Charlie Fox - The veteran Purple Dino Ranger and current intern for Human Enhancement and Advanced Research Technologies (HEART) Corporation. A prodigy since a young age, Charlie has shifted from simply being the brains of the team a decade ago to the full-on leader today. Just don't make a joke about her height!

Sam Henderson - The new Blue Dino Ranger and younger brother of fallen Ranger Andre Henderson. Sam has been somewhat exposed to the Rangers at a younger age given that his brother was once one. When the opportunity to step into his brother's shoes presents itself, Sam doesn't hesitate to become a hero.

David Varela - The veteran Green Dino Ranger and aspiring archaeologist. David knows exactly what it means to carry the responsibility of being a Ranger as evidence by the scar across his chest from a battle years ago. With the chance to fight once again, David is ready to do what it takes for the sake of the world.

Lee Hanuel - The new Pink Dino Ranger and versatile performing artist. Lee is not unfamiliar with being in the spotlight as an influencer, however that spotlight will be a bit different as a Ranger. His charisma and confidence will be an essential addition to the team... or get him in trouble with bad guys!

Jade Taylor - The veteran Black Dino Ranger and leather donning bad ass. Jade's experience as Ranger presented her with lifelong family and friends, but also some dark trauma she hasn't quite confronted. Her bike has taken her to many places aside from Angel Grove, but now she is back and prepared to face a new threat.

Aurora Velez - The new Red Dino Ranger and the new kid on the block in Angel Grove. Despite Aurora's newness to the city, her relentless nature make her perfect example of what it means to be a Ranger. The first thing that someone would notice about Charlie is just how short she is. Standing at about 5'2", she not as "vertically blessed" as most people, but that doesn't bother her in the slightest. What does bother her is when people like to point out this physical detail about her. In that case, her slightly intimidating green-eyed glare is a bit more accentuated by the annoyance stirring up within her internally. She's a natural beauty that doesn't often need the effects of makeup, but will occasionally prepare her face if she is going out for a night on the town. Her lips are full and often have a smirk or scowl on it contingent upon what mood she's in.

Body wise, Charlie finds herself to be average weight with slight curves in the right places. She isn't necessarily a video vixen, but Charlie is aware that she has a decent physical build considering. Her hairstyle depends on her mood for the day or the week. It's not uncommon for Charlie to find comfort in getting her hair braided, especially when she knows that she will spend extensive time working at HEART Corp. In other instances, she wears her hair in its natural curly state. The only time where she will consider pressing it flat is if she wants to look to cute. Otherwise, braids or curls is Charlie's selection as it relates to her hair.

S T Y L E                            

Charlie prefers comfort over style. For the life of her, she cannot understand why some women prefer to wear heels on a daily basis when they can opt for something more comforting and simple. She's a t-shirt, jeans and tennis shoes kind of woman more times than not with a jacket or a hoodie if necessary. She's not void of fashion sense when it comes to making herself "dolled up." Charlie has a few dresses in her closet that she is willing to bring out on special occasions along with heels, just expect her to be barefoot by the end of evening.

Her Ranger color is purple and part of the running theme of the other Rangers all those years ago was to always wear something that had their designated color. No, Charlie won't always wear her favorite amethyst hoodie; she will often elect for a bracelet with purple charms on it or the matching pair of earrings as a means of showcasing the purple through her accessories. Speaking of which, she does have nose piercings and a few tattoos along her arms to round out her style. Very much so a tomboy that is capable of turning a few heads.

P E R S O N A L I T Y        

Audacious - There's a level of boldness that comes with being a Ranger, right? Even without the suit, prior to her experience in going to battle with bad guys, Charlie was a fearless woman that didn't back down from a challenge. Her audacity can often rub people the wrong way or serve as a motivation to help them fight alongside her.
Insecure - With Charlie being the youngest of the original Rangers, she grew insecure about her status and worth to the entire team at times. Because there were older members, she felt incompetent and reliant on them in certain scenarios. Now that she's older and is taking on the responsibility as somewhat of a recruiter and leader, those insecurities remain but will fester in a different form.
Witty - At her core, Charlie is somewhat of a jokester. More times than not, it arrives in the form of dry humor or small digs, but she's truly a source for laughs at the most random times. In her opinion, you have to have a sense of humor when it comes to something as serious as being a Ranger. Often, her wittiness can come off as sophomoric or inappropriate, but she normally means well when joking.

F A C T S                           

Before she was a Ranger, Charlie was a high performing student at Angel Grove High School that was two grades ahead of where her age aligned her to be. She's not necessarily a "genius" per se, but her intellect about most things about being a Ranger is relatively high because she spent a lot of time doing research then and especially now that she's forming a new team.
Charlie spent most of her childhood hopping from one house to the next since her father wasn't around her mother died at an early age. She's lived with a few of her aunts and her grandparents but never truly got the "family vibe" until she met the other Rangers. Part of her is excited about the prospects of finding some "new" family members and reconnecting with some older ones.
Currently, Charlie does freelance work in hardware and software repair (cell phones, computers, tablets, devices, etc.) and makes a pretty decent living. She started her small business back when she was in high school and those skills have translated into her adult life and Ranger experiences as well too. These days, however, most of her time is committed to interning at HEART Corp, the biggest engineering technology company in the country (and perhaps the world at this point). It was always her dream to be at HEART Corp but these days she somewhat iffy about the projects she works on.

R A N G E R                    

Why is Charlie returning to the team? Because none of the other veterans are in the mental state of leading the charge to get the gang back together. The effects of the war took a toll on everyone, especially after losing several of the other Rangers. In the time that has elapsed over the past few years, Charlie has received counseling and assurance in herself that she can be the catalyst that will spark heroism within veterans and rookies alike. Is she terrified of basically being responsible for the well-being of others? Absolutely. But the cost of not having the Rangers return compared to the price the world would pay if evil is left unchallenged could be deadly. Now is the time to take on anyone that is willing to fight.

A P P E A R A N C E          

Samson stands at exactly 6'0 with an athletic build. He used to be the shortest kid in his class before hitting a big growth spurt. Sam started learning different forms of martial arts once his brother became a Power Ranger, hoping to become one like him. Despite everything this was the only thing he remained consistent in. If It wasn't for his roommate, Lee, you wouldn't be able to differentiate Sam from someone who was living in the street. This actually happened a few times when he volunteered at Angel Cove's Soup Kitchen. He keeps his hair clean and kept out of habit, but he doesn't really care too much for clothes unless he needs to wear something specific. Otherwise you'll usually find him in a hoodie, sweats, graphic tees, and a jean jacket.

The one thing that will always look new on him is his hoes. He inherited his brother's collection and kept it going. He treats them with more care than he does for himself.

S T Y L E                            

Samson has a sense of style, but doesn't care to apply it to himself so he lets Lee shop for him as well whenever he goes out. If you ever see Samson dressed up in anything more than a hoodie it was either laundry day or he was on a mission. He does however shops for his shoes and they will always match his outfit even if the outfit is mix-matched. He has a tattoo of the Rangers symbol on his right shoulder. It's usually hidden under a shirt or hoodie. He also has a tattoo of his brother's name and birthday over his heart.

P E R S O N A L I T Y        

Reckless - Sam confuses his recklessness for bravery. He sees his ability to push through fear no matter what rationale is telling him is a good thing, but it's really just him moving through life with a death wish and if he's not careful he's not the only one he'd get killed.
Determined - Ever since Sam was young he was always self-assured and determined to walk the path he set for himself. Not satisfied with just being the resident geek when his world was opened to the possibilities of more he jumped at it without hesitation. He does whatever he sets his mind to do and there's rarely any stopping or convincing him otherwise.
Witty - Sam hides his pain behind jokes and laughter. When he's around others he's the life of the party even if he doesn't look like it. He rarely ever shows how he's feeling unless it's behind closed doors.

F A C T S                           

Sam spent his childhood chasing after his older brother, Andre. He was the cool older brother that everyone wished they had. It was no surprise to him when he became a Power Ranger. He found out about it when he followed Andre to their base one day. He wanted to join them, but they said he was too young. Instead of feeling like the rift between them grew that much more Sam was determined to push himself even harder to become one. When Andre died he took it harder than anyone. To him Andre was invincible. It shook him to his core, but when the other Rangers disbanded Sam was determined to protect and live up to Andre's legacy.
Sam built his own computer when he was eleven and taught himself how to hack. He thought this would be enough to help the Rangers even without being one, but they already had someone to fill that role. That's when he decided to be more than just a brain.
Currently, Sam is attending Angel Grove State University Majoring in Computer Engineering. He lives in an apartment off-campus with his best friend Lee. He moonlights as a vigilante cleaning up the city and investigating corruption and shady deals. His investigations have recently led him to HEART Corporation. He hasn't found anything concrete yet and has been blocked by the best firewall he's ever come across. He needs a way inside and he just might have found it.

Why is Sam joining the team? Sam's joining the team, not because it's what he's always wanted, but it's because it's what he and the world needs right now. The others may not be willing to don the suit again, but he knows the world needs Power Rangers and he's not afraid of the sacrifice it requires. But he's been preparing for this moment without even realizing it. He just hopes in the end that he continues to do what's right and make his brother proud.

David stands at 5'9, with a slightly tan complexion. David has black hair and a clean-shaven face. Having brown eyes and while it is hidden under his clothes. David does have a large scar on his chest. A scar looks like he was hit by a slashing attack. Due to a previous fight while he was a Ranger and one he does not like to show.

Otherwise, David has an athletic build that he has maintained since leaving the Rangers.

S T Y L E                            

David tends to wear casual clothing, though he always wears some type of button jacket with what shirts he wears. He prefers flannel button jackets and simple t-shirts, which he likes to wear either green or red shirts. Along with dark jeans and he wears two rings, one on each hand. Both rings were gifts from people David knew. Plus, a watch on his left hand. David can wear more formal or semi-formal clothing when it is needed. But will wear what he feels is best for the situation at hand.

P E R S O N A L I T Y        

Brave - David is not one to shy away from a fight or cause that puts him in harm's way.
Stubborn - While David can be easy going, the thing is that once David has set his mind on something. It is hard to dissuade him once that happens.
Optimistic - Despite the lows and losses that he has dealt with. David is still one who can see the good things and has hope when things are at their worst.

F A C T S                           

David almost died once while he was a Ranger, protecting a downed Ranger, and took a blow to the chest that would develop into a scar.
David is a college graduate and seeks to be an archaeologist.
Despite being somewhat of a nerd, David likes the outdoors and tends to go on hikes when he has the time for it.

Why is David returning to the team? David is returning to the Rangers because he feels like he is needed once again over concerns about the newest threat. More so since he does not want the deaths of his Ranger team to be in vain if this new threat wins and the Rangers lose while he did nothing.

Standing at 6'1" with long limbs and dancer’s posture, he moves with the kind of grace that comes from years of training and performing. His skin has a soft, golden glow, smooth and flawless thanks to a militant skincare routine. His features are delicate but sharp: full lips, a sculpted jaw, and expressive brown eyes. He keeps his hair neatly styled, and is frequently changing the color. Pink or blonde are his usual go to colors, but he has gone full rainbow before.

S T Y L E                            

Lee Haneul doesn’t just get dressed, he assembles looks. His everyday fashion is a mix of streetwear couture, gender noncorming glam, and unapologetic drama. Mesh tops layered under cropped jackets, silk shirts half tucked into rhinestone studded joggers, statement jewelry with way too many rings. His outfits are always built around a theme, a vibe, or a mood.

He doesn’t believe in “too much.” If it sparkles, flows, or shows off collarbone, he’s wearing it. Combat boots and platform sneakers are standard. His color palette leans toward pastels, metallics, and violent amounts of pink. Even his workout clothes have embellishments.

Charismatic - Lee is made for the spotlight. He’s charming, expressive, and commands attention with every word. he knows how to work a crowd, and isn’t afraid to steal the spotlight if you’re not using it.

Born in Korea, Lee was set to debut in a KPop Idol group called PRIZM under the stage name Lux. But was dropped for unknown reasons.
Unsupported by his family, Lee used the last of his savings to move to the US, to study performing arts, and restart his career on his terms. He currently lives with his best friend Sam
He still post videos under his stage name, and has a modest but loyal online following.

When she was a ranger during her youth, Jade was a lot leaner than she is now. That isn't to say she is all bones and flesh, but her training regime sort of died with the members of her team almost ten years ago. Her body has also gone through some very drastic trauma in the form of substance abuse. She stands around 5'5 and still holds a somewhat healthy weight ratio. Her hair is blonde and she has green eyes but you wouldn't be able to really pinpoint it because of the raccoon eyes she does with her makeup. Black as well with her lipstick. Jade is far from the Jade her living teammates knew her to be. A lot has changed.

S T Y L E                            

And the same could be said about her style. Back in high school, Jade held a rather firm lock on expressing herself too darkly. She was edgy and grungy but never full goth that she leans into now. She was like a certain bubblegum pop-punk princess from north of the border, but now she's more Maria Brink. She wears leather and not just the jacket her uncle gave her but the skin tight stuff. She also wears baggy attire sometimes when she feels like it but more often than not, Jade has gone full alt girl core. Trauma really is a deciding factor in how one expresses themselves.

P E R S O N A L I T Y        

Dauntless - It doesn't matter if it was in the past or in the now, something Jade has never lost was her fire. That fire made her a great candidate to become a ranger initially and, though it's been covered six feet deep, Jade has that same fire. She's the kind of person who has always spoken her mind. This has partly been due to the influence from Charlie, but it was how she was raised. Someone that was surrounded by strong personalities her whole life and someone who responded well to the tough love treatment. Being gentle with Jade or just flat out beating around the bush or not telling her shit will only get you a punch in the face. She needs to be told how it is in such a blunt manner because that's what she responds the best to.
Stubborn - And sometimes to a fault. Jade has always been and continues to be a growing headache in whosever ass has to deal with her. Yes, that fire never died. It might've grown wilder as the years and more abuse came her away, but that fire keeps her animated. Sometimes that can be a good thing. Having a fire lit inside you can light the way to a bright future, but then sometimes it can lead to a wildfire, causing catastrophe anywhere you go. Because of her past and how much it impacted her, Jade has seen disaster everywhere she went.
Compassionate - Friendship, trust, emotions — they're all so complicated for Jade. It can be ruined far easier than it can be reforged or created. Jade has lost so much that sometimes she becomes a shell of her former good self, but to those who kept in contact and those who never let her drift too far from their hearts, that is something that Jade remembers and never forgot. For as far as she has fallen down, the angel whose wings were clipped from heartbreak, she kept a piece of her heart with those still with her and never let her forget that. To her, that meant the world and is probably why this particular lost soul is still among the living and is ready to give this ranger thing another shot. Or at the very least, face her past with eyes open and a heart yearning to trust again.

F A C T S                           

Jade was born and raised in Angel Grove by her Uncle Charlie Taylor, who owns a motorcycle club (not to be confused with a biker gang clubhouse). His business is where motorcycle enthusiasts can come, enjoy a beer or drink, and be around likeminded individuals without any worry of getting in any trouble. Jade grew up around big men with bushy beards and big hearts. They were thick skinned but the nicest bunch of bigfoot-looking men this side of the country. Their influence on Jade led to her never being bullied and never being a target for long. Anytime anyone tried to mess with her, Jade would show them exactly what they were messing with. A punch here, tackle there, and immediate detention for a week or two, but they learned. Bullies of all shapes, sizes, and shades would know that Jade Riley Taylor was not a girl to be fucked with. So maybe that's why she was the perfect candidate to become a power ranger. She never questioned it. Her large heart and compassion to protect people made her almost ideal to help protect the town she called home.
Jade might not have been the tech wiz that Charlie was or really had any idea on how to program a computer, but she knew machines. Call her a gearhead, call her an oiler, but what Jade knew almost as well as she did kicking ass, taking names, and classic rock (classic by her uncle's standards, not her) was the beating, roaring heartbeat of a well-oiled, unneglected machine. It didn't matter if it was a motorcycle, classic American muscle, or a zord (or any of the other related machines they got access to), Jade could fix it. If there was an issue with it, she could find the problem. All she needed was some AC/DC or Ozzy playing, a bit of time, and her tools. Just give her that and Jade could fix anything.
But there were some things that Jade couldn't fix. For as gifted as she was, she couldn't fix the hole in her heart that losing Parker led to. Jade looked up to Parker. Someone like her made the world around her even brighter. No matter how long the battles went, how cold some nights were or how much the darkness tried to cancel out the light, Parker was someone Jade felt close to. She never...ever confessed it but she loved Parker as much as anyone ever could. They were best friends but Jade felt something a bit deeper. She just didn't know how to express it and never got the chance to. Not until it was too late. After that, Jade felt lost. She graduated with her friends but she couldn't stay in Angel Grove, so she took an old bike she was working on, packed whatever she could into a bag and drove out of Angel Grove. She went as far as Silver Hills. She needed the change of scenery. In that time, she's lived in Mariner Bay, Reefside, Blue Harbor, and she even found herself in Briarwood. It wouldn't be until last night, she made her return to Angel Grove. Her uncle is turning 40 and she wanted to be there for his big birthday celebration.

Why isJADE TAYLOR returning to the team? Jade lost a lot of herself ten years ago. A piece of her soul was lost forever and she's tired of running from what caused that. A decade full of misery, abuse to her soul, and substance abuse to her body has made her want to reclaim that part of her that was lost. She doesn't know it yet, but putting on the ranger mantle again might be the first step in doing that. Or simply making the decision to simply return is enough for her. Maybe that is enough.

While she possesses a natural beauty that makes her easy on the eyes, Aurora doesn’t have the most approachable vibe about her. This is most likely to the resting bitch face that always seems to be permanently placed there. She stands roughly at the height of 5’7 with average weight. Her tresses a mass of dark chocolate curls that fall to her shoulders when left down, bangs when not pushed aside slightly frame even darker eyes that grace the soft features of her face. A dusting of freckles dapple across the bridge of her nose, cheeks and the curve of her shoulders over caramel colored skin. She has the body of a dancer, elegant lengthy limbs that hold a surprising amount of strength and flexibility for swift precise movements. A soft curve of an hourglass shape that mostly goes ignored due to her style.

S T Y L E                            

Simplistic and comfy. Just baggy clothes she can almost swim in or jeans/overalls with a plain T-shirt and baggy jackets. She is not one to get overly fancy or dressed up and would rather avoid any kind of event that involves dolling up or needing make up. She would be more likely to be found getting down and dirty in the mud than primping or preening in heels. However, despite this, she does actually enjoy watching the fashion scene and could probably impress if she ever desired.

P E R S O N A L I T Y        

CONFIDENT - She believes in her abilities and who she is as a person. What people see is what they get and she won’t be sorry for that. Yes, she might be a bit of an odd duck, a roamer, and not admit to faults when they are found but she will roll with the punches and have faith she will come out on top. She has no problem backing others up, being their pillar of strength or trying to boost their own confidence and get them out of their own shell. This is where the optimistic part of her personality shines and when she tends to encourage others. It’s some of the reason she is not scared to be courageous.
FREE-SPIRITED - While she maybe joyfully adventurous, open-minded, optimistic and creative because of her carefree attitude, it can oftentimes be more negative than positive. Aurora tends to be spontaneous and impulsively act before thinking things through or listen to the advice of others before charging head first into something reckless without fully meaning to. Most label her as childish for this reason, never taking anything too seriously even when she is trying her best in hard situations, her own nervousness about the seriousness of it all making her come off as joking which tends to cause misunderstandings. It doesn’t help that her impulsive ways rub people wrong as she speaks her mind even when it might be best not to because she thinks she is being helpful when it most likely will needlessly escalate a situation.
LOYAL - She will never abandon anyone or the things she views as important no matter what. Even if it is something she would rather not do or thinks to be crazy, if the person has her loyalty she will follow to the end of the earth. Hell or high water, she isn’t petty enough to abandon people in their time of need and has her own moral code.

F A C T S                           

She has just recently moved to Angel Grove due to its mix of natural landscapes and urban living. She plans to work on building her portfolio for a career in photography, specifically landscape photography but she is willing to have an open mind. There were other places she could have relocated but a beach side city surround by forest and mountains seemed like the perfect start to something new. She has never really had roots or a feeling of home/family since she moved around a lot during her younger years and hopes to settle in here.
The outdoors has always been her playground whether it be hiking in the wilderness or parkouring off of buildings. She can often be found up early in the morning taking runs or in some random location enjoying nature.
Aurora is what most people would call street smart instead of book smart. She hasn’t had the easiest life but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger in her eyes. She might not be able to hack a computer or give you an answer to advance mathematics but if it comes to survival, she is your gal. She knows her way around and who to go to for a job to get done.

Why is Aurora Velez a good fit with the Rangers? She is a straight shot and will own the bleak points no one wants to hear before trying to find a creative solution to the problem. Her confidence, determination, and loyalty make her a fierce force to be reckoned with as she won’t know when to quit, always coming back for more no matter the punishment in doing so might be. She will never give up on those in need or trying to see the brighter side of things. She wants to protect everyone and help offload their burdens, keep the peace not just for the people of the planet but personally for the Rangers.
