@Morose I am sorry, I think I will have to leave this rp. My main focus lays with my other RP's for I have joined long before I joined this one. This week was a rollarcoasterride for me, I got a new fulltime job and bought a car and such, RL is to bussy for me to keep on track with 5 rp's at once. Before my new job I could, but from now of one it seems like I cannot anymore ( curse that young adult life)

I am really sorry, you can sacrificy my char to the first boss or anything

Hey guys. Most of you are over or approaching the 7 day limit for posting in the IC. To give you an idea, here's the chart I keep for Blue on when things were last posted.

As you can see, everyone except for the GMs are over the posting limit. Please rectify this situation as soon as possible. RP Removals will be dealt by Blue as she sees fit. My advice? Get in a post before she can remove you from the RP. It's in your best interest. This RP can't move unless you all participate.

@MoroseI'm working on my post now, but I do feel the need to voice a peeve here. Should our posts be counted from the day of the next round, as in the post three days ago that essentially moved things along, but we also had to wait on. Though I'm aware that us writing in its absence is a fair argument, I felt like for at least this scenario we were kind of just waiting to see what our attacks would do to the bats. But I do personally find it unfair for this specific circumstance, any other time the policy would sound totally plausible.

@Jedly Posts are counted from your last post date. If your timer is starting to run up and an update has not yet been posted, you've got a few options:

1) Message Blue to ask for the outcome of your action, and post then anyways
2) Write some internal dialogue. As Lady Amalthea, a prominent GM on the site, always says: write anything. Write a flashback. Write about something silly, even a fart would work. You only need two paragraphs for a post. You can definitely have your character, in the midst of battle, have a flashback to perhaps a time in their life when things were simpler. Maybe they're pondering about what's going on in the real world. Maybe they're remembering why this is important, that they need to get home.

Blue and I will discuss your concerns, but for now, this is how it is.

@Morose Sorry about that. I fell asleep last night while working on the post and today was working from 8 to 7.(my dad doesn't like hiring construction workers and we have no idea what we're doing) I'll keep in mind option 2 of your suggestions. I had never thought of that and it sounds like some good character parts can be fleshed out really well with it to.

Alright, a few announcements here.

First of all!

Every character has a map of the floor they are on. I just looked this up and found out that there is a field map option under the pull up menu. So you may use this map if you want, but you still might end up lost and not sure of where you are going, so be warned!

(My source is the SAO wiki if anyone cares)

Second Thing!

Pay close attention to what languages your character can speak, and what every other character can. This is really important since there might be one or two characters that only certain people can understand!

For Example!
My character Janelle is a mute, so she can't speak. She uses ASL to talk to her brother. Jace and Stone are the only two characters who understand what she is saying, everything that is shown as her speaking, is in a different language.

A few other characters have English as a second language, so they can start speaking in their native language whenever they want, that is at the player's discretion. So pay attention to this. Languages can be a barrier between groups, so be warned.
