Glad you guys liked the post! I went back and read through parts of UOU to try and get a feel for your voices for these characters. Felt like it was important to not just make them 'my' versions of the characters, if that makes sense.

The post used to have a significantly longer battle with more details, buuut it felt long winded and distracted from Wally's dilemma. Totally going to milk that fight for drama in later flashbacks, though, you fuckin' betcha

Yeah, weird how @Sep just assumes Bruce and the others died all because Iris definitely bit it.

He said as he clasped his hands together and brought them low to his side before swinging up to knock Toyman in his metallic jaw sending him skidding across the floor. "Or someone could die." He said as he followed to continue his assault. "But you're not someone. You're a toy. A toy that I can play with until it breaks. What we have is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose and see how strong I really am."

I have a couple of drafts floating around, just trying to decide where to focus next for my plots. The surge of inspiration that Maxx has brought is both a help and a hindrance, but I've shelved some of those ideas for later on to maximize their impact.

Just to clear it, though, did anyone have designs on Vandal Savage?
