"The poachers must have drawn them into a trap," replied Shiranui, "We'll need to go back to the Pokémon Centre and discuss our next move."

"Well, what do we do now?" Liam thought out loud.
"We have to rescue Stuffel," James said.
"Yeah, Bewear has been so happy since she found her little Stufful, I can't imagine how devastated she'd be if Stufful is sold off," Meowth added before the three Rockets broke out into anime-style waterwork tears.
There was a sudden "Bang" on the wall that was inaudible over the crying. Then there was another "bang", this one could be heard and caused the Rockets to stop crying. With a third "bang" a hole was made in the wall as a pair of arms ripped the hole bigger to show Bewear was there. She scooped up the Rockets and began to look around for Stuffel.
"Stuffel isn't here, it has been taken to Melemele to be sold," Liam told the wild Pokémon. Stuffel's happy eyes quickly turned to one of an angry individual. She charged back toward Melemele carrying the Rockets away.

"Should we trust it to save it's Stufful and go after the poachers, or should we go after it?" Chuck asked Liam.

"That Bewear can punch a hole in steel, and run across the water. She might be fine," Liam reasoned as he managed to get back where Sherlock could establish the connection.
"Sir, what happened? I lost contact with you." Sherlock inquired.
Liam explained what had recently occurred and that Stufful was in danger.
"I have reestablished my link to the Rockets," Sherlock stated. "They have just returned to Melemele Island."

"Then all that's left is to go after their leader and get that flute." Chuck said. "Though, by now they've probably already headed for Poni Island."

"They are trying to make their escape now. But, they have explosives rigged to go off. You have to pick, save the few pokémon left in the base, or go after them. They have put up a forcefield preventing teleportation, so I can't help you get out. But getting everyone out on time will take both of you, and you need to act now."
Liam cursed under his breath as he ran back to free the captive Pokémon.
When Liam got to the storage room, he called on Goodra to blast a hole in the wall, in a spot that Sherlock found would be safe to do so and started to free all the Pokémon while Goodra directed them toward to escape path.

Once the boys had freed all the pokemon, they would hear on the Radio that Bewear had rescued Stuffel and all the pouchers had been captured and arrested. According to crimewatch report, only Nigel Knightwing, Maribella, Alexa and Alexander and the enforcers were still at large, the spy network had been broken and all its individuals at least in this region were gone, meaning the last of the pouchers were now blind as to what's happening.

Jen puts the flute in her bag and calls her Pokémon back into their balls. She calls out Kawaneto teleport them back to the Pokémon center. Sherlock, how can we help, Jen ask as she nor Shiranui does not need to know what happen but is glad they are connected again.

"I do not know as of yet, I am on standby until our next steps are decided."
Liam turned to Chuck. "What should we do with the egg?"

Shiranui listened to the report on the radio while waiting for his Pokémon to be healed. He knew the poachers were vulnerable for now and decided to take advantage of Maribella breaking some of the cardinal rules of ninjutsu by devising a party that would counter the six Pokémon she revealed to him.

Chuck assisted with the evacuation of the Pokémon, Bud carrying some of the smaller Pokémon on his back, and Megumin blasting holes in the wall where it was safe to do so to ensure a quick escape before the bombs went off. When asked about the egg, Chuck said "I'll get it and hold on to it for now." He told Bud and Megumin to go with Liam and help the others escape, and had Azriel direct him to the egg.

Liam felt the Ice Stone still sitting in his pocket. He felt that it might still be important to save as he helped a cage full of Yungoose escape. He looked back and found that there was only one cage of Pokemon left, and the egg that Chuck went to retrieve. Liam opened the cage holding a trio of Alolan Meowth and told them to run outside.

Following Azriel's directions, Chuck was able to make it to the egg. Not worrying about any traps, since the building was about to explode, he just grabbed the egg and had Azriel give him directions to the nearest exit.

Once Chuck, Liam and the pokemon were safe, an explosion would ripe though the base as it began to sink into the sea, but a ship shot out of it before being cloaked in the same technology that the base employed prevent anyone from locating it though Liam would hear on a Radio that was sinking nearby.

"The apprentice dragon master himself, Liam is it?" A cold voice said. "Well, I was certainly expecting more then a kid, but then again Giovanni, Archer, Maxie, Archie and Lysander made that mistake and their operations collapsed because of that, but I suspose being the protagonist give you unfair ablities and powers to stop the villain like us" The voice went on.
"Allow me to properly introduce myself, I am Nigel Knightwing, Leader and the most powerful dragon master to have lived. I defeated Lance, Clair and the Elder in combat but they consider my methods too questionable so they excluded me from their Dragon temple. Now I hear rumours of a Nurse Joy child being the ultimate dragon master a title which is rightly mine, but it does not matter. You still have 3 trials left before I'm willing to face you, so go ahead and finish your trial on Poni Island, I look forward to glorious battle with you" Nigel voice came from the Radio before it was replaced by static and then sunk to the bottom of the sea.

"That bastard." Chuck grumbled, riding on Kite and holding the egg, having just made it out before the explosions.

A feeling of dread fell over Liam. He wondered how they learned of his lineage to Nurse Joy, as it was not something publicly known. Liam was also glad that Chuck made it out with the egg and asked to see it so he could see if it still seemed alright.

"Yeah, sure." Chuck said, handing the egg over to Liam.

Jen adjust her team as she have a bad feeling of what could happen as Kawane nuzzles her hair before racking around the room.

Liam inspected the egg and found that it was fine. "Well, we should get back to the Pokémon Center."

"Yeah, let's head for the one on Poni Island, since everyone should already be there." Chuck said.
