Blargh, finally finished all that NPC stuff. Will probably make Character tab Zeroth Post look better later, but for now...IC post in 2-3 days. Maybe even tomorrrow if I'm feeling fancy.

There’s various rankings out there, generally measured by Fame, and then specifically measured by other qualities, which differ depending on what the ranking is for. So you could have Five Million Fame + pushes the most merch sales as one top rank Talent, but you could have another Five Million Fame + generated the most concurrent viewers in the last year for another top rank Talent.

There’s no definitive, end-all-be-all ranking, basically.

I'll say no due to a few factors

Elpis is a relatively new talent so companies are still observing.

Furthermore, Elpis made it her personal policy that she needs to actually like the product before she endorse it.

There might be an endorsement in the talks but nothing concrete.

It was mentioned that Pandora took third place in the training program that I presumed Phoebe entered as well. I would guess that Elpis ranked first or second but that makes me wonder.

Who took the other spot?

I’ll give you two both two more rounds of conversation if you want, before the police arrive, if ya want. Gonna be the most awkward media interview inbound otherwise, especially if Elpis just blurts out that the brakes didn’t work into the cameras.

@Digmata Whoever took the remaining spot is a mystery (which means you can make them up. I’d imagine they’re mostly a rival magical girl figure that they’ll weave into Elpis’s storyline).
