Faolán's first post will likely be him interacting with his family, and then end up heading out. I suppose there's a chance of running into anyone who's actually in the Royal City –– although, I'll probably read the first IC post before writing anything, just to make sure.

The stables in the Royal City? Darius is going to be arriving with an escort, so they're going to have plenty of horses to drop off.

@Tackytaff Question: Has Anne met Arthur? She very well might have, as it sounds like she was a part of noble society in Royal City for a few years, and he's been obligated to attend a variety of social functions. Just something I thought of.

@Sisyphus Sure. They've probably been introduced at some-point, and at the very least know of each-other. Arthur could even know what she's doing in Galinas, maybe have a correspondence with her to get information about the science happening over there. Doesn't seem the type to care about national rivalries.

Heh... well, so far, I can see why Elian might be in a few of these places. A concerned civilian may call on him to come sort out the chaos of the inn. He might also drop off his horse at the stables, though I imagine he might not trust leaving an expensive, well-bred, pure-white, noble-looking stallion in a random stable. (Well, either that, or a slender, gentle black mare.)

I don't know - I'm planning for a big part of Arthur's character arc to be 'learning how to have interpersonal relationships', so I think a long-term pen pal situation is a little out of his depth at the moment. :P Maybe they just know each other in a 'social function' kind of way?

@Sisyphus@Tackytaff Well, it's possible that Elian could know either of your characters, given that he's serving the Royal family. A knight and a spy might well work together. And an inventor could be seen in passing.

Probably - honestly, Arthur's probably too oblivious to recognize any of the knights serving the Royal Family by name, but he'd probably recognize Elian.

Also, in an effort to keep hype and excitement for this RP high, I propose we indulge in a time honored Roleplaying tradition: character themesongs!

Fine fine. Lyrically I'd have to go with this. Particularly for 20 year old Duncan. I pretty much listened to Tom Waits the entire time I was writing Duncan, I think the blues shows a bit.

However, if I had to go with the feel of him, I'd go with this right here. Not even paying attention to the lyrics, it just feels like Duncan to me.
