Gah I am sorry brain go brrrrr In order to speed things along I am going to forgo doing anything crazy and just Nix the bird idea. At least for now. So that people after me can actually do something! I am so sorry! Getting a thing written now.

I'll get the Attackers' turn up soon. First though, I have an mildly unfortunate announcement to make.

Something's gone wrong with Owlbear Rodeo and as a result, the map has become unusable. So from here on out, this encounter will be taking place in the Theater of the Mind.

How many feet of movement would it take to get to the top of the tower/the bell? And would ringing the bell be a free action, or would it take a regular/bonus action?

It is indeed.

The tower is 30 feet tall, so climbing it would require another 60 feet of movement. Ringing the bell is then a free object interaction.

Rala is probably going to focus on trying to kill the guys attacking the place. I feel like Flicker or someone else fast can probably get up there on their next turn. If anyone has a way to take out the fire that would be great.

Rala is probably going to focus on trying to kill the guys attacking the place. I feel like Flicker or someone else fast can probably get up there on their next turn. If anyone has a way to take out the fire that would be great.

I still have my bird idea but Flicker goes before Aura and is closer/faster and yes is fire resistant so you do you we have options but Might be easier for flicker.

I mean if Jørmund didn't heal Paxton and use his action to dash he was going to cast warding bond on Flicker to give them resistance to all damage and take the same damage as them. He'll probably still cast it here soon on one of the squishier party members once the turn comes back around.
