She herd him and went wided eyes for a sec, But her priority was Winter.She nods And waits when she gets back in she smiles. , "One....You dont love him dump him.....Two.....I dont know what that feels like but if i know ANYTHING about stuff like that....I know you where doing it because you felt numb....Like...." she takes a deep breath. Devon fades away into the shadows, and walks out on the roof, sitting down to think about his life. He summons his scythe, and examines the markings on the blade. He sighs. "What's the point of being powerful if the one you love doesn't love you back?" He tucks his legs against his chest, staring out into the distance, scythe on his back.

Winter sighs at Arty. “I’d have dumped him ten times over if I could. Everything’s been arranged, media’s involved, my mother is riding my back about it which doesn’t help matters, it’s way too complicated for me to dump him now. My only hope are the objections.” She tells Arty then having heard Kerian she nearly runs to hug him. She needed a hug.

Kerian hugs winter patting her back. He stares into space as he hugs her thinking about his father. Yes then begins to think of his mother and realized he had zero memories of her and had never seen her . He also realized his father never said how he became to be.

She sighs and follows her. "Well i can do that....Dump him for you....You happiness is what matters most. NOT SOME ASSHOLE." she said to her. She then sighed again. "Listen, I can be there with you if you want....Ive had to dump a few guys myself...' she said to her. "And i know Ivy would come with you too.' she said with a smile then hugged her again. "You being Happy is what matters." she said to her. "I mean i would be willing to swap places with you if i did not have Adam....' she said to her. She then let her go. "All that BS dose not matter." she said

Ivy smiles and shakes her head. “Hey what do you do for a living?” She asks, climbing into bed with him.

Winter sighs and rubs Kerian’s back. “I’m truly sorry about your dad. I know what it’s like to be disowned. Do you know your mother?” Her voice is gentle, but she truly understands his pain and what it took to heal.

Jacob laughs nervously " actually I havent had a job since I have roughed it in Australia for four years " he tells ivy " what about you I figured you would be a doctor by now. "

Kerian shakes his head " no I don't know my mother I have never seen nor met her " he tells winter shrugging " so I mean" he says shrugging again.

Ivy sighs and closes her eyes. “I’m only nineteen, people!” She sighs again. “Sorry, it’s just that everyone tells me that. I’m barely in college.”

Winter smiles grimly. “My father left my mother when she was pregnant.”

Jacob smiles" I know it's just that your medical skills are so great I thought you would pass through pretty fast. "

she sighs and then looks around. She then sighs as she looks at him. She then walks out. She needed some time to herself. She grabbed her phone and put a not on the Fridge saying that she would be back in a few hours and that she had her phone on her. She then went to the roof not knowing Devon was there. She looked at her phone and sighed. She sat down and leaned her head on the gate. She closes her eyes as she dose.

He looks up and sees her, then pulls his hood over his head, and begins trying to slip over to the other side of the roof, being as quiet as he can. He's barely breathing, and he edges over to the nearest shadow, trying to get there before she sees him. He stops behind the AC unit, and his scythe scrapes against the grate. He freezes, and goes as quiet as he can, not moving.

She sighs as she hears something. "Con you please just leave me alone?" she asks. Her voice is shaking and tears are streaming down her cheeks. She sighs and then curls back up. She looks at her phone again and shakes her head. She then tosses her phone at him hitting him on accident. as it falls to the ground it falls face up. Her sisters friend texted her saying that Nona was in a coma.

He winces as the phone hits him, and he looks at the open text. Nona's in a coma? He begins fading, placing her phone on the roof's door handle. He runs his fingers though the darkness, feeling it pool around his fingers, and he begins to fade away into the darkness. He softly says, "Artimes....I wish I knew how to help you." His voice is carried like the breeze, and he sits on the edge of the building, hanging his legs off the side.

She looks up and blinks away tears. She sees him and sighs. "Devon....Sorry.' she said to him. "I....I did not mean to hit you.' she said trying to hide her tears. She sighs. "If you kill yourself i swear ill make sure You father forever torments you." She said to him she then grabbed his hood and dragged him to the center. She sighed. "do that again and ill make sure you afterlife is horrible." She said to him.

He puts up no resistance to her tugging, and looks into her eyes, his own black and lost. "My afterlife is already going to be horrible." His hands are trembling. "What happened to Nona?" He slumps down on the roof. "I feel I would be better off dead. At least I wouldn't have to suffer any longer." He hugs her, tears in his eyes. "Why do the Gods hate us?"

She looks at him and blinks. She then hugs him back. "I told you....She got hit by a car..." she said to him. "As for why the gods our own parents i dont think they hate us...." she said to him. She swallows hard. She then curls up in his lap. She sighs. "Well....i dont think your afterlife will be bad....I think your father would keep you near him...." she said to him. She sighs.
