Jeofrey

Jeofrey extended his hand for a firm handshake. Despite being half the size of a human, he seemed just as strong. "Jeofrey Shmebulock, The Ice Queen's Champion, and Bard extraordinaire! I'd bow, but I'd spill the water in my armonica." He introduced himself with pride, giving Dain a charming smile. "I can't say I've ever heard of India, but I don't really know anything about the lands outside the mystic land. Present location excluded of course. Care for a song? It only costs five copper pieces." Jeofrey didn't really need the money, but it was a good idea to make money while times were good so he'd have something to fall back on if things got rough. He was expecting the foreign nature of his instrument to strike this obviously traveled human's interest.

"What did you call that smoke? Lobellia Tobacco? Here." he said, reaching into a pouch on his belt. He pulled out a draw string bag and, hopping up onto a stool, placed it on the bar. "That's Dwarven tobacco, that is." He opened the bag, removing a pinch. With his other hand, he reached into the same pouch that had housed the tobacco and produced his own pipe. He loaded the pipe and lit it, puffing contentedly. "You're welcome to try some, but I'll warn you, it packs a punch."

To the guest, Art said,"6 copper for a room, 2 for dinner. Depends on what you want to drink." She then stalked to the kitchen. "What the hell is happening to my kitchen," Art roared at the crowd. "Actually, I don't want to know. Angle, dear, no help is needed. Pease go back to the bar. Lucy, you may be excused as well. Chris, show up earlier next time. You may do the barley. Just watch the pot and make sure it cooks. Kric, just keep skinning." She rolled her eyes.

Kric the Imp

Interactions: Lucy @Raylah Art @Arya10108909

Kric only grinned a bit wider as the bar maiden quickly accepted the deal, his tail waving joyfully behind him. ”I’m glad we could make this deal, my dear.” He stood quickly, brushing himself off and checking his nails carefully to see if any squirrel blood had stained the long claws. He started off to help with vegetables with a distinct skip in his step, before the roaring sound of the monstrous boss had broke into the room.

”YEE-AH!!” The imp squeaked, leaping up onto the kitchen ceiling, nails digging into the wood, shaking like a leaf. Did she have to terrorize him, so?

Hearing the orders, Kric frowned, hopping back down lightly with a swish of the spaded tail. A soft smile formed on his face as he faced Lucy, hands folded neatly behind his back. ”Don’t forget our deal, yes? We switched jobs for now. So, I’ll be taking the serving path and you’ll be doing the skinning. We agreed upon this, hm?” The red headed imp darted out of the kitchen and into the tavern, taking a happy breath. Deciding to get to work, Kric smoothed down his clothing and started to walk by tables, checking on each of the guests. Seemed they were all content for now.

The man simply took the drink in his hand and without giving it a second look he turned it upside down on his now distortetldy open mouth. Everything about that actions just looked...off, creepy to some. He didn't use this vessel much so he wasn't used to mimic their natural movements or he just didn't care enough to exert even the most minuscule effort of getting it right.

A feeling started forming inside him. He couldn't explain it as he had never experienced it before. Inner unrest. Just as he placed the feeling 2 of his elf slaves were kicked from his body and came crashing down on the floor. One with blonde hair, white skin, blue eyes and elegant body and the other with short red hair, green eyes, sun kissed skin and athletic/light-muscular body. Both of them had revealing exotic white with golden lining revealing garments befit for a slave.

"Master, I don't feel..hicc..right like everythingisswirlingaroundinlightandnoise..hicc.."-as she started to get up only to drop again. After 8 more tries she managed to lean on the lap of a customer before fully lying on her back above his knees. She giggled a little as she *booped* his nose from her position.

The other girl was already stealing other patron's drinks and taking them in one go while telling her story. The story of how she once was a mighty warrior of legends who hunted demons, beasts and mythical creatures to protect her world when suddenly a "God", she said the word in a sarcastic tone, wanted her to be sacrificed to him. And WHAT DO THE PEOPLE DO? They just HAND HER OVER, place her in a sacrificial table and do the deed! All the things she did for them! Her mood was swinging all over the place while telling her story. From sad to happy to angry to sleepy.

Lucy

Lucy’s heart almost stopped, when Kric scream out and jumped to the ceiling. Arte was yelling, but she was always yelling, it should really come as no surprise. But the imp always seemed to be overreacting to harsh words.

“Sure, don’t worry,” she told him. She should be out trying to find some wealthy customer. But the truth was she was tired from everyday routine and this, however dirty and disgusting, was a nice change. “Just don’t forget it was only the skinning that we agreed on.”

She was left alone in the kitchen with Chris and dead squirrels. A charming company. Chris, not the squirrels of course. She smiled at him, sighing slightly. He surely was a handsome man. But he was just as poor as she was. And she wasn’t here to date handsome men, she was here to make money.

Finally she was done with the last squirrel, she carefully washed off all of the blood from her hands. “The squirrels are ready for whatever you are planning to do with them. If you need any more help, ask Kric. Or send Arte after him,” she giggled, took off the dirty apron and left the kitchen.

She frowned when she saw what was happening in the tavern. Two elf girls, obviously drunk to the point of almost passing out, were going around the other customers, stealing their drinks and sitting on their laps. She headed over to Joffrey, who was sitting at the bar with a customer, a big muscular guy with lots of scars.

“What the hell is going on in here?” she asked Joffrey. “Oh, welcome to the Black Adder, sir,” she turned to the customer. “I am Lucy.” She gave him one of her best smiles.

Jeofrey

As Jeofrey puffed on his pipe, he heard a loud, cluttering sound. Turning on his stool, Jeofrey saw what appeared to be two elven woman in very revealing clothes. They were much taller than the mystic elves, but then again, everything was larger outside of the mystic land. It didn't take very long for Jeofrey to discover the source of the noise; they were both quite drunk. One was stealing drinks and talking a mile a minute, the other one was laying across a customer's lap.

Just then, Lucy emerged from the kitchen. Seeing the elf girls, she turned to Jeofrey for an answer. "Well, I don't know for certain, but I'd guess thought they'd try some fae ale. Poor sods... I'm mystic and I don't touch the stuff. One shot of that stuff'll last you a week, maybe two." Jeofrey replied. He hopped off of his stool, careful not to spill the water in his instrument. "No worries, I'll take care of this." And with that, walked into the center of the room, cranking his glass armonica. Using the fingers of his left hand, he began to play a slow, soft melody.

While a beautiful piece of music, the song Jeofrey was playing was in fact a magical one. Anyone in ear shot would become calmed. However, it had an additional side effect that Jeofrey had only learned in his time playing in the inn. That was; anyone sufficiently inebriated when hearing it would be out like a light in seconds. Within a few minutes, the elf girls, and anyone else who had had one too many, would be asleep where they were, then it was a simple matter of getting someone with muscle to move them out of the customer's way.

Kric the Imp

Interactions: The girls @Bishop

Before being able to truly wallow in his peace and quiet, Kric was almost scared half to death yet again. This time not by the terrifying boss woman, but two... elven girls? He cocked a brow, studying their drunken behavior. He certainly didn’t recognize them, so they weren’t regulars. Passerby perhaps? Either way, Kric wouldn’t have them disturbing the other customers. Who knows, maybe Art would feel benevolent and reward him with ice cream if he did well.

His crimson eyes darted momentarily to Lucy, but quickly realized by her body language she was not going anywhere and certainly wasn’t going to help the little imp. Kric twitched a bit, certainly hoping these girls weren’t more powerful than they appeared.

The blonde woman only seemed to be pestering a single patron, who honestly did not seem too bothered. Kric clicked his tongue in disgust. Humans were such lustful little vile things, weren’t they?

The imp instead turned his attention on the warrior who was partaking in everyone’s beverages. The anger was boiling in the room, and if he didn’t act quick, it would be yet another bar fight that he’d have to scurry away and hide from. Instead, Kric walked up to the drunken redhead, lightly touching her wrist. He gave a bright white smile, and spoke in a soothing awe filled voice. ”Oh? Such a famous legend! We are honored to have you here, madam. In fact, how about you allow me to escort you to the Royal Suite room, befitting for someone as important as you.” Of course, in reality there was no such suite room, nor did he recognize this person at all. Kric was merely going to bring her to a room and tuck her in to sleep off the alcohol. The payment for the room would still be on her, so it’s not his problem if she had no money for it. It was her fault for getting so plastered anyhow.

Falling...

Falling.....

She could feel her feet hitting the ground silver eyes glancing back and forth as she found the tavern. Sure it was down the road...the old man was full of it, wasn't he? Her thoughts mocked her as she pushed open the door. Orbs peering at the bar she disregarded the others that were around. Most people thought of her as cold, but it was simply how she was trained. The man standing at the bar met her with an equally old gaze.

Taking a seat she sighed softly and brushed her ruby red hair from her porcelain exposed shoulder. A blade fastened to her right hip. Leather seemed to clad her frame and heeled boots adorned her feet. If looks could kill...I still can't believe that someone said that to me. Tracing a circle on the countertop she glared behind the bar."What is your strongest drink?" Her voice sounded like a melody when she spoke.

Why am I always....

To the woman at the bar, Art said,"This." Art pulled out a bottle of her drink, the thing she only gave to strong-minded Fae and Liege. Trudging back to the kitchen, she called, "Hurry up on the squirrels, or I'll skin you and put you in there with them! People want their food!" Art took a seat in front of the stage and said quietly to Jeoffrey, "Don't make them all pass out." Then she stepped into the shadows.

I am the key to the lock in your house
That keeps your toys in the basement.
And if you get too far inside
You'll only see my reflection.

It's always best when the candle's out,
I am the pick in the ice.
Do not cry out or hit the alarm,
You know we're friends 'til we die.

She watched the fae woman hand her a bottle. Nodding her head she uncorked the bottle and lifted it to a glass in front of her, the liquid poured into the glass and she shimmied the cork back onto the bottle. So much work for a d*mn drink isn’t it? Her thought spoke sharply in her mind. “Thanks,” her melodic voice spoke to the woman before she departed her company.

Why this place? Why did her contact send her here for R&R? Lifting the glass to her lips she took a sip of the liquid. This is pretty weak… She thought and smirked slightly. Pandora grew up with not only a tolerance to pain but to alcohol. Her years with the Bloody Roses seemed to pay off.

And either way you turn
I'll be there
Open up your skull
I'll be there
Climbing up the walls

It's always best when the light is off,
It's always better on the outside.
Fifteen blows to the back of your head,
Fifteen blows to your mind.

Clearing her throat she crossed her ankles and glanced around once more. Rule 127 in the guild always be on guard. You never know where the threat will come from. This place seemed pretty dead to be honest. The Fae woman was talking to another patron and she glanced to the stage. Grabbing her drink she stood and started to walk towards the stage. “So what is there to do here?” She spoke a bit louder to announce her presence.

So lock the kids up safe tonight
And shut the eyes in the cupboard.
I've got the smell of a local man
Who's got the loneliest feeling.

That either way he turns - I'll be there
Open up your skull - I'll be there
Climbing up the walls
