The Seiretei is Currently Under Attack

The smoke was thick, weighing down on all who dared linger within its toxic haze. It seemed never ending; it blotted out the sun, and accompanied the burning inferno that engulfed all in sight, forcing the wooden frames to crackle and splinter the flames. All around, once strong buildings gave a groan before crashing into rubble; spilling out onto the streets, or collapsing in on themselves, and causing sparks to fly upwards, catching the wind and creating new fires throughout the Seiretei, painting the sky behind the smoke orange. 

A sharp clang of metal against metal rang out above the roar of the blaze, bloodshed and fighting war came hand in hand with such destruction, and while the sound of battle rang out, screams of Shinigami followed, Zanpakuto tore through flesh and bone, causing blood to paint the nearby ground and walls. For a moment, if one closed their eyes, that was all they heard; there was no peace to be found in such a place, and shutting it out for a moment of silence was impossible. However, if one made the mistake of shutting their eyes long enough, they’d surely find silence in the sweet embrace of death, for the enemy were everywhere. Friends fought friends, family stabbed one another in the back, comrades turned on comrades, all for what they thought was right.

But what good could come from such bloodshed. 

How had such a grim scene come to be?

How could Shinigami turn on their own? Divisions fighting within themselves, Captain against Captain… and for what? For what reason was blood shed so needlessly. 

It was for a single man his mission. 

His mission to become the new King.

Division 1 Barracks

Atop the 1st Divisions barracks, through the thick smoke, the silhouette of a man stood, only lit up by the rising flames behind him, his face occasionally being lit as the flames licked around his form. The Head Captain himself, a small grin upon his features. For years he’d been silently working away at his plan, recruiting loyal followers to his side in the shadows through manipulation and lies - promises to fulfill their greed, simply so he could turn them on one another. His recruits blindly followed him, even to their deaths, which was exactly they would all meet. Through chess board planning, the Head Captain had assembled a strong enough force to combat itself. He knew exactly who would side with him and who would not, it had taken many years, mysterious deaths, promotions, demotions, nurturing… it had taken his all - and as he watched over the scene before him, he knew it had been worth it.

He'd needed only target five other Captains, for their Squads would blindly follow, regardless of their own beliefs... and if they didn't they'd be cut down. Fear was the tool that had made most comply; if they were to disobey their Captains, they'd be killed and if they tried to join the resistance, they'd be deemed a liar and be cut down. Fear was truly a funny thing - it could make a person act in ways they never would rationally, it could make them do awful things to their fellow Shinigami. A world living in fear was not a part of the Head Captains ideal vision he had for the world, however; he wanted there to be only peace. No more needless bloodshed, after thousands of years of death and war. But he knew that to pave the road to peace, there needed to be blood; a final war. 

Alone he could not do this. Had he started this alone he'd be helpless to resist the strength of twelve other Captains, backed by their Lieutenants and then their entire divisions. He'd have died in no time; but pitting them against one another however, well, the grisly scene before him spoke for itself. Not one sacrifice. however, was in vain, to him. He truly believed he was creating a better world… a better future. But as we all know, there can be no gain without first, sacrifice. 

Overview

Welcome to Bleach: Souls Unguided, a RP with extended Bleach lore. We will be beginning our story in a prologue of sorts - giving you a chance to iron out your backstory while being a part of the actual plot and events that took place. We plan to get through this pre-arc rather quickly, so we can then focus on the main overarching plot as well as any smaller arcs that may take place in the downtime. 

Currently, for the current prologue, you are all lower seated to unseated members of the Gotei 13, fending off an assault led by the Head Captain and a few other Captains in who he has enlisted as followers. The basic premise of the main story for your characters is that you will be the new Gotei 13 around 100 years after the attack. At this particular time, all of your characters Captains are etither dying or have betrayed the Seireitei, and are soon to die. 

In the quick events that shouldn't take more than a few posts, your character will either fight their way out, or make their escape. Over the next day or two, in the IC, we will explain what happened to the Head Captain and those who laid their lives down for him, and we will explain more about what he was after and the consequences it all had on your characters and where they will be in the main story. 

A new day will dawn on the Soul Society, and the Seireitei will be rebuilt - along with it, a new Gotei 13.

【Legislation of the 4th Wall - The Law】

~If you wish to write harmoniously in the RP and stay within the GMs favor, please take note of the below requirments.~

☯ This roleplay is of rather mature content – and thus, immaturity will not be tolerated.

☯ WE'll not restrict you from vulgar language; however, understand that there is a very fine line between a character's discourse and outright obnoxiousness.

☯ For the love of my gorgeous, snuggly, floofy kitteh: advise in regards to your absence – lack of post is not appreciated. Value the fact that there are others within the roleplay.

☯ Should you be absent with no reason, within the Out Of Character, you will be informed of a zero hour – counting down to the time of your character's death at the hands of the Division 7 Captain, Kaizo Tataki.

☯ Combat will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the GMs proctoring in case issues or disagreements arise.  Should you want to script your fight, let the GMs, and your partner(s) know.  Make sure all parties are in agreement.  A 'scripted fight,' is one wherein the victor is decided before hand.

☯ God-Modding your character will result in rejection – unadorned. Do not endeavour to God-Mod in a roundabout way, it will be caught onto.  

☯ If a problem arises for a player in regards to the GM and they feel uncomfortable bringing it up.  Go to the other GM for advice.  Don't worry, we hate one another more than you probably ever could, so we're always looking for reasons to burn one anothers lives to the ground.  We're perfectly reasonable people and nine times out of ten we'll work with you in order to bring said GM down.

☯ The GM's decisions are final.  If your character is rejected, please keep in mind that all three GMs will have agreed on this decision and they will give you a fair explanation as to why.  Please don’t take it personally.  Our motives are valid and you will be enlightened if you do not see reason.  Leniency is elevated – don’t fret.

☯ Forcing others to read your smut, is in fact sexual harassment.  Thus is not tolerated.  Respect your fellow writers and fade to black...  or face death at the hands of the Division 7 Captain Kaizo, Tataki.

☯ If you have read all the rules please write 'We have fun here.' in italics at the end of your character sheet.  Failure to do so will result in your character being silently accepted, and killed within the first conflict at the hands of the Division 7 Captain, Kaizo Tataki.. 

☯ Single lines of dialect are forbidden – if you struggle to write a minimum of two paragraphs, abandon the post – either seek assistance or apply time.  (If struggle is still weighing upon your shoulders, perhaps Free Roleplay is the area for you).

☯ Albeit, the language of an English teacher is not expected in your writing, nevertheless basic syntax is insisted upon, language rules and sentence structure; disapproval for one, should they bring Free grammar into this caliber Roleplay.

☯ Adding onto the last point, we would like it to be known that we all know the horrors of "writers block".  Should you lack inspiration or enough material to post, tell someone.  Communicate.  Talk to your GMs.  Worst  case scenario, we'll just move your character aside till you can post again.

☯ Inventiveness and originality assists with not only character development but also story development – creativity is highly merited here.  The Grand Master’s aren’t restricting – and your boundaries are quite minimal.  

☯ Grand Master’s are flexible and always open for newfangled thoughts and ideas in regards to characters, plots and new arcs.

☯ Tribulations can arise, but that doesn’t grant you permission to abuse the Out Of Character and create a battleground of arguments.  If you have a dilemma or difficulty with another roleplayer, either take it elsewhere or if one wishes inform a Grand Master, then they’ll willingly advocate. Hitches are generally, effortlessly fixed.

【RP Lore - Stats】

~The Four Areas of Mastery.~

【Kido】

【Kidō (鬼道, Demon/Spirit Way; Viz "Demon Arts") is a form of Shinigami combat based on advanced spells. These spells are produced with strong Reiryoku and fall into two categories: Hadō for direct attacks, and Bakudō for battle support.

It is one of the techniques in the Zankensoki, the group of Shinigami primary combat skills. Kidō spells are triggered by an incantation. Experienced users can trigger them without an incantation, though the effectiveness of the spell may be diminished.

【Zanjutsu】

【Zanjutsu (斬術, Swordsmanship; Viz "Art of the Sword") is the fighting style for the Zanpakutō (i.e. sword fighting) and is one of the four basic fighting styles of the Shinigami. It is generally the style that comes most naturally to a Shinigami and is generally percieved as shameful should a Shinigami to not master at least this technique.

【Hakuda】

【Hakuda (白打, White Hits; Viz "Hand-to-Hand Combat") is a close-combat style of fighting, in which one is unarmed and uses only one's body, and is one of the four basic fighting styles of the Shinigami. High-speed Taijutsu (体術, Body Skill) attacks are used to overwhelm the opponent. Physical strength and skill is determined by this class. It seems to be a combination of several martial arts.

【Hohō】

【Hohō (歩法, Step Method; Viz "Fast Movement") is a defensive style of fighting which relates to footwork. It is an important skill for most Shinigami, which incorporates speed and agility. The skill level of Hohō can be enhanced and improved through concentration, training, and mastery of it. Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Steps) is the greatest expression of the Hohō technique; however there are variations even within Shunpo, which only master Hohō practitioners can use.

☯ It is expected that the Head Captain be a master in all areas.

~Captains~

☯ Some Captains if served long enough can master up to three of these areas (must be approved by GM).
☯ New Captains will start with only two Masteries. 

~Lieutenants~

☯ Lieutenants start with one mastery.

~Seated Members~

☯ No master level in any area.

~The Four Levels of Mastery.~

【Practitioner】

【A person of Practitioner level will only be capable of using the most basic of skills from a certain area, these are all learned in the Academy.

☯ Kidō practitioners are a danger to themselves and those around them and are advised to just not use this particular mastery at all... 

☯ Hakuda practitioners are casual users of this art can take on average armed opponents. Those of this level are among the seated and unseated officers of the Gotei 13. They are capable in hand-to-hand combat in instances where they are lacking in a weapon or need the use of the skill to give them an edge in battle. Practitioners are not the most likely to engage in hand-to-hand combat, but they can use it as an option.

☯ Hohō practitioners possess no skill for Hohō, instead rely on walking to get where they need to be, or have trained extensively to enhance their natural speed to a level allowing them to move considerably fast, though decidedly under that of Shunpo. 

☯ Zanjutsu practitioners are unlikely to have even achieved Shikai, let alone be acquainted with their Zanpakutō spirit.

【Proficient】

【A person of Proficient level will be capable of using higher level skills but this is considered the average level of mastery for an area.

☯ Those proficient in Kidō, possess basic knowledge of Kidō. They can use low- to mid-level Kidō without incantation, but often have trouble using spells at higher levels.

☯ Those proficient in Hakuda are average users of the art can take on average armed opponents and put up a decent effort against those many times their size. They are well versed in hand-to-hand combat in instances where they are lacking in a weapon or need the use of the skill to give them an edge in battle.

☯ Those proficient in Hohō can maintain fast movements for a short period of time, by seemingly taking only a few steps to bridge what would normally be a large distances. They commonly use their knowledge of Hohō while engaging in combat to close the space between combatants. Those who maintain these high speeds for too long tend to become winded.

☯ Those proficient in Zanjutsu are those who specialize in the use of Zanpakutō during combat. Someone of this level has to have basic skills in swordsmanship as well. All seated officers of the Gotei 13 have to possess, at the very least, this level of skill.

【Expert】

【A person of Expert level will be capable of using nearly every skill in an area, falling just short of being able to use the highest level of skills.

☯ Kidō experts possess considerable knowledge of Kidō and its various forms. They can use mid-level spells to great effect even without incantation, though they generally use incantations for higher-level spells to ensure maximum power. 

☯ Experts Hakuda can take on average armed opponents and those many times their size easily, and the Onmitsukidō are the best-trained Shinigami in Hakuda. They are well versed in hand-to-hand combat in instances where they are lacking in a weapon or need the use of the skill to give them an edge in battle. While not masters, an expert is more than capable of handling themselves in a physical altercation.

☯ Experts of the Hohō technique are considerably fast, and can maintain high speed movements for extended periods of time. While not as fast as a master, they can keep up quite effectively. Some holding the title are faster than others, but, nonetheless, their application of the technique is highly advanced.

☯ Experts in Zanjutsu are highly skilled in using their Zanpakutō while sealed or in its Shikai. Most lieutenants are experts, since they must know Shikai and have mastered it to a degree, in order to be promoted. This applies to some higher seated officers as well and, in some cases, to captains who, though possibly having attained their Bankai, do not commonly engage in swordsmanship as their desired form of combat.

【Master】

【A person of Master level knows just about all their is to know in a specific skill area and is capable of using the skills to a great degree.

☯ Kidō masters display great knowledge of Kidō and its various forms. They are proficient enough to use high-level spells to great effect even without incantation, and can use multiple spells in rapid succession. Additionally, their prowess allows them to create their own spells or modify existing ones to suit their own purposes. 

☯ Masters of Hakuda can take on average armed opponents and those many times their size easily, and, as mentioned before, the Onmitsukidō are the best-trained Shinigami in Hakuda. The 2nd Division captain and their 3rd seat, or head of the Detention Unit, are most often the premier masters. In particular, the Detention Unit head must prove their mastery of Hakuda to even be considered for the position because the Detention Unit's prison, the Nest of Maggots, is a weapons-free zone. Anyone who enters must be able to, or be under the protection of one able to, completely protect themselves with only their bare hands.

☯ Hohō masters are capable of maintaining high speed movements for extended periods of time while using the least amount of steps to achieve those movements. Masters are capable of using advanced steps, which are considerably harder to initiate. A master can possibly create new techniques but it is most likely a rare occurrence.

☯ Zanjutsu Masters vary greatly by power and technique. The criteria for a master is simple; one must have masterful skill in swordsmanship above all else. The attainment of this level of skill is a testament to the wielder's power and determination. As use of the Zanpakutō is the Shinigami's primary form of combat, it is preferable to have mastered the skill in order to achieve the rank of captain, though mastery is not excluded to them or even to Shinigami.

~Useful Information From the GMs.~

☯ It should go without saying that if your character were a Lieutenant and had mastered Kido to a Master level and used Hado 90, their Hado, whilst able to be used, would not have the power of a Captains Hado 90. Masteries determine what your character has learned in an area, their rank determines their power. 

☯In this next part we talk about the birds and the bee's and how that actually even works cause ones a bird and ones a bee and it's kinda weird. Anyway!

☯In this part we go over the Skill Area limitations. Our first example will be a Lieutenant.

✔ Captains can get to expert level in their other area's and it's to be expected, they are after all Captains.

✔ Whilst a Lieutenant can master a single area entirely, they cannot become expert in every other area. They can become expert level in two other area's with the last capping out at "proficient" level at best. This is to ensure some form of balance and so no Lieutenants become too strong.

✔ 3rd & 4th seats can become Expert level in two area's and at best proficient in the other two area's.

☯ When all is said and done, it's not always a battle of who has the most power but more how you fight. If your charactert is better at implementing their skills than their opponent who may be stronger, as in...your character is a better tactician, then sheer power alone will not bail the opponent out. One could give someone everything they could ever know and yet if they're not able to use them tactfully and simply throw out their "strong skill", they will likely lose to the person who uses their knowledge and brain. They may have less skills; however they would have better tactics.

☯ And now we come to forbidden skill. These are skills that, whilst can be learned, are forbidden from EVER being used and using said skills will result in punishment. If a character used Hado 96 without good reason and pointlessly endangered people's lives, they'd be trialled and their fate decided there.

☯ People will, in the future, be able to make their own custom skills, however at least for the start, it's best to stick to the skills provided to us by the original bleach universe

Coming in at a whooping 5'5, Okirigae is by no means a short personality. She weighs in at about 120 and her body has the muscle definition of someone who was once a kick-boxer. She has short pink hair and grey eyes that give her an almost icy look. She is a generally blank expression'd woman. She has freckles and one scar going horizontal across the bridge of her nose. She also has a huge gashing scar going vertical down the middle of her chest. She is typically wearing the Uniform pants, with her Shihakushō draped at her hips. She sports bandages over her chest and arms as a shirt and typically this is how you'll find the woman unless ordered to dress appropriately in which case she wears the Shihakushō over her bandages instead of the standard under-wear. On top of this she typically sports her previous Captains division 11 robe. She also has a red cat demon tattoo sleeve on her right arm.


【Biography:】
Not much is known on who or what she was in her previous life before becoming a Shinigami. It is said that Kiri was a street kid with no parents, who grew up in 1800s of Japan, dying in the period that Samurai were slowly about to get disbanded by the emperor at the time. Japan was going through many changes and with laws changing on the ability to wield Katana's and kill virtually freely, the village that she was a gutter kid to, delved into a bit of lawless Anarchy. Kiri also found that she was a special person, able to see the souls for some reason. It was then that Kiri saw a shinigami for the first time. She had no idea what she was looking at seeing Shinigami contain a...monster of some sort. But she attributes this moment to why she wanted to become a soul reaper. Reaching the age of 20, Kiri doesn't remember much about how she died, but its noted that her living life is the reason she's void of emotion and hardly puts her full trust in anybody.

When she died she did not move on, as she had no one to take care of her body, dumped in the depths of a river. She was on the path to become a powerful hollow if a certain shinigami hadn't stumbled upon her on his mission. This was the first time she would meet her mentor and future captain, a Shinigami who was known as Matsurada Kenpachi. When asked why he decided to preform konso, something the man was not known for. He very rarely saved a lost soul unless it was his mission. The man would never say it, but in truth it was because of the child's latent abilities. Her spiritual presence was incredibly strong already. He had never encountered a spirit like this, and he especially took a liking to the girls personality. To him, this girl had the potential to be even stronger then him, something he had been waiting for a long time. 

When he came back, he made sure she was accepted into the academy anonymously to get the first year crash course. He wanted to see how she would handle herself. However in this first year, Kiri made a name for herself, for when she was given a blank zanpakuto, everyone present could only describe a pure sense of rage coming from the child, or more specifically the sword. From that day the other first years steered clear of the blank faced quiet girl. Things only escalated after getting disrespected and starting a fight with a third year. What began as getting a brutal ass kicking ended finally with her beating the boy much to a surprise of everyone watching. After having to pull her off the boy, they had almost decided the girl was going to be too strong for her own good until Matsurada personally stood up for her, saying that after her first year he would personally train her and take her into his division.

She had become a complete outcast at this point, everyone fearing her. Upon finishing her first year and getting down the basics of what it means to be a Shinagami. It was then Matsurada showed up and told the girl to follow him, that she was being put in a special class before leaving without checking to see if she was following. At first the girl was frightened by the man, feeling his overwhelming spiritual presence and it making her feel sick. At first Matsurada attempted to be nice to the girl, not giving her direction, simply seeing what she would do if left to her own devices. The girl wanted to be as far away from the man as possible, and left to her own devices, trained on her own in the forest of Seiretti. She used trees as her opponents at first, using her Zanpakuto with one hand. Matsurada left her to her own devices for years, letting the girl teach herself how to use her sword, getting a natural fighting style to surface from her.

By this point in time, Kiri had fought with her Zanpakuto in her inner world. It was there that she proved to the sword spirit she was worthy of using their power. She had lost horribly, but had not once given up determined to beat the spirit. After this first lost, she felt a new resolve to train and beat her Zanpakuto. And thus began her monthly sparring with her Zanpakuto, it training her to fight an almost overwhelming opponent. It was countless losses, but each time she only gained a more solid resolve. This is where she gained her love for fighting and in particular strong opponents. After ten years of fighting her Zanpakuto and never winning once, in a display of absolute frustration and rage, she beat Basaka. It was then she was able to use her shikai, and Matsurada had been watching from a far when she finally showed she could use her shikai.

It was from this point, Matsurada had begun training her, through constantly beating her ass, much like her Zanpakuto would. At first he would simply overpower the girl with his fist, never using his sword. This only further pissed off the girl. Trying harder, to no avail, much happened int he same way she had fought her Zanpakuto. Matsurada was not teaching her through words but action, forcing her to study and pick up on his movements. He brought the unwavering side of Kiri out, forcing her to learn how to combat an opponent many times stronger then her. However Kiri simply viewed this as him being to hard on her. She began to almost hate the man, not for who he was, but for the constant ass kicking he handed her. While her training was going on, Matsurada had already claimed his third seat for her, saying she had more then proved she was capable despite not winning once. He could see how much she was improving and in truth he was hardening her, making her resilient to his spiritual presence. Hardening her body and her mental resolve, she wouldn't know it, but she was improving leaps in bounds every year this went on. It was until she had been well into fifty years of being a Shinigami that she was able to scratch the mans face, catching him off guard completely.

With her finally able too touch him and still stand will doing it, he had his Lt, Haruzato Tozuko, teach her the proper way to wield a sword. Haruzato had watched the girl fight with her captain, and though she never admitted it to anyone, could have very easily taken her spot if the girl had ever thought to challenge the woman. But it seemed Matsurada even after all these years hadn't told the girl the true reason he was training her personally. It was apparent to anyone who knew the man, he was training her to take the captain chair away from him, probably in some battle that he would end up dying in. Regardless, Haruzato began to teach the girl Kendo, seeing that the girl had adopted this way of fighting with one hand on her sword. However, after teaching her the basics, it was incredibly apparent that teaching Kendo to someone like Kiri, could lead to very very horrible outcomes. It scared the woman how fast the girl could pick up Kendo, and best her easily, reading her moves and countering without the woman taking so much as a step. Kiri for one didn't like the way of fighting, feeling as though it made fighting to easy. Now after a hundred years being a Shinigami, she was done with the thick of her training. Matsurada had her accompany him and his Lt on missions, telling the girl to fight whatever their missing was without the aid of him or Haruzato. Of course this typically ended with her brutally slaughtering anything that regrettably attack the girl.

And for a time this was how their division operated, Kiri gaining more and more field experience, both Matsurada and Haruzato watching with amusement. However all this would change 200 years into Kiri being shinigami. For there was a storm brewing under the waters of seiretti that would effect Kiri in a way she had never experienced before.

【Personality:】
The way Kiri carries herself fits her almost perfectly, from her personality to her voice, it all fits to well. If she were a part of an anime, she would most definitely be a part of the Kuudere category. Kiri is...cold when around people she doesn't know, she doesn't mean to be cold or anything like that, it's just her personality. She tends to honestly act like an emotionless robot at times. When in the presence of others she is in particular quiet and keeps to herself unless spoken to, it's just been one of things that she developed from being the protege of Division 11 at a young age. If she happens to smile at you with in a day of meeting you, that means she has taken quite the liking as she doesn't do that quite often, if ever. When around strangers and friends it gets awkward for her, because one moment she is nice and the next she could be quiet and to the point.

Talking to friends she is exceptionally flat toned and her jokes are pretty crude humor. It does wonders when making jokes funnier because of her tone, she personally doesn't realize it but apparently it is quite funny to hear her talk people. She has this sort of thing she does where she'll just be quiet and the next moment she'll start talking out of the blue to her friends, she even does it in the middle of important things. Like mid crisis and they are on a mission that could win the war and  she'll just out the blue be like "I'm...really hungry, do you think...we could get food after this?". She doesn't do it on purpose it just her mind is so scattered it's just comes out.

There is another part of Kiri that tends to go under the radar, but she is quite the ruthless fighter, on account of her emotionless personality, she has a habit of not backing down when she knows she has a chance. She doesn't really view anyone particularly scary. This tends to be the most reckless part of her, as she'll never back down from a fight and tends to heavily hurt herself in fights that require her to fully fight. She has one of the strongest resolves and if you find yourself at the end of her sword, pray she takes it easy on you. On top of this, she values braveness and/or fearless people with the upmost respect and is a sure fire way to make a friend out of her.

Matsurada Kenpachi: Former Division 11 Captain/Mentor

Matsurada was the person whose responsible for Kiri being a shinigami. He's the reason that shes on Division 11 and now the reason why she has claimed the Title of Kenpachi. He is her entire reason of being, the person who gave her, her resolve. Her purpose as a Soul reaper some might say. He also is the first time she ever felt emotional pain, after siding with the previous Head Captain and watching him slaughter the unseated who didn't agree with his choice. She is responsible for his death and the reason she is now Captain of Division 11.


Haruzato Tozuko: Former Division 11 Lieutenant

Haruzato was a lot like an older sister to Kiri. She was the one who would take the girl to the infirmary after sparring with Matsurada. She would make sure the girl was in the proper attire despite her never being properly clothed and was responsible for making sure the girl learned the formal rules of being a shinigami. She also was the person to explain how to preform Konso and helped her move on her first spirit. In stark contrast to Matsurada, Haruzato was the voice of reason in division 11, and the only person who might have cared for Kiri more then Matsurada.

【Equipment】

Shīringunekkuresu:

Much like how the name says, this is a sealing necklace made by Division 12 after the events of the last battle in the war started by the Head Captain. In that fight, Kiri's Bankai awakened and the power that came with it was uncontrollable for her. The battle that ensued between her and the previous Captain of Division 11. In the wake of the battle, she was unable to release the form, the power so destructive it began destroying the area around her. After knocking her out, it was agree'd that the girls Bankai should be sealed for the time being until she could learn to use it properly. It is made of a powerful custom sealing kido. It would require an immense power to break the kido and when attempting to use her Bankai, the collar will glow and burning red and electrocute her with an intense amount of power.


Containment Gloves:

Simply a pair of white gloves made at the request of Kiri once again by division 12. The gloves help her regulate her immense spiritual energy. They help contain her power from destroying whatever maybe at the end of her attack. It also allows her to spar or fight with people below her level, letting her distribute her spiritual energy into the gloves and lowering her power

Fighting Style:

Her fighting style is focused on brute strength and durability, she will fight till she literally is dead or incapacitated. Hence her alias "Crimson Berserker" which was given to her by the previous Division 11 Captain. She is known to even be fierce in sparring matches. She is looking to overwhelm you with sure physical power and ruthlessness. One of the reasons the previous Captain of Division 11 took quite a liking too her, was of the fact she has naturally immense spiritual presence, once described as looking like a huge red cat demon face. She has the ability to release her full spiritual presence in an over whelming way. She is able to use her spiritual presence as a way to scare opponents and can even make it disappear with intense focus to hide herself from opponents, though very rarely will she, as she'd much rather face an opponent then hide. Kiri never uses Kido, though she is Proficient, she thinks its a useless skill and as such you will very rarely see the woman use it if ever. Instead, she uses mix of Hakuda and Zanjutsu, using more of the former. With her Master level proficiency in Hohō, she uses blindingly fast attacks with brute strength to try and overwhelm her opponent. Her Zanjutsu is a little more unique, used to greatly increase her Reiryoku and as a result giving her a powerful level of Reiatsu. Kiri is a deadly mix of an instinctual and calculating fighter. While she is a brute strength fighter, she understands that it will not always be the way to win and as such is constantly analyzing her opponents movements. Its one of the reasons she's so quiet, she is constantly aware of her surroundings, looking for an opportunity to fight or spar. Her fights end up destroying a lot of the area from her strength and as a result she wont hesitate to use a giant piece of rubble to disorient/distract her opponent. Kiri relies on her sheer incredible combat skill more then her Zanpakuto, but that is by design of her what her Zanpakuto power is perfect for someone of her fighting style. Not only does her strength and speed make her a threat, but she is incredibly resilient, given her alias, she does have the fighting style much more akin to a berzerker. Becoming a formidable fighting machine in combat, she cares very little about pain in combat and with the special training the previous Division 11 Captain, learned to make her body incredibly durable to blunt force attacks. She also has a secret way of fighting, revolving around the use of Kendo and traditional sword fighting. She is incredibly powerful with two hands on her Zanpakuto and more then often uses it as a trump card in the event she experiences an opponent as stronger if not stronger then her.

【Masteries and Proficiency】
【Kido Proficient】

Kiri never uses Kido despite being able to output powerful kido. She finds it useless and as such has never been seen using kido in battle. She has some knowledge but in terms of Shinigami arts, this is at the bottom of her priorities or agenda.


【Hakuda Master】

Because of her style of fighting with one hand typically on her weapon, she is a master in incorporating her other hand and legs in her combat. She would do well in the ranks of Division 4, but Masturada decided different. Sparring with the man allowed her to adopt his similar style of fighting. Mixed with her strength and speed, she is a dangerous person even without her blade and if caught under her grip, pray she has mercy.


【Hohō Master】

Part of Matsurada's training taught her to be incredibly fast. She has amazing natural reflexes and is known to be able to travel great distances while carrying people without tiring. Honing her Hakuda skills, she naturally became greater at Hohō.


【Zanjutsu Expert】

She doesn't quite fit the definition of an expert in Zanjutsu, more so someone packed full of spiritual energy. She is able to control the length and size of her Zanpakuto, opting to keep it in standard length. Shown in her shikai, she is able to lengthen the blade a few feet out from where it truly lays, using spiritual energy to create an invisible extension. She has great control over the amount of spiritual energy she can put into her swings, increasing her damage output with focus and as such Zanjutsu is engraved into her fighting style.

The blade is also much more red in person, giving it an eye popping appearance and has the inscription "魂の破壊者" or "Destroyer of Souls" engraved on the blade. The Zanpakuto's appearance herself is much more sinister looking. Taking the form of a giant Cat-like demon, she is covered in spikes and the color of blood with piercing yellow eyes. Walking on all fours, it doesn't open it's mouth when it speaks to Kiri, seemingly using its mind to talk. Kiri keeps the Zanpakuto within the size of a regular size Katana. Also
Inner World & Spirit:

Ka No Heigan
Seemingly inside of a Volcano of some sort, Basaka resides within a huge Magma waterfall in which she comes out of whenever Kiri approaches him here. Within the magma filled cavern, stone platform-like rock pillars stand in a flowing magma river below it. The world is deep and seemingly goes on forever but at it's center is the huge Magma waterfall Basaka resides in. The cavern itself is filled with orange glowing crystals and chunks of missing stone, aftermath of Kiri fighting with Basaka every now and then. If you were to some how find yourself with in this world, escape as soon as possible...


Zanpakuto Personality:
Basaka is a very intense Zanpakuto, definitely not for the weak minded/willed. A female spirit, she seemingly represents the pure rage and aggression that resides within Kiri. It shares the same conviction of Kiri, in that it is constantly looking for a fight and welcomes it. The spirit itself will constantly test Kiri to make sure that the woman never loses her edge and will make a point to make sure Kiri never wavers in a fight. Basaka is ruthless and pure rage, and in times of trouble, pushes Kiri to go beyond her own boundaries. There is a much darker side that Kiri consistently has to control, being that Basaka is compassion less. She does not care that the opponent begs for their life, or surrenders, if it where up to the Zanpakuto, she would have Kiri fight every opponent to the death.

Shikai


-Without Sword-~"Rage, Basaka-Kuin"~

Ability:
Anyone immediately next to her will see her body covered in a skintight blood red aura, before she pulls her Shikai out of her chest, revealing her Shikai form and making all the red aura splatter in a circle around her. She instantly heals from any damage taken prior to using her Shikai. Vastly increases her spiritual presence, strength, speed. Its main ability gives Kiri no sense of pain, able to fight without fearing pain. The more damage she takes, the stronger she becomes. It causes her to lose the ability to hide her spiritual presence completely as well. When her Shikai releases, it causes spiritual tremors in the air that weaker spirits of any kind will seemingly find it harder to breath and/or focus. Her control over her Zanpakuto is loosened causing her range to extend three feet from the actual length of the sword.
Techniques
Rage Blessing:
When using this move, Kiri's body is covered in a nearly invisible armor of thorns. Giving her a powerful armor on her arms and legs, she gains incredibly small thorns over her body, cutting anybody who touches her directly with their hands. It can also be used as a shield of sorts, able to touch spiritual energy based attacks and redirect them away from her. This allows her to use her hands and legs as blades similarly making this move especially deadly for close combat fighters. It also has been shown to allow her arms, hands and legs to take more attacks, allowing her to care less about damage to herself or her opponents attacks.

Chaos's Revenge:
Upon receiving damage or parrying attacks with her Shikai, she can take that damage and focus it into a powerfully devastating energy wave attack. Following the path of her slash, it can be used after receiving a small cut, or as evidence shown in the final fight of the battle that took place in Seiretti, allow her to send a energy wave so powerful it could cut buildings clean in half. This power can increase in power, per say if someone where to cut her arm off in combat, this technique would be especially powerful. It is also noted, she can cause damage to herself on purpose to also build up damage for this attack.

Queen's Anger:
Her strongest Shikai move, is a double edge'd sword, effecting anyone who stand in one meter circle around her is affected. Queen's Anger causes anyone in the circle of effect to feel and almost overwhelming heat. Poor souls to have ever been around Kiri when it was activated claimed it felt as if their very bones were burning up. Queen's Anger causes Kiri's immense spiritual energy to literally blast the one meter area of effect, causing the heating effect. It has shown to literally burn opponents without a strong spiritual energy, and heat the surface in the effected area. It is capable of vaporizing water instantly and prolonged activity in the AoE will cause intense burns on the victim.

Biography: 

In the beginning there were 50. In the end, there were 6, with only 4 surviving the final test. Those who survived were set up for pure and utter greatness. Those who had failed, had their carcasses grinded into fertilizer for special plants to grow.

Little did the four know was that from these plants, came something new with it. What was it one may wonder?...Life. From the plants came the 46 lives that were lost doing the experiment known as S-37. They had no recollection of their families, friends or even their deaths. In return for losing their memories, they possessed power that far exceeded their previous selves.

The 46 were molded by the test proctor's in order to become the ultimate killing machines. 8 of the 46 however were removed from the others because they were said to be extremely ill and keeping them in close proximity with the others could possibly contaminate them as well. After numerous surgeries and several treatment options, one by one, the 8 died.

Or so the proctor's had the 37 believe. In reality, the sick 8 were removed from the flock because they had potential for greater things. They were sedated and brought to a different facility where they could be trained even further than what anyone could have predicted. Unlike the 37, their skills wouldn't be honed for menial things such as killing, but to change the world.

The 8 were injected with dna strands from various captains, Shinigami and notable criminals alike. Their minds were destroyed, built from the ground up, just to be broken down again. God's maelstrom consumed their souls in eternal hell fire and just as their bodies were on the verge of deteriorating, the pressure let up before the cycle could continue once more. Despite all the torture, mental distress and life threatening training they were put through, the 8 endured...with a smile on their faces.

After years of training, the 8 were ready to take on the world. They were ready to take down the Soul Society. In order to achieve this objective, they would need to acquire the original 4...they would need to become the original 4.

Personality: Kishaku has an idea. His idea is to shape the world...or is it? Debatably the smartest individual in existence, the Captain of Squad 12 is an acquirer of knowledge. As such, she can be seen roaming the land in order to acquire it.   

When it comes to fights, Kishaku is known to be a tactical genius. He tends to manipulate match-ups from the shadows and even utilize allies (Including himself as fodder) in order to prevail over whatever hurdle that is in his way. Through this method of fighting, Kishaku believes that anyone who goes up against him (Directly or indirectly) should remove any sense of moralities that they cling onto if they wish to win, as he has none.

Cloud of Light: Yellow gas begins to spew from the Zanpakuto before slowly but surely filling the area. Upon uttering a word, the yellow gas begins to emit a light potent enough to blind anyone at the epicenter of the gas for a time.

Cloud of Fear: Black gas begins to spew from the Zanpakuto before slowly but surely filling the area. Anyone who inhales the gas will be afflicted by the specified poison.

Cloud of Solace: White gas begins to spew from the Zanpakuto before slowly but surely filling the area. Anyone who inhales the gas will be afflicted by the specified poison. If the target is already afflicted by Cloud of Fear, they will become temporarily immune to the affects of both poisons for the remainder of their durations.

Cloud of Anguish: Kishaku begins to spew clouds from her mouth, those that inhale it will suffer from the specified poison.

Name: The Index: Kishaku impales a weakened target with his Zanpakuto before converting their bodies into nothing but mush. Afterwards the Zanpakuto proceeds to absorb their remains...for what purpose is to be seen. Though seemingly useless in it's current state, it is one of Kishaku's signature attacks. @Kagari@HeMandaddy Alright as you guys can see my cs is still very much uncompleted but I need some help here. My character originally had the rarer two zanpakuto like a few other characters in the series however the cs is very much geared towards one so I don't know how to go along with that. He isn't in an ichigo situation more so my cs has him have two very different sides to him. The plan was to combine both personality during bankai the heroic, and darker sides to form one coherent whole. Merging the two spirits into one I'd call the something else. More so my personality section already answers the likes, and dislikes section making it a bit redundant. Likewise the friends/rivals section isn't really applicable as of yet as he has no real connections to any one character in, or out of his backstory. He's been very self reliant so far. 

I also have issues with how old exactly you want our characters to be its hard to gauge in bleach. Along with stuff like former division which I'm not sure what to put down for.

He has two very different parts of himself one that wants to help other people to the best he can. The 'play fair' side of him that embodies that of your average shonen good guy. But he is also very much a competitor so to speak. He hates losing even if that conflicts with the first part of him. He's constantly split between playing to win, and playing the hero.

But what did you do to the General Aptitude? lolol

The best thing I can think of is open up a notepad on your PC or something and just copy and paste the responses into the CS

Is this still accepting? It seems to be but I want to make sure. I'd also like to confirm if this is an AU or supposed to follow Bleach canon? For example are any of the canon characters who would be old enough to have existed in this going to exist or will they not be there? 
Similarly is there anything major we need to know that's different than the canon due to the different events?
