I am thinking the CIA would follow her with a drone. But if they know where she is and she doesn't make contact they might have the place stormed. So the only possible work around would be if they were to somehow were able to ditch the drones. But if they are intentionally ditching drones do they know my character is not who she says she is or are they ditching drones just in case.

If they have to destroy drones, they'll suspect that someone's a spy and move you. The ex-CIA person would be an obvious suspect.
I'd just say that you were under deep cover, and they lost contact. This is only going to last a couple of weeks in-game (I may only do one week of torture before it gets burned to the ground.), and I'm not sure being out of contact for a week will mean that they storm it, as they don't want to break your cover.

My character was approached as her cover identity. Ajax and company have no clue she is CIA unless they have a mole in the CIA.

A drone could be several hundred feet in the air, they wouldn't necessarily know it's there but they could act as if they are being followed by drones just in case they are.

Not necessarily volunteering for being upside down but you can use my char first.

@Burning KittyAnd I posted six days ago, you posted six, and no one has post since.

The server going down killed all of my RPs, and most of them were slow to begin with. It's hard to run an RP with only three active players, including myself.
