Also keep in mind that, like Animorphs, groups of young people fighting evil was a big thing. Power Rangers, Captain Planet, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and a few others were all very big. Animorphs is a deconstruction of that, if anything. It (mostly) isn't a book series where everything is happy at the end of an issue, and everything goes back to the way it was without serious consequences after having learned a corny lesson.

And the Simpsons used to be good.

I remember when I was a kid, I had to use an old custom made windows DoS gaming computer(even though windows vista and xp were out) and man was it loud. Shame it doesn't work anymore, but my dad has recently been trying to repair it, since it is not in the best shape. 'Twas a good computer for playing DoS games, at the time it was bloody ace!

Aaaand we're up! My thinking here is that someone is missing because they're showing off their morph ability, which they've already begun to use! I figured anyone who wants to take that position can, just make it realistic, ya know?

Also, fact I forgot to mention! We're in the American Pacific Northwest. At least, according to my own research, that's where the books take place.

Haha okay a couple ideas I had regarding relationships w/ my character:

-I feel like Tammy and Steph either sorta get on each other's nerves or get along swellingly :D @RumikoOhara
-I think that Adrian might find Steph to be SUPER annoying? @Aristocles
-Emma may be a little taken aback by Steph's overly bubbly nature and general pink-ness? @SM64Dude

lmk if y'all have other ideas and stuff though!

I love it!! I'm really glad you've put thought into this! :) I've been having a lot of problems focusing lately, so it's a big help :)

I get the feeling that Adrian would be annoyed by anyone being happy about their situation. Or finding happiness in it. He's not depressed, but he knows that the situation is very, very grave, complete with world-ending (at least, the world as they know it) implications if they fail.
