Okay, the council have decided that while I’m being pretty open and accepting of abilities— absolute domain over life and death is a liiiiiittle too intense. My game developer brain is kicking in so while I love the character conceptually and Spectre is my Arknights darling, you’re going to need to nerf the abilities a bit or reconceptualize it.

Womb of Creation | #8 is, in layman terms, a walking chemical reactor. Hers is an existence of change, of erasure, of renewal. Anything she may consume is broken down within her guts, stripped of its essence until its base elements, the minute chemicals that once made it up, remain. No matter how solid, or how volatile, or how complex the original form is, it will be reduced like any other. Similarly, #8's physiology allows her to combine whatever chemicals are in her stomach, which she can then release back out through her mouth. Stuff goes in, different stuff comes out, in the most basic of explanations. The exact nature of how is unknown, as #8 does not need prior knowledge of chemistry to concoct what she desires, acting on a kind of instinct.

To facilitate this #8 is able to consume any substance on the planet, and perhaps even beyond, regardless of composition. She is also immune to any effects a consumed substance has, as well as its base components or the ones she produces herself. This means she suffers no ill from toxins and such, but also does not benefit from things such as food, as it all ends up broken down once she eats it. #8 is, however, able to flush the compounds she makes into her bloodstream, keeping her body functional despite the deficiency.

#8 is also capable of expelling a portion of her stomach acid at any given moment. This acid is highly caustic and can melt through any material in a matter of seconds.

^{#8 is not so much compelled by her Appetite as she is a victim of it - flesh and blood dampen her cravings but do nothing to alleviate them.
There is no true worry of #8 losing control as she finds the prospect 'hopeless'.}

Changed the idea behind it a few times, but I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out!

#14 seems to be able, in some way, to mutter words and sounds that seem to be impossible to comprehend, record or even be heard by mortal beings. Such words can be clearly heard by all beings in a radius of 1km from her, even if the are merely whispered. A few select people of profound faith who hear those, claim to be able to hear the words and mention as them being the forbidden language of angels while others merely hear a profound rumbling along with the sound of a far away bell.

The first word ceases all sound inside the area, causing an absolute and complete, deafening silence, making any kind of verbal communication impossible. Heartbeats of all those inside seem to beat in unison, being the only sound that can be heard. #14 is able to hear the heartbeat of those inside the area and accurately pinpoint their location.

"Sathariel"

The second word causes a blinding light to shine down from the heavens. All darkness is washed away by a flood of divine light and ethereal feathers. Deception becomes utterly impossible inside this area, be it trying to hide or conceal oneself, lie or deceive. Masks — magical, physical, emotional — shatter. #14 seems to be able to move in flickers while inside the area. Like light glancing off a mirror she seems to appear just where attention isn’t, seeming to vanish between glances and making targeting, hitting or even keeping up with her as she moves very hard.

"Raziel"

The third word causes all other miracles or supernatural abilities that are not born of true holiness or pure intent to be severely weakened. Those with strong link to the divine claim to feel a tremendous spiritual weight upon hearing the word, a reminder of their origin. Those of unholy or unclear nature are compelled to kneel. Stronger ones are able to resist this effect, but are still impacted by it, becoming slower and sluggish. All those who dare defy the divine law inside the area and move with ill intent will find their actions reflected back to them.

This kind of concept always kind of teeters between allowable or not. The edge classic--the unstable romantic who can't tell the difference between love and hunger. Don't show her any affection and all that. Also, is she a 7 8 9 pun? Yes. Is she a "would you still love me if I were a worm" joke? Also yes.

If this iteration is a bit much, I'll probably cut down her concept to be significantly less unstable. Quite a lot of high number people. There is a large amount of alt concepts I went through--this one was just the one that I liked the most.

Number Seven's power is contained in her words. Sweet nothings that not only poison the mind but putrefy the world with saccharine suggestions.

That is to say, her power to affect others isn't mind control. Instead, it's a mere suggestion to one's actions. To say an outright command would do nothing--outright refusal can easily deny any command Seven can give. But poisoning the mind with "wouldn't it be strange to stop breathing" would find the listener suddenly gasp as they realized they had not taken breath for some time. To tell someone to mind their step as they walked can easily result in a misplaced step off a ledge.

How her words affect the world is a stranger oddity. If something is unobserved, she can alter it. If she says how nice it will be for a door to be unlocked, it will be unlocked so long as nobody is watching the lock. If she states how bad it were to be if she were shot, bullets will miss her. Of course, observed phenomena are impossible to alter. If someone swings a knife at her, she can do little to alter it.

This, however, doesn't mean that she can create or destroy anything with her words. It merely means she can shift its state, location, or such quality. It also doesn't mean that she can skirt logic--something cannot become another thing.

And in truth, her power can easily be cancelled out. One must first hear her words before becoming victim to the suggestions. Chanting impossibilities negates whatever power her words may have. And of course, an utmost focus in all of one's actions minimizes any effect of suggestion. And for anyone who is astute enough, they can tell when she is using her power. Even if only by a small amount, her tongue extends beyond her lips.

A certain virality lingers in her words. If a victim is under a suggestion and repeats it, those who hear the repetition may also be afflicted as her words worm their way into their subconscious.
