*Mergoux slides off the black smoke holding her and hits the floor hard. After a few seconds she raises herself onto arms and knees, both trembling badly from injuries and weakness*

*Her speech is badly slurred and barely understandable*

*Iris screams in shock and scrambles back, watching in disbelief*
