I was thinking about switching my characters location, but I would need a reasonable explanation for why he is no longer in Kiri.

I'm not saying you have to switch, I'm just telling people that it can ruin an rp if everyone clutters a village and leave the others empty. And from what I have interpreted from the OP, cluttering would probably ruin the story of this rp.

Actually, that's precisely my experience with Naruto RPs. I remember one person in the last one I joined told me they didn't want to make a character in a village because said village didn't interest them. And of course there's the old cliche of everyone having a hard on for good ol' Konoha....
But I digress. If you feel Kiri suits your character best, that makes sense to me. Just a little hard for me to guess that from a CS that has neither a personality or a history yet.

All of my characters are usually from the Rain Village because I like the idea of using a character who is not part of bigger nations and proves that you can be a great shinobi no matter which village you're from. Also I disagree with you on the hidden mist being one of the worst. I think it's the best out of the five nations.

He will not concern himself with trivial matters. . Occasionally sarcastic when faced with ignorance. Often people misperceive his intentions due to his age, and literally or figuratively overlook his presence. Jin is incredibly fond of strawberries. He has a very philosophical mind and is often caught in a pensive state.

This aspect of his personality is what lead many to believe his occasional childish facade, when in truth is is a very aware, diligent child with a disciplined psyche. In truth, his love for games comes not from his age yet from his perception of the world through an idealistic yet analytic setting. Such a young child on his own was met with much speculation by most of his peers, however his determined eyes and little regard to emotion caused confusion in many of those around him. Eventually he found that the rumored clan, the Kaguya clan, had been wiped out in the previous war. Jin was disheartened, and almsot gave up in his search. However, asking around the village surrounding where the Kaguya clan had resided, he had found word of a boy who held the fabled Shikotsumyaku, whose body was never found and had not defended his clan during the massacre. Jin took this clue and after much investigating, had narrowed down his subject's location to a small town outside of Konoha.
Upon arriving, Jin simply used his Sharingan to extract information from the local townspeople and eventually acquired the location of someone fitting the physical description of his subject. Thus, Jin arrived at the Kaguya's door and greeted his partner in crime, first true friend, and his first test subject, Kaido Kaguya.
Kaido agreed to allow Jin to examine and map out his body, learning the intricate design put into the Kaguya that separated them from other humans. He, a simple boy at the age of ten, was able to medically operate and heal the body of a Kaguya using his limited medical knowledge, and limited though it may be, it was taught to him by the Mother of Medical Ninjutsu, Nu Shinjitsu.
Jin and Kaido relocated to the Land of Ash, settling inside of Uzushiogakure and began planning for the future. Jin confided in Kaido, and told him the ultimate secret of his existence.

Alias: Muyo Uzumaki

Appearance: Small for his age, and thin, almost unhealthily so. The same can be said of his paleness. His hair is longish and pure black, with streaks of a lighter violet running through it. He wears black, loose clothing, almost like he's just gotten out of bed. He wears a black cloth across his face, covering his eyes, which is further covered by his long hair, and similar strips of cloth are around his wrists, ankles, and neck.
Personality: Muhi isn't very talkative, but he isn't a complete introvert either. Rather, he just isn't very good at starting conversations with people, or carrying them for that matter. He enjoys being around others, even if he isn't part of the group, because he doesn't like being all alone. He tends to have a delayed reaction to, well, everything, and most surprises or things that would shock or scare a normal person are completely lost on him. At some points it is like he can see the world around him perfectly fine, better then those around him even, but other times he's stumbling around like he's completely blind and forced to rely on others to tell him where he's going. Generally when he's with a group of people he knows and feels comfortable with, he'll be quite cheerful and open.
Village: Uzushio, Land of Ash
History/Background: Muhi wasn't born and raised, instead he was bred, created as an experiment to fuel an arms race. His father was an Uchiha, and his mother a Hyuga. Muhi never met his mother, but from what he experienced of his father, he isn't confident that his birth was entirely consensual. Once upon a time he wondered if he could find out who his mother was, but he's long since given that up, not sure he really wants to know. His entire childhood was spent in a training facility; just him, his father, and a few other Uchiha, constantly training, trying to make him into a weapon of mass destruction to be thrown at the enemy and leave nothing behind. It didn't work. Muhi was deemed a failure, the drawbacks of his cursed eyes outweighed their usefulness. So his father disposed of him, or tried to at least. That's not how it exactly worked out, as Muhi is the one walking around free and his father is nowhere to be found. Muhi has never once thought to try to find out what happened to his dear old dad, and he probably never will. It's a good thing that his Yamigan never truly activated while he was in that training facility, or else his father might have told more people about his little "experiment".
Ever since the day he awoke outside of the facility, Muhi hid himself by changing his name to Muyo Uzumaki, and despite his appearance being unusual in the clan, his talent with fuinjutsu helped his cover. The clan was very hospitable to him, mostly out of pity for the poor blind child. He had told them that his eyes became disfigured in an accident when he was very young, covering them in cloth and bandages as he has ever since. He stayed around the Uzumaki for a while, observing their incredible skills with fuinjutsu that dwarfed his own, laying low until he felt that it was safe to move around, completely oblivious to the fact that his birth had only ever been known by a small handful of individuals. He's still wary of any Uchiha he sees, some part of his mind telling him that they've finally decided to hunt him down, and Muyo perks up a little whenever he is around a Hyuga, a different part of his mind hoping against all odds that maybe they know who his mother was.
Tools: A scroll just in case he needs to write seals, and there are scraps of paper hidden inside his clothing and inside the strips of black cloth.

A hybridization of Sharingan and Byakugan, Muhi's eyes are completely white, but with a pinprick of red in the center that becomes a red cross whenever the Yamigan is active. The Yamigan combines the Sharingan's power of analyzing jutsu and the Byakugan's power of manipulating chakra into something new. The Yamigan's ability lies in powerful fuinjutsu that seals and destroys jutsu and chakra, similar in effect to the Mangekyo Sharingan's Kamui.

Effect: Muyo gets close enough to the target to place a seal on their body, from which emerge many metal chains that ensnare the target.
Weakness: He has to physically touch the target to use the technique. While the chains are very difficult for their target to break, anyone else can break them pretty easily.

You know... I usually bitch at people for what I'm about to do. But I really feel the need to say something.
I like Naruto RPs, and was going to drop one of my characters in for Sunagakure. But seeing all the characters that have been submitted... much less APPROVED... has severely dulled my interest. I mean come on, people. Genin in this RP that have multiple elements, some have A-Rank jutsu, others have lower rank jutsu, but more than 5 of them? I can understand wanting to have a character that can contribute in a fight, but that's unrealistic for a trainee ninja who recently graduated.
Sasuke could only do Fireball, and Kakashi (a hella elite Jounin with Mangekyo Sharingan) was dumbfounded. Neji, a second-year Genin, could do 64-palms, Rotation, and I think like one other thing. They were seen as geniuses far ahead of others their age.
Again, I get stretching that a bit for an RP. But some of the things that have slipped by here make me wonder what the hell is going on. If people want to have a Naruto character who they can make super-badasses that have multiple B-Rank and A-Rank Jutsu... make Jounin. But Genin should really be limited to E-Rank Academy Techniques, D-Rank Jutsu, and maybe a single C-Rank to show they really worked at one specific technique. But having multiple C-Rank or higher things is just... illogical.
If anyone wants to comment, feel free. I may check back here from time to time and see if things have gotten more realistic. If that happens, I may be down for submitting a character.

I agree with you entirely man people lose focus on what NRP realistically should be like. I remember the rules were 3 C ranked and 1 B ranked Jutsu for Genin and the B-rank was your ace in the hole, never any other option technique that you nearly shit yourself using.
But I'm still gonna RP here cause hell why not and if their overpowered characters ruin the fun of actually working to evolve a character then that's on them I'll still try to have fun.

That's a bit more realistic, but even THAT is pushing the bounds of what any Genin would realistically have.
In any case, I suppose you have a point as far as just trying to have fun. Even so, people going overboard is a good way to spoil that fun.

I understand your complaints but powers aren't all that there is about naruto, also the fact that all the characters have bloodline techniques should be enough of a hint that they are more powerful than your average genin. Most characters with bloodline techniques are very advanced in their training. So I say there's nothing wrong with the characters since we're all from different clans and have our own bloodline techniques. Also weren't you the one who complained on the other naruto rp about the bijuu? Because it seems like you like complaining on rps that don't adhere to your standards
