Without being laden down with the weight of the driver, Eclipse was able to make his way back to the scene of the fight much quicker than his sprint to the hospital. He was immensely grateful in this moment for how hard his drill instructors ran him during training, otherwise he would've been wheezing by the time he made it back to where Tank Man and Dynamo were.

"Oh damn," he looked around at the crumbled concrete of one of the buildings that had been blasted to smithereens, and Tank Man continuing to trundle on in his, well, tank.

He caught the pink suit of the other hero checking that a group of civilians, who all looked a bit dazed. At least they didn't have to worry about that anymore, "Dynamo! Do you wanna keep the civilians safe, or come help me with this?" he called out, nodding his head in the direction of the tank. It still had the armored car trapped, and potentially the passenger. He wasn't about to let the villain get away, and he knew Dynamo could catch up, so he turned and ran towards the tank. Doing the same thing he did before, pulling the shadows cast underneath the tank and changing them into the clawed gauntlets, he leapt up onto the metal shell.

Pulling himself up onto the top of the tank, the gauntlets morphed into a sharp blade, and he slammed it down into the top of the tank; tearing a huge gash into the metal, "If this doesn't get his attention I don't know what will," he muttered to himself before bringing the blade back up for a second stab down.

Tank Man groaned as he looked at a blinking light, and an audible alarm, "Ugh.. Outer hull compromised, huh?" He sighed, "Note to self: cameras, topside. Whether it's Pinkie or not, let's see how the little shit likes this." He flipped a cover off a switch, then the switch itself, and the whole machine began to hum, separate from the vibration of it rumbling along! He'd connected a circuit somewhere, and was now running a current through the outer hull!

The front door kicked open at the Red Door, and in swaggered The Rocker, and his entourage.
The only one taller than him was covered in leather and chains (and some kind of heavy looking metal frame-work on his heavy boots). To his left was an emo-kid, with a shock of blue hair covering one side of his face, and a timid demeanor. The other, a young lady with a green mowhawk and a matching t-shirt quickly broke from the group on roller blades, turning and circling this way and that as the rest of the group came to sit at the counter. Rocker set his guitar on the stool next to him. "Yo, I'll have whatever you've got on tap-or just a couple, anyway. Can't get too wasted; got a gig, tonight!" He frowned, and looked over both of his shoulders at his gang, "And, uh, I guess a root beer for them? Don't worry, they just forgot their permission slips, is all, hahahahaha!"
He gave a light shove on The Ill Begotten Fate's shoulder, either not recognizing him or not caring, "What about you, hm? Just pickin' somethin' up for your Old Man, right? hehehehehe..."

"Sloppy, but - he got a showboating popstar and someone more concerned with saving the civilians than the money." Wayne shrugged, offering the kid a smile. It was amusing to see the kid complain about how another villain was doing considering he couldn't get much right as a city bad guy. And reminding him of such things was just plain amusing. The kid never failed to react in predictable, but entertaining, ways too.

The bartender chuckled, turning to fill a glass and hand it off to another patron of the bar. He was about to respond when more ruckus flooded into the bar in the form of The Rocker and his entourage. The professional smile that slid into place helped keep him from rolling his eyes at the loudmouth and the punks that followed the clown around. He poured up the glasses as ordered and slid them in front of the other villain. The smile on his face curled a bit as he let out another chuckle. "Ya know, I'd remind you that this is a neutral zone and I don't take kindly to fights in my bar, but..." He looked at Ill-Gotten with a smirk before focusing his attention back on Rockster. "This would actually be an interesting fight if you keep looking to start shit."

Hell, maybe he'd help the kid out. He found the low-lucked vigilante mistaken villain endearing. It was why he helped the kid out with jobs that even he couldn't mess up. They were bullshit jobs but...If the kid fought the punk, especially if he could manage to come out on top, maybe that'd be proof enough he could manipulate his abilities - could be worth exploring. If not, the kid was smart enough to at least be on the planning side of stuff. Talent didn't always come in the most convenient packages.
