Good point.

@Expolar
Would Aron be able to tell how big the tail is, or if it was furry/scaly or something?

From your perception, the tail appears small and not furry.

So I’m chatting to the child while donning the leather armour.
Not aware of the tail.

Now unless I’m at advantage, I got a nat one on insight...
What does that mean? I think everything she says is filthy lies?

Again just to keep in mind that it takes 1 min to don the armor. Wyatt did speak for awhile. So if everyone is planning to stay in the jail room during that time, you don't have to worry about initiative or wait for a post from me (unless your waiting for Wyatt to speak). If someone leaves the jail room, then I may have to describe what you may find when scouting ahead.

Also for that nat 1, I think Azzen might think she may be still be very afraid and could be saying anything. Its not a definite feeling from the insight, but a good maybe that she may not be the most reliable source for info.

Since everyone else has posted and nothing crazy is happening, I'm going to make a post to push things a bit.

One does not simply pass out from a scratch on the neck. Would an arcana roll of 13 allow Angus to tell if magic is at work here?

Unfortunately, Angus isn't interested in listening to words right now. So unless you can beat a 22 in athletics, he's going out that door.

Aya, I only managed to get a 21. I didn't want to have to do this, but between Angus causing the whole fort coming down on us before we even get our equipment or beating him up a bit right now, I guess I'll have no choice to to try and stop him. If he does move out of my reach, which is 10 ft with my glaive, I'll try and shove Angus to the ground. 25 for the potential shove. And say something along the lines of "Your rage is going to get us all killed. We need to work as a team right now, because everything you do will affect us."

Before you rolled that 25, you rolled a Natural 1. Would you mind explaining where you got advantage from?

I figured it would be difficult for Angus to resist being shoved if he’s without a weapon and out of range to physically counter Orchid, since she’s only going to attempt the shove once he’s out of her glaive range, not her unarmed strike range.

I would say that with or without a weapon, Orchid's roll will still be a normal roll and thus fail.

Darn. Still, Orchid will hold onto her glaive and tell Angus what she will.

How far ahead are the crates and barrels? Also, how far apart are the crates and barrels from each other? I have an idea.

Critically fail!

Are we playing with Critical fails and success?
I realise they don’t really exist it 5e except as an variant rule.
(Pg242 apparently.)

The barrels and crates are to the sides of the room, but most are stacked in the corners of the square room. The middle of the room has a straight path that leads to the steps 10 ft away from the spacious room, but is dimly lit as the light sources of the torches are on the two side walls.

I'm not really going to consistently stick with the critical fails as the level of the blunder could vary on the situation that it just feels like it would be easier to say that it fails than say something that represent a critical fail. This is because ultimately it could be a small critical fail that occurs that is easily forgotten soon after it happens or if something of a bigger critical failure happens, it would be because of how unpredictable the current situation is. So I'm just basing it on how volatile the situation is as I do not want to just force a major failure if the current situation is rather stable enough.

The only thing that I could imagine is that when Orchid calls her glaive back to try and stop Angus, the base of the blade would accidentally catch between the cell bars, thus stopping in place and losing her grip to possibly drop it. But on her next turn, she would be able to properly call it back to her harm. Its not much as I feel the current situation in the jail room does not have that much factors to cause something too critical.

IThat is true as my last post was the kobolds reaction. But jt's fine, I can still do the Kobolds and Aron's turn. Once finish, I'll just mention how Najilia turn effected them.

From your rolls when checking Wyatt's body, you were able to determine that there were no magic involved, but still unsure if he fail unconscious due to pain, fear, or other possible reasons.
