How hot is it over there? Even when I was in the Philippines (where it averaged low 90s), I never had any heatstrokes. I hope you get better soon ;)

@Spinna Reggie's going to develop abandonment issues as Eve doesn't come back. Expect him to grow progressively more clingy to people the longer Eve stays "missing". I'm going to miss Loony about as much, they were cool to hang with. Gah, if only life wasn't so crazy lately(or I at least had my own laptop/computer)

@AkayaofthemoonYeah, as Eve and Talc were probably the first(and really, the only) people he's grown close to, with his father being distant and busy dealing with his business, passing off his son to others unless he needs to be reprimanded, in which case the man can be overly harsh, though not abusive. Mr. Dorvain does care for his son somewhat, but doesn't truly realize how important being there is for children, instead just providing for him and disciplining him when needed.

I could see him close to Maeve. They come from kind of different worlds but I think they could grow to understand each other. Plus with her being kind of a gem and Reggie knowing about it, he could teach her a bit. Especially about weapons.

@AkayaofthemoonWell, I doubt you'e noice that Reggie's taken notice of her. XD Reggie's going to be really awkward because he's never spent much time round people who weren't on his dad's pay roll, and as such, is a bit sheltered and unable to really interact with people on a normal level.

I'd like to point out to all those involved who are playing a veteran Gem- any of them who'd be familiar with Verdelites should be very surprised that Vert is speaking, much less in complete sentences. Verdelites are normally basically attack dogs- powerful, but unintelligent, perhaps even primitive in thought.

Why is Vert so articulate? Patience, friends; all will be revealed in time...
