Hello everyone. You're probably wondering what this RPG is and what its concept is. Well, for starters, the RPG takes a bit of inspiration from works like Kingdom Hearts and especially Kamen Rider Decade, in which a group of heroes travel from world to world in an epic crossover adventure. The added twist is that those heroes may or may not have inherited powers from heroes of many worlds. Perhaps they're an unsung hero from an unknown world. Or maybe they are the hero from that well-known world. Either way, they all will take: A Journey Through The Multiverse.

Another thing to note is that there will be groups of people called "Factions". Factions are basically your Autobots, your GI Joes, your Organization XIIIs, your Black Knights. Groups of people who work together with a simple (or complex) goal in mind. At the start of the RPG, there will be a neutral faction and a villainous faction, but no clear cut good faction. Not yet anyways. This RPG has another concept. Players can create their own factions, be they heroic, neutral or even villainous. The details for creating such a faction will be explained further down.

The Genre for this RPG is Crossover Action with a hint of Sci-Fi, as multiversal travel is mostly achieved through spacecraft that are modified with multiversal drives called Bifrost Drivers, as well as technology that allows one to teleport from one world to another in the form of the Multiversal-Positioning System (or MPS for short). There's a pinch of fantasy as well.
Story
Each world tells a story. Some tell a story of how love and courage prevailed... Others tell a story of how anyone can die, even heroes. These stories have various retellings. For each retelling, there is a world that is made. Was it made the moment the story was told or was it always there and it was just now that its story was told? No one knows... This is just one of many retellings.

Long ago, worlds were unaware of each other’s presence thanks to a struggle between the forces of light and darkness. However, one of the worlds birthed a ruthless privateer by the name of Basco ta Jolokia. He scavenged his world of all its power and used it to fuel an artifact known as The Greatest Treasure in the Universe. With the Treasure, he took over an empire known as the Space Empire Zangyack and renamed it the Dai-Zangyack. From there, he waged a war across the multiverse, collecting multiple villains of various powers and abilities.

However, even in the darkest night, hope will shimmer. And it did in the form of Team Gaim. It started out as a ragtag dance team in the World of Kamen Rider, but soon evolved into a resistance group once the World’s protectors gathered. Much like Dai-Zangyack, they gathered powerful allies and battled with Dai-Zangyack numerous times. Eventually, their final battle took place on our World: Earth. The battle was long, hard and numerous people either died or escaped with heavy wounds, but eventually Team Gaim’s leader was able to land a mortal wound into Basco, at the cost of him having his own mortal wound.

The dust settled and the war obscured itself. Nobody knows when this battle occurred, be it just last week or even a thousand years back. The battlefield where these heroes and villains fought remained a mystery and we remained blissfully unaware that such a battle with the heroes and villains we read about occurred... Though archaeologists soon dug up 30% of the remains of the island, reconstructing them and building a museum devoted to these relics. To the naked eye, these seem like the perfect replicas, but they are the real deal.

However, thousands of mysteries emerge from the island as a team of men in white suits begin to further the excavation of the remaining 70%. Who are these men? Why have they come for the place commonly known to people as “Museum Island”? What hidden treasure lies in this Island? And more importantly...

Where will your characters wind up in a war that had lain dormant for so long?
The Three Sacred Rules:
1. I cannot stress this enough: No arguing. If I see arguing, I'll penalize the rudest player (and by rudest, I mean swearing at their opponent, calling them names, etc.) with a warning. Three warnings, and you're kicked out of the RPG.
2. No sexual situations and/or cybering. This is more because of rating standards than anything else. Romantic situations are okay, like hand holding, hugging, kissing, etc., but downright sexual situations is discouraged. In the rare case that a sex scene is inevitable, at the very least follow these guidelines:
1. Make sure it's consensual (so no rape).
2. Make sure both parties are at or over the age of consent (which in most cases is 18)
3. Make sure that the actual act is skipped over (basically imagine it like a movie, where it starts with kissing, skips a large chunk of the middle, then ends with the couple in bed doing some pillow talk)
3. No Godmodding and/or Powerplaying. Scroll down and you'll find a list of banned powers. Most of which are because they contradict with this rule in one way or another.
The Three Sacred Notes:
1. I wish to keep the action of the arcs to one world each. Basically, recall the worlds in Kingdom Hearts or Kamen Rider Decade if you've seen either of them. Their story arcs in most cases were contained to one world. Once the problem in that world was solved, they go to the next world where they kick off the next phase of the arc. This means that we're avoiding situations like "Team A is in World Z while Team B is in World Y" by focusing on one world each.
2. There's no limit of characters. Play as many as you can handle. You can play either as an OC, a Self-Insert, or even a Canon character.
3. This is not an RPG where anyone can die at any given moment. If you wish to kill off someone's character, do so with their permission.
Tone:
You might be wondering what the tone for this RPG will be. My answer is that the RPG is serious. Not serious as in Grimdark, but serious as in epic battles go on while the heroes deliver epic speeches that echo loud and proud to their friends. At least that's what I imagine.

There is a thing as being too serious. Don't try to be dark by introducing things like rape, substance abuse, or anything that the mature stories have. Dark and serious are two different tones. Death, however, can happen in the RPG though. However, in my opinion, the death for important characters (i.e. PCs) should be more of a "look at the awesome bang they went out on" thing as opposed to something along the lines of "Oh my God, he just mauled by a mecha panther, we're all going to die."

Silly and funny moments are allowed though.
Pacing:
Before you ask, no. I do not have a posting order set, nor do I plan to have one in this RPG. You can post whenever. The RPG's speed will try to be a medium pace. However, if the RPG does not have any post for two straight days, I'll put on a GM post to try and resuscitate it.
Banned Powers
This is a list of powers that, for one reason or another, are banned from being used in the RPG.
• Mind Control (see One Hit Kills’ reason)
• Time Stop (see below)
• Super Speed (Nothing against it, I like it, but it causes confusion and essentially makes it ‘I hit you before you hit me’. This is only for the ludicrous kinds of super speed, like speed of light/sound type of speed.)
• One Hit Kills (This is because it breaks more than just one rule.)
• Telekinesis (This may be an odd one to some people, but if you’ve seen Sonic 06, you’ll know my reasoning. It’s actually ''semi''-forbidden. So long as the Telekinesis doesn’t pick up humans (IT’S NO UUUUUSE!) you’re good.)
• De-Powering (This creates a problem, since you've essentially took someone out of the battle, be it temporary or permanently. Now keep in mind, this is just for powers that explicitly state "is able to take other powers away")
The List of Factions
Here you'll see a list of factions for you to sign up for. PCs can also go without a faction. If you're joining a faction that was made by someone else, make sure you ask them beforehand.

Factionless
Alignment: Wild Card
Many people start off their life in the Multiverse without any clear idea who to help in the war. Or perhaps they do know, but prefer to stay out of any faction in particular for many reasons. Or, perhaps, they go for more than one side...

Zyguard
Alignment: Neutral
Zyguard was a group formed from the members of Team Gaim who had ran off during the final battle against Basco. They’ve seen what devastation came when people begin to explore the multiverse and so they’ve become the unofficial protectors of the Multiverse, vowing to quell any potential threat and preserve the status quo of the multiverse's many worlds.

The Dai-Black Cross Army
Alignment: Villain
Legends talk of a mysterious force that was the reason for how Basco’s conquest expanded past his own world. A monster whose heart is filled with the hatred of defeated villains of his world. No one knows if he really exists or not, or even if he’s human. All that’s known is that if he was real and existed in the modern day, he would probably have an army that would rival Basco’s, aiming to accomplish what many villains before (or rather after) him have failed to do: enslaving or destroying the many worlds that lie before him.

Team Dai Liner (Creator: Rin)
Alignment: Hero
A somewhat anarchic conglomeration, the archetypal ragtag bunch of misfits. Following the Space Train Tyran-O Liner wherever it may take them, they generally exist to do whatever seems best at the time, often goofing off or getting in the way of the other, more serious minded factions. However, they are all good at heart, and possess a strong sense of justice (or at the very least believe that wrongdoings should not be tolerated); when faced with evil, they will show it just what a ragtag bunch of misfits can really do.
Sign-Up Sheet
So finally we reached the part where you can sign up a character. As stated before, OCs, SIs and Canon characters are allowed.
• Name:
• Age:
• Gender:
• Appearance:
• Power: (What sort of power do they have? For Earth-based characters, wht power do they obtain during the Museum Island arc? Note that it can be any established power, like a Lightsaber or a Devil Fruit. For less item-based powers (like using Jutsu or Wizardry), Shards containing a special magic property can be obtained.)
• Faction: (Which faction are you a part of? It's perfectly okay to go factionless.)
• World of Origin: (This is mainly for Canon characters and OCs based off Canon. For Earth-based characters, just label Earth)
• Personality: (How does your character act?)
• Backstory: (A story of how your character got to the current point in the RPG.)
• Quote: (Just a flavorful little text to best sum up your character.)
Faction Sheet

This is where you sign up a Faction.
• Name of Faction:
• Alignment: (Hero, Neutral, or Villain. You can also have it be Wild Card, which essentially means they're all over the map in terms of alignment.)
• Goal: (What do they wish to achieve?)
• Leader: (Who’s leading the team? If you’re not sure yet, put N/A)
• Method of Transport: (How do they pass through to other worlds? Via magic? Via a ship? Via a device?)
• Description: (Describe the group in a blurb for the OP. The length of the blurb should be about two lines minimum. Include things like their goal, their history, and if they have any sort of motif or them)

• Name: Anno
• Age: 20
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Here and here and here!
• Power: Vivid Key, specifically Red. This allows Anno to initiate a transformation sequence, which gives her a pallet suit, the suit seen in the third picture. This makes her vastly stronger and more dexterous, and more durable than usual, as well as giving her the power of flight via the pallet suit. Anno also gains a weapon, a large, bladed boomerang called the "Naked Rang", which is capable of dealing serious damage even to supernaturally-armored targets. However, these are not the most unique and powerful function of the Vivid Key.
Docking: Anno can give other people(seemingly only girls, and it will be only girls for the RP) a "Docking Key". Due to her distance from the power source of the Vivid System, she cannot grant full Vivid Keys. The Docking Key allows Anno to "dock" with the person possessing it, fusing the both of them into a single body with both minds inside. This form, known as a Vivid Form, is vastly more powerful then Anno by herself, possessing a unique weapon with a devastating amount of power. Vivid Forms are dictated mostly by the abilities and appearance of the person Anno is docking with, with some influences from Anno.
• Faction: Team Dai-Liner
• World of Origin: Earth
• Personality: Shy and somewhat reclusive, Anno spends most of her time reading or on the computer. She is a fan of action and slice of life works, as well as comedies. She is also a fan of yuri. She likes cute things a great deal and is very, very much against seeing children hurt for any reason. Anno is a massive fan of the Nasuverse, Touhou, and a lot of other things.
• Backstory: Anno's life is mostly uninteresting.
• Quote: "Um... er... well, um.. d-do I have to put something here...?"

• Name: Nomura Katsumi
• Age: 18
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "You're resisting arrest?! That's just what I wanted to hear!"
• Power: Ascribing a specific name to Katsumi's power is rather difficult. She is extremely powerful, far beyond what her body would indicate. For example, she carries a large number of swords for one specific reason: Because she causes them to shatter when she swings them. After one or two blows, her swords simply break, unable to handle the power behind each swing. Each swing is capable of sending average enemies flying, even if they manage to block. She can swing even harder, causing her sword to break down even before it hits the target and explode into shrapnel when it connects. She also carries swords with minor magical charge. Less because it makes them more powerful and more because they explode into a blast of destructive mana when destroyed. In a fight, Katsumi plants swords in the ground around her so she can quickly draw them out each time she breaks one. She is powerful using only her bare hands, as well, but she vastly prefers fighting using swords. Even barehanded, she could possibly block quite powerful strikes.
• Faction: Zyguard
• World of Origin: Um... some original world!
• Personality: Katsumi is arrogant, feeling that she is above her enemies and that there is no chance that she could ever lose to them. At the same time, however, she has a strong sense of justice(which lead to her becoming part of Zyguard). However, it is possible she is not viewed as a good officer, as she will disregard orders if she believes that it is getting in the way of serving justice. Her arrogance is topped only by her utterly boundless spirit and enthusiasm. She has an utter refusal to give up, only rarely ever leaving a fight, and only if she is certain she is not needed. She firmly believes in pushing forward no matter what, in protecting those who need it and tearing down every obstacle to justice in her way. She's also a bit... fond of fighting. Very fond of fighting, to the point of hoping criminals don't come quietly so she can fight them. Katsumi believes that nothing can stop her and that nothing can ever break her spirit. She is also kind of a showoff.
• Backstory: Katsumi lived in a world of technology and magic, where she sought to both uphold justice and find fun and entertaining situations to become a part of. When she learned of Zyguard, there was little hesitation in her choice to become a part of them.
• Quote: "In my heart, my spirit burns with unquenchable flames! There's no way you'll ever beat me!"

• Name: Wakahisa Shiori
• Age: 16
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Now complete!
• Power: Shiori possesses two notable items.
o The first is a custom RPI-209 Gloucester Knightmare Frame. A heavily armored mecha with built-in deployable "skates" for rapid movement. It is also equipped with an advanced sensory system located inside the head, the cockpit being located in the chest. The cockpit can be ejected if necessary. The mecha may also be equipped with a flight system, though Shiori does not have access to one as of now. Two wire-attached hook-like clamps may be launched from its chest, allowing it to attack small targets and dismember large ones. These clamps, known as Slash Harken, have been modified to send an electrical charge through them and to the target, electrocuting them. In other robotic targets, this will both deal damage and fry important systems. Two grenades are stored in the Knightmare's hip, as well. As opposed to the standard machine guns mounted in the chest, there are a pair of cluster missile launchers. The missiles themselves are actually rather small, allowing many to be stored in the launchers. It wields a lance with the point functioning much like a drill, allowing for greater penetration and damage to targets. It is rather small(for a mecha) and an easy target, in spite of its power. However, it actually belongs to her younger sister.
o Shiori's real power is her Two-Star Goku uniform, the Dance Club uniform. This imbues her with power far beyond her regular physical ability. It also renders it extremely difficult to harm her with conventional weaponry. However, as a Two-Star Uniform, the Dance Club Uniform has some unique functions. The more dance-like Shiori's movements become, the more difficult it is to hit her. This is because striking a dancer during her performance would ruin it, and as such the Dance Club uniform protects her from such attacks. It is not impossible to hit her, but far more difficult then it would be otherwise. As such, Shiori adopts a fighting style very similar to dance.
• Faction: Dai-Black Cross Army
• World of Origin: Some original setting!
• Personality: Shiori is a very serious, severe individual. She has no tolerance for foolishness or weakness, pushing aside anyone who gets in the way of her efforts. She feels that anything that gets in her way is worthy of nothing less then being destroyed. Shiori also believes that she needs to help in her goal, firmly feeling that she is perfectly capable of obtaining what she seeks herself. Stern and seemingly with an utter disdain for those she feels are weaker then her, Shiori seeks to gain as much power as she possibly can. However, the reason for this is in order to protect her sick younger sister. Shiori's personality seems to do a rapid change when she is with her sister, treating the younger girl very kindly and sweetly. She is extremely protective and dedicated to her little sister, as well. She will direct a vast amount of violence towards anyone who threatens her sister.
• Backstory: When both Shiori and her little sister were much younger, they and their parents where in what was seemingly a serious accident. Shiori suffered an injury to her face, leaving a scar over one eye, while her younger sister suffered worse injuries to her lower body, damaging her ability to use her legs. Since this event, Shiori has grown colder and colder to almost everything, everything but her little sister. She began to strive for power. Power beyond anyone else, power enough to protect her younger sister from any possible threat. She vowed never to let her sister be harmed ever again. Shiori concluded that the best way to do this was to seek out any methods of attaining power that she possibly could. Eventually, she managed to obtain the means for this. Or rather, both her and her younger sister(who had recovered her ability to walk) did. Her little sister was given a Gloucester Knightmare Frame, and Shiori was given the Two-star Dance Club Goku uniform. They received these from a mysterious figure... Shiori, believing this was the path to more power to protect her sister, joined him. With her younger sister's permission, she borrows the Knightmare Frame, now, serving the Dai-Black Cross Army in order to gain as much power as she possibly can.
• Quote: "There is nothing that will stop me from becoming more powerful. Nothing."

• Name: Wakahisa Chiharu
• Age: 10
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "Bunny-san is soft..." (as a note, while she does require medical attention, her left eye is now uncovered)
• Power: Chiharu possesses one specific item:
o It is a custom RPI-209 Gloucester Knightmare Frame. A heavily armored mecha with built-in deployable "skates" for rapid movement. It is also equipped with an advanced sensory system located inside the head, the cockpit being located in the chest. The cockpit can be ejected if necessary. It wields a lance with the point functioning much like a drill, allowing for greater penetration and damage to targets. It is rather small(for a mecha) and an easy target, in spite of its power. Chiharu loans it to her older sister, as she cannot use it.
• Faction: Dai-Black Cross Army sort of
• World of Origin: Some original setting!
• Personality: Chiharu is sweet-natured and friendly to basically everyone around her. She likes having people to talk to, and she adores her big sister, wanting to spend a lot of time with her and around her. She does, however, wish Shiori would smile more often. However, she is somewhat socially awkward as a product of spending a while in the hospital when she was younger due to both illness and injuries from the accident. As such, she is sometimes nervous or not sure how to approach people. In spite of her usually sweet nature and friendly disposition, Chiharu is also prone to mischief, setting up small pranks to catch people off-guard.
• Backstory: When both Chiharu and her Shiori were much younger, they and their parents where in what was seemingly a serious accident. Shiori suffered an injury to her face, leaving a scar over one eye, while Chiharu suffered worse injuries to her lower body, damaging her ability to use her legs. For a while, Chiharu spent a lot of time in the hospital, due to both recurring illness and the severe injuries her body had sustained. Even after she was released from the hospital, she was confined to a wheelchair for several years, only recently regaining her ability to walk. And even still, she must frequently rest and have medical attention. One day, Chiharu suddenly obtained a Knightmare Frame, while her older sister gained a Two-Star Goku uniform. It wasn't long after that Shiori declared they would be moving elsewhere, and that Chiharu would never have to worry about anything again. She was moved into a room furnished by Shiori in the Dai-Black Cross Army's base, filled with bright colors, a computer with a built-in communications system, and stuffed toys.

Name: August Lim

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Appearance: [ like this but slightly younger and with a cane I guess. Longcoat included

Kind: OC

Powers: The abilities given by using Nen from HunterXHunter, a sort of Ki or life force. August won't have developed a Hatsu by this point, but probably will during the RP
.
Faction: Factionless

World of Origin: Earth

Personality: August is sometimes capable of being rational and analytic but oftentimes gets too high-strung or caught up in what he's currently doing to think everything through all the way. He wants to work towards happiness for as many people as possible but has no idea where to start, though lately he's been stuck with the feeling that there has to be something more that he can do with his life provided he gets a chance to leave his old life behind. To that end he really wants to make friends, but a history of moving around constantly makes him feel less than equipped for the task

Backstory: August spent a lot of his childhood traveling around from place to place since his parents wanted to make sure he was a world citizen and experienced as much as he could out of life, potentially as a flawed way to overcompensate for the fact that he had to live with a disability from birth. Regardless, he was constantly shifted around between different countries and cities but took advantage of traveling in order to pick up a variety of unfortunately non-social skills, especially indulging in a love of martial arts from a young age. He's at the Museum as part of another 'horizon broadening exercise'.

†Name: Kino Yui

†Age: Mid twenties.

†Gender: Female

†Appearance: Where did she get this? Nobody knows!

†Power: The OOO Driver, along with the Hawk, Tiger, Grasshopper, Peacock, and Mantis Core Medals. This allows Yui to transform into Kamen Rider OOO, increasing her speed, strength, and durability. She particularly likes Peacock, as it gives her some ranged capabilities, whereas the other two chest medals she has force her into melee. Lacking formal training, she'd rather keep to a distance.
Yui also has an unrelated uncanny perception of time. In short... it's perfect, and she can time how long it takes her to do anything down to the nearest millisecond. She's also very good at judging how long it will take someone else to complete a movement or (if she knows them enough) a task, leading to a lot of dodging at the last second (also leading to never suffering tracking failures when shooting)

†Faction: Zyguard

†World of Origin: AU Kamen Rider

†Personality: At some point in her life, Yui gave up on seeing good in the world at large. But somehow the idea of giving up on saving innocent people--as many as possible--never went away. The idea that some sacrifices are unacceptable, however, did--so she'll willingly stab someone innocent whilst their children watch if it saves more people overall. She'd also sacrifice herself, but the number of times that letting herself get hurt has lead to the most positive outcome has been VERY slim.
Hates her schedule--at least from dinner through to breakfast--being interrupted. She's planned it all out to make sure she gets enough sleep and nutrients... which explains why Yui always eats the same thing.

†Backstory: After highschool, Yui disappeared from her family's lives, seeing a lot of things about Japan, and then the rest of the world, that she didn't like. She eventually came home and got a job as a security guard... which is when she broke the seal on the OOO Driver, releasing the Greeed and causing immense trouble to the city at large. She tried to deal with them, but just about every time any progress was made, there were setbacks. This culminated in an extradimensional fight spilling over, and all the Greeed--from Ankh's body down to their newest mody--getting out. She joined Zyguard to catch them.\\
Ankh, however, went off on his own after a short time. Too many people trying to make him do stuff, it seemed.

• Name: Chekov Kovacs
• Age: unknown, presumed in his 30s-mid 40s
• Gender: Male
• Appearance:
• Power: He has no real power. While others may have things like being able to shoot fire or being able to fly all Chekov has is his reflexes. It's as almost as if he was viewing life from above. He can dodge practically anything that's not too massive along with being able to mimick and retain fighting moves or skills he has seen in battle.
• Faction: Factionless
• World of Origin: Unknown
• Personality: Chekov doesn't really have a set personality. He is usually emotionless and still even when in battle. The only time he really changes is when he is in the full fledge of a full scale battle. That is when he gets hyper. He begins to fluently dance with the battle and is almost unstoppable if not for his human qualities. Even though he can get a bit psychotic during a battle he prefers to plan before acting.
• Backstory: Chekov was born in a strange world. A sort of western world with advanced technology. Chekov grew up as a farmhand before being picked up by the state army for an experiement. The experiment involved him and several other children all being tested on and being forced to battle each other. Chekov wasn't too acustomed to shooting anything but tin cans but he knew that it was either this or death. They fought to near death before being torn apart each month. Every month they would get better and better, but Chekov was better than the rest. He eventually killed the rest of the children along with the guards trying to restrain him before being trapped by closing walls and cielings. He was then forced to committ war crimes across the border with two specially designed revolvers(seen in image). Eventually Chekov got tired of killing innocents and so he rebelled against his captors, promtply killed the meager scientists and smuggled himself onboard a space programme. A few years later he had arrived at some museum.

Sure.

VitaVitaAR and Dblade26's characters are accepted since they were in the previous RPG.

Kino and Chekhov... A tad iffy on the ability to dodge practically everything for both of them, but hopefully it's not going to be a hassle. Accepted until further notice. Chekhov's backstory might be a little too dark looking at it, but I'll have to think about that one.

Rogue of Void

Member Seen 5 yrs ago

• Name: Roxy Lalonde
• Age: 16
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Here.
• Power: As a Noble with the aspect of void, she can make herself go undetected from things such as scrying and omniscience. Specifically as a Rogue of Void, she can share her aspect with others and thus making them able to go undetected as well. Another ability of her role is to steal the void from concepts, such as making things appear out of nothing (personally limiting this to items that already exist, are no bigger than a large dog and must appear directly in front of her) and making mute characters talk (though they can only really talk to her and not in front of others, probably will end up a useless ability in a RP setting). Additionally, she is capable of fighting with her fist and owns a laser gun (pictured) that she is very capable of using. Note: This is pre god-tier Roxy, so her powers aren't really that controlled or powerful.
• Faction: Factionless

• Personality: Roxy is very fun-loving and casual. She's sociable and open to interacting to new people. Though, she is very foul mouth, often cursing and using sexual innuendo for giggles. She can be sneaky, yet does so for what she believes is the best interest of others. She tries hard to be helpful, however, she rarely thinks her plans through and often does more damage than help. She claims to be a very capable hacker and has a love for video games. She also seems to be tech savvy in general.
• Backstory: Roxy had been going through her session of Sburb and jumping through a portal when something went horribly wrong. For some reason, now she is outside the game and in a different world. Now she has to find her way back to her friends so they can finish the game, so she doesn't doom them to playing it forever. Though, that might a little tough, not knowing where she is and what exactly went wrong to bring her there.

Haha! I would delight in joining this, provided the case is not that the Roster filled already! I am itching to get back into RPing on this site now that it has returned!

I have a question on telekinesis, one of clarification:
what if one's telekinesis acts less like 'infallable manipulation' and more like an actual 'grip', implying that it has the 'potential' to pick someone up, provided they aren't too heavy for the grip, and they could still have potential to pull loose of said grip.
Also... It has been years since I plays Sonic 06... but It still... it still haunts me... I watched the game-grumps play that part of the game... I wept those poor men! to put up with that retarded white hedge-hog that should never have existed in the first place!

• Name: Beta
• Age: Unknown, appears to be 18
• Gender: Male
• Appearance:

• Power: (What sort of power do they have? For Earth-based characters, wht power do they obtain during the Museum Island arc? Note that it can be any established power, like a Lightsaber or a Devil Fruit. For less item-based powers (like using Jutsu or Wizardry), Shards containing a special magic property can be obtained.)
• Faction: Factionless
• World of Origin: The Tower
• Personality: He has a lonely and suspicious personality and has always lived in the laboratory. He is also very spiteful and it is very likely that he's insane.
• Backstory: Born and raised within a laboratory, Beta never understood what it mean to be humane. He killed his own brethren just to survive. He felt no pity, they would of done the same. It was not his fault they lack the abilities to survive. He was the first "complete" test subject, the first living Ignition weapon. The lead scientist praised him, for once making Beta feel emotions. He felt special. This only lasted for a short while until he had discovered there was another like him. In order to prove he was the best, he escaped the Workshop in order to kill the other Living Weapon and his comrades, full with hate. In the end, Beta lost and was on the verge of death. He saw that his was still in fact "Incomplete". He promised to the "Complete" Weapon that he would hunt him, even after death. The moment the last strike was dealt, something called to him, his demon called to him. He was finally "complete". He used its powers to escape with his life. He was still stuck in the Tower, with a large price on his head. They all just considered him a weapon, one of the finest the Tower had ever seen. The Guardian of the Tower offered him a deal, he would show him a way off the Tower but Beta would need to bring him back something in return. Beta agreed, and the Guardian sent him off to a far and distant planet, called Earth.

Reposting this since... Well, it like everything else was wiped a few days ago so yeah. Again, still trying to work out whether I'm keeping the Faiz gear for my other character or not, but we'll see.

• Name: Moerin
• Age: 21
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Whee. Whilst possessed by Meowrin
• Power:
•• Singularity Point: Unbeknownst to her until just recently (because it was never really an issue), Moerin is a Singularity Point, a being who is unaffected by changes to the timeline. More importantly, it allows her to suppress an Imagin's will when it takes over her body, giving her some measure of control over them when she is possessed.
•• Meowrin: Meowrin is Moerin's Imagin partner, taking the form of a perverted, hotblooded catgirl (for those who care about such details, she is specifically the Maneki Neko Imagin). Whilst she is incredibly strong in her own right, she is incapable of possessing a physical form outside of the Tyran-O Liner, and thus has to possess someone (almost invariably Moerin) in order to interact with the outside world.
•• KamenRiderDenO: Moerin possesses a Den-O Belt and a Rider Pass, allowing her to transform into her own version of Den-O. Whilst she still has the same base Plat Form, the Machine Den-Bird motorcycle and the DenGasher weapon, her other forms are different due to her having different Imagin partners than the original Den-O.
•• Claw Form: Moerin's first actually useful form, accessed when she is possessed by Meowrin. It is comparable to the original Den-O's Sword Form, being a well rounded close range fighter; of course, unlike Sword Form she instead uses the DenGasher in a knuckleduster like configuration.
•• Tyran-O Liner: A magical train that is functionally identical to DenLiner Gouka; however, unlike the DenLiner the Tyran-O Liner travels through space rather than time.
• Faction: Team Dai-Liner
• World of Origin: Earth
• Personality: Hammy, silly and something of a perv, with a notable love of boyish girls and girlish boys. Refuses to act her age most of the time, but when she does it's usually a bad sign. She has a strong sense of justice, and is quick to jump to the defence of anyone she feels has been wronged, but other than that she's kinda lazy. She's also kind of a nerd, and enjoys cooking, reading and random bouts of philosophy. Unfortunately, she also suffers from an inferiority complex and tends to put everyone else before herself, and has a habit of apologising far too much when she believes she has done something wrong.
• Backstory: There's nothing much to say, really. Just a boring, ordinary life leading to a boring, ordinary existence. She's currently directionless and lost without any real purpose in life, but that doesn't stop her from trying to find one. She's currently visiting the island on vacation... A vacation that seems to have dragged on for several weeks more than she originally intended.
• Quote:
•• Moerin: "Um... T-transform! Am I doing this right?"
•• Meowrin: "HENSHIN! Nyahahah, I'm cooooooming~!"

Also, have a faction:

• Name of Faction: Team Dai-Liner
• Alignment: Hero, in a Chaotic Good kind of way.
• Goal: Less focused on "protecting the peace" than "beating up the badguys", although their intentions are good.
• Leader: N/A, although since Moerin's the one who owns their main mode of transportation she might end up this by default
• Method of Transport: Tyran-O Liner
• Description: "On a time trippin' ride beyond the impossible! That's how Team Dai-Liner rolls!" A somewhat anarchic conglomeration, the archetypal ragtag bunch of misfits.

•Name: Jonathan Rose
•Age: 21
•Sex: Male
•Appearance: Here we go. Normally wears a black tactical jacket with grey accent panels, along with a black baseball cap and trousers with black combat boots and occasionally an equipment vest.
•Chosen Power/Tech:
•• Birth Driver, along with the Birth Buster, Ride Vendor and an unknown number of Cell Medals.
•• RL Firearms: FN P90 + SIG-Sauer P229R
•Faction: Team Dai-Liner
•World of Origin: Regular Earth (whatever name it has this time around)
•Personality: In a word: Shy and introverted, at least until you can break the shell. If you manage that, then you're dealing with an individual who's probably slightly too hyperactive for their own good or anyone else's, but also slightly distrusting of people who want to help.
•Bio: Jon's reclusive and introverted nature can be traced back to being abused by members of his peer group at school. As a result, he's picked up a certain distrust of people who honestly want to befriend or just help him, in case they turn around and backstab him as well. As a result he turned to the Internet for an escape once he finished school, although getting out of the house and off to college helped immensely in making him a bit more of an open and level human being. And then somehow he found himself on the Museum Island security Emergency Response Team, ready to intervene on the off chance that something escaped or tried to steal some of the stored weapons.

Name: Claudia Bonheur

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Power:
Fortune Devourer: An ability that converts variables that would, in effect, make Claudia ‘lucky’ are all converted to zero. Meaning it makes all possibilities that would be ‘terrible’ or ‘bad’ happen constantly. For example, if the possibility of ‘tripping while walking’ were to occur. She would trip over her own feet. The function of the power is actually meant to be used AGAINST other people and NOT on the person that has it. Due to the fact that Claudia has never had any proper training with her power and probably NEVER will, this ability will always be switched ‘inward’ instead of ‘outward’. It’s been thrown into the same routine ever since she was born and because of this, it makes it impossible to reverse.

Faction: Factionless

World of Origin: Yggdrasil (Original)

Personality: A sugary sweet young woman with a welcoming and open smile. She tries to be optimistic about her life, whispering to herself ‘I’ll do my best.’ However, even with that, she can be prone to crying, which is why people tend to call her a cry baby. She’s a little overly talkative when nervous and has trouble with first meetings with people, but by the second meeting she’s much more relaxed and depending on the person may treat them as if she’s known them for years.

Backstory: Claudia's past is unknown. However she was found in an abandoned cabin at the age of three. Claudia was raised in a chapel near the abandoned cabin because no foster family would take her in due to her terrible luck. If they did take her in, it was only for a few days. When she reached the age of fifteen, she went out into the world to make a life for herself. She managed to go a whole year without any major incidents, having found a job and a cheap apartment. That all changed in the span of a day as her bad luck hit her all at once. She lost her job, the apartment caught on fire and all her things were lost in it. She was left on the street with no where to go and no job to support herself. Luckily for her, a new mysterious girl had a job to offer and a place to stay. Too bad she wasn’t told what the job entailed.

Alright, I've decided Chekhov's story checks out for now.

I'm not exactly sure what you're saying, though for the most part, telekinesis on people is banned outright.

Beta's profile lacks the filled out Powers section, so I'm skipping him until that gets filled in.

Moerin, the Dai-Liner team, and Jonathan are all Accepted.

I'm mixed with Claudia. On one hand, the wording had it in a way where I could possibly see this power as a form of Reality Warping, which usually is a big no-no. On the other hand, the power can be pretty summed up as "born unlucky" and that's just about that. From what I'm assuming, the "job" mentioned in the story probably has something to do with Museum Island. I might have to think a bit more about this before I decide if Claudia's acceptable. If you want to ask for odds, I'm around... 66.66% sure of accepting.

Accidentally forgot Roxy. The limits put on her are good. She's accepted until further notice.

I'm not reffering to like 'flinging people like ragdolls', It's more like, telekinesis when pertaining to another living target behaving more like if it were your own hand, instead of an infallable magical force removing their ability to fight back. Implying that if you are not strong enough to lift that person by hand, neither can your telekinesis, you might be able to slow them down as if you were pushing/pulling them by hand, but you couldn't just toss em like that unfathomable douche of a hedgehog could... FUCK that game was shit!

But yeah, I'm just checking for balancing ideas =3 It's one of my Hobbies to look at forbidden things and see if I can explain a way to make them fairly regulated without out-right denial... I've been at it for years =3

That's a suitable representation XD Or force 'grab' in that the amount of grip is limited [aka, even if it can 'grip someone' It can't do the 'psychic fling' unless perhaps they are especially vulnerable at that moment, no more than one could hope to toss a fully aware opponent by hand.]

Name: Rachel Kay
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Appearance: Seen here, cosplaying. Her normal clothing would be...something more like this, minus the headphones. She's about 5'4".
Power: Rachel has acquired a modified Pokegear. The first, and simpler of the modifications upgraded the device's map to function in a manner similar to an MPS, allowing it to be used to travel between worlds. Secondly, the part of the device used to scan expansion cards has been replaced by a slot that Rachel can insert one of a set of shards into, allowing her to access an outfit and abilities based on the Pokemon the shard came from. Unless otherwise mentioned, these all include some degree of enhanced strength, speed and toughness.
  • Hitmonchan: By inserting the Hitmonchan shard into her Pokegear, Rachel gains the Punching Pokemon's abilities, namely superhuman upper body strength, enhanced speed, pro-level boxing skills due to a combination of punching attacks and the Iron Fist ability and the ability to imbue her fists with fire, ice or electrical energy. In addition, her outfit transforms into Hitmonchan's boxing outfit, complete with shoulder pads.
  • Farfetch'd: Rachel gains the Wild Duck Pokemon's leek-based combat skills, as well as the razor sharp vegetable required to use them. While she isn't capable of flying, she can jump far higher than should be humanly possible and is capable of gliding short distances. In addition, due to the Inner Focus ability, she is harder to distract from any given task. Whether due to this ability or a conscious effort after seeing how this shard affects her clothing, Rachel speaks in a way one might expect from a samurai. Unlike with Hitmonchan, her outfit is (thankfully) not a perfect copy of the pokemon's. Basically, pretend the katana's a large leek and you've got a basic idea of how she's dressed while using this shard.
  • Lotad: Using the Water Weed Pokemon's abilities, Rachel can fire blasts of high-pressure water from her mouth or hands. Alternatively, she can fire a red beam which slowly drains energy from an enemy it hits to heal her injuries, though if the enemy moves out of the path of the beam, it ceases working. The most useful ability of the form as far as Rachel is concerned, is the fact that it enables her to swim, something she doesn't actually know how to do normally. While using the Lotad shard, Rachel's clothes are changed to a blue one-piece swimsuit under an oversized blue raincoat, in addition, she gains a hat that resembles a large lily pad.
  • Gothita: When she uses Gothita's shard, Rachel gains the power to fire beams of psychic energy, toss inanimate objects around with telekinesis and release waves of energy to heal other people's injuries. In addition, thanks to the Fixation Pokemon's Unobstructed Sight ability, she gains something similar to x-ray vision. While using this shard, Rachel's pigtails change to be held in place by ribbons resembling Gothita's antennae, her clothes turn into black one-piece pajamas with a pattern resembling the one on Gothita's body and she gains a bow-tie.
  • Growlithe: Using the Puppy Pokemon's shard, Rachel gains the power to breathe fire or surround herself with flames and tackle people. In addition, her teeth become sharper, allowing her to use them for biting attacks...which she is unlikely to do at any point. Thanks to Growlithe's Flash Fire ability, she is effectively immune to fire-based attacks and becomes stronger if hit with one. While using this shard, she gains a dog-eared headband and an orange jacket with a number of black stripes and a fur trim.
  • Sylveon: The Sylveon shard is...rather unusual. The Intertwining Pokemon's Pixilate ability infuses her attacks with, for lack of a better term, fairy magic, boosting the strength of those not already based around this power. In addition, the ability causes a number of changes to Rachel, beyond the normal clothing change of the other shards, the most immediately noticeable being changing her eye and hair colours, as well as making her pupils heart-shaped. She also gains a tendency to spout cheesy post-transformation catch phrases, as well as calling her attacks. In this form, Rachel gains the power to channel the power of the moon to create a destructive beam, conjure star-shaped projectiles that home in on their target, release a flash of light to blind opponents for a short time and focus all of her strength into a single physical strike, which causes insane amounts of damage if it connects, but leaves her completely exhausted afterwards, making it a last resort.
Faction: None.
World of Origin: Our Earth
Personality: Rachel is shy around people she doesn't know. However once she feels comfortable around someone, she becomes more cheerful and energetic, if a bit snarky at times. She can be surprisingly hammy, when she feels the situation calls for it. She is a fan of assorted manga and anime, mostly slice of life or action series, as well as assorted tokusatsu series. She tends to get mistaken for a teenager a lot.
Backstory: There isn't really much to say. Rachel has had a boring, ordinary life for the most part, having only gone out of Australia once prior to heading to Museum Island. She coasted through school without any real effort, getting decent grades in the process and then started studying to become a teacher. Having heard that most of her friends would be going away at around the same time she'd be on a break from classes, Rachel decided to go on a holiday of her own, conveniently deciding on the same place a number of people she knew online were going.
