandoned this thread, just don't think Shel can do much when "ambushed" like this. I'll have something about him being very concerned about the implications of no animal life as soon as this part concludes.
