Watched a movie and spent several hours talking about the human condition and how it relates to ourselves and those we know (i.e. how universal are our traits/insecurities/etc.), and the university system here in Scotland versus that in England. We're such exciting people.

EDIT: Ooohhhhh, this is about Mother's Day. Nevermind, that was in March here.

Six minutes, but it wasn't me who ended the call. She had my sister, my brother and law, and both my nephews over so it was a bit nutty. I would have loved to visit myself, but 3500 kilometers is kinda far.

3500km? Jeez. Maritimes or East Cost U.S.? Since you're in Western Canada I'd guess Maritimes.

South-Central Ontario, about an hour North of Toronto.

On the plus side, they're coming out for a visit next month and I am going home for a couple weeks in August/September. :D It's been about two and a half years since I've been home.
