@McHaggisI was thinking about that as well. I'm not sure how long Nilak has been in Ba Sing Se but maybe they could have met briefly if Amaya would also treat people in the upper ring. I also have some idea's on how Dao could end up interacting with some of the other characters. He could receive orders to go undercover in the Ba Sing Se university to find out where the loyalty of a certain descendant of a firenation citizen lies ;)

Might be posting in 8-9 hours. Attending a free concert rn as some sort of celebration for first years in our Uni. Also, since Uni's up, might not be as active but I should be able to catch up with posts. Don't know if I said it already, lol, out of it since I'm waking up so early.

But Fumiko is definitely in that crowd. Since she's smol, might get pushed around and injured rip.

Relationships... hmm... Well, since Fumiko works/-ed in the Agrarian Zone, she can be friends/acquiantance with Peizhi. Fumiko does visit the Bending Arenas to cheer on her twin cousins so that could be another interesting source of friendship.

Since Mei works in a tea shop in the Lower Ring (if I read that right, anyways, kinda tired right now from all the socializing in my Uni's orientation), Fumiko can be a regular there when she's winding down or doing her schoolwork away from the rowdiness of her home.

If Fumiko's cousins frequent the healing area, that could also be the reason why Fumiko and Nilak know / acquainted/ friends with each other.

The Earthbender guy would be the type of person that Fumiko avoids though.


I think it'd be cool if fumiko and Peizhi are friends/acquaintances

Idea. Retired ex-hired killer who is a master sand bender, earth-bender, hand to hand and with a lance. He can't create or manipulate large rocky structures as he only focused on single target combat. Even if he wanted to his old age wouldn't allow him to manage learning, mastering heavy use of earth bending.

@McHaggis oops, sorry about that, I meant spears lol.

Well I did plan to make him 60+ years old. Let's say he spent 10 years mastering each that's more than enough. But anyway I was kinda mixing 2 characters.

Basically he is a master sand bender and master with hand to hand combat. Though I was never planning to focus much on earth bending. One core earth-bending skill he has is to crumble rock of any size. If crumbled enough it forms into sand which he can use. I mean to crumble a rock to a particle, I thought that that required some mastery*. And the other one is to compress sand hard enough to form rock objects like weapons(spears) which he has mastery of. But otherwise he has no control over rock in it's fully hard rocky state.

Also you know...Toph learned sand bending almost completely on her own. And she was just a blind child passing by. Imagine a visitor staying in the desserts for over 5 years. Given, my character was born there but you get the point.

As I start getting used to my sched, I should be able to begin posting more quickly. Uni is stressful and it's just the first week. Sorry about this. I'll start on it now and see if I can finish it today. If not, I should be able to finish it tomorrow but it's my mom's bday so we might eat outside to celebrate.

@McHaggis Finally over this illness (AND THIS STORMY WEATHER WHICH KNOCKED MY INTERNET OUT FOR A DAY THANKS LIFE) and am currently working on my character and I realised I forgot to ask a potent question as to how recent the attack on the Northern Water Tribe would have been? A few weeks, days, months etc.
