Eh, it's fine. I take the stats as guidelines rather than strict rules anyway (to quote a certain pirate)

Its alright as long as thats what you intend.
Im used to people creating souped up characters that more or less exceed the limits just so they can justify their godmodding, so seeing ocs that arent maxed out is kinda surprising 😛

She'll be terrifying alright. Don't want Cel to be around when she becomes a witch with all those bottled up emotions!

As a heads up,
Will start IC once there are 5 complete chars (excluding mine). Next week is hell week for me but I aim to ramp up things after that.

@sassy1085 It's alright! I've been waiting on a few others as well. I'm a tad bit busy this week (have 3 tests this week and ofc thats overkill) so I havent picked up the rp yet. After the weekend, I should have this thing up and running regardless of how many characters are done~
