But this section is for what your character carries on his or her person at all times.

Don't fret, we at the RPGuild are a warm and accepting community, we get that the first few days is stressful. And to answer your question, all you'll need to do is make a CS to apply and post it here for approval. His light skin isn't such a big deal, but his eyes are clearly an unnatural shade. Thus, he has led his vampire life wearing hats and hoods and keeping to dim light, in which most human retinas fail to properly discern color. Usually, his long hair is down and he wears a suit in the office. His face is even and seemingly fixed in a "resting bitch" expression. He looks fairly athletic under that suit. 'claims he used to be a midevil knight.
Personality: Mithias was around long enough before a hellhole opened up beneath Baylor, and he doesn't want to see the activities of demons and the like giving his kind a bad name. As far as vampires go, he's friendly toward humans, assuming they don't initially flee in terror, but he has become completely comfortable with feeding on them, even killing them. He's always tried to incorporate some morality in his choices, ie. not feeding on the meek and innocent, but he will not stake his survival. In modern times, there's little reason for him not to drink donated blood, and so he prefers that. He is generally quite, surprised by very little, enjoys nature and for some reason playing the violin.
Mithias had stuck around for many generations after his making in order to protect and oversee his own family's descendants. When that family grew too big to follow, he walked away and became more interested in finding others of his kind and promoting justice from the shadows. The Syndicate helps him do that.
Background: Mithias has never gone into great detail about his origins. Suffice it to say he was a warrior, religious, and from Old World Germany. He doesn't have any great vampire contacts, but he did once travel through Alaskan werewolf territory during an extreme depression phase and was nearly killed. ...Better not ask him about that time.
Mithias is involved with the Syndicate as both an agent and a tactical officer. Usually, he analyses the information gathered by the other agents and stays out of the field during the daylight, but if the situation calls for it, he can personally stalk a target, act as a spy, or attempt a high-risk assassination requiring his vampiric advantages.
Weapon(s): Seeing as how small guns won't stop a vampire, or werewolf, or demon, or what have you, Mithias prefers to carry two modern, high tech composite swords at his sides when he is on dangerous missions. Severing a limb and bloodloss are so much more effective if a confrontation cannot be avoided.
Along this same vein, he has three, named daggers designed with barbed edges and rivets to promote bleeding. Heartseeker, Blooddrinker, and Soulstealer will quickly wear down stronger enemies.
Mithias can shoot, but even for a vampire, he doesn't have the best aim.
He is quite proficient with a simple leather whip.
Regardless, Mithias prefers a safe, tactical approach and would rather setup tripwires and explosives, or traps involving electric shock, flash grenades, or something for his target to inadvertently walk into. He gained a lot of this training and knowledge while working for the Syndicate.

Nickname: Shudder, an old field agent once made a joke to the assistant director and he found the joke hilarious enough to start calling Anton 'Shudder' and eventually the other agents joined in. To this day only the assistant director knows what the joke was and when asked about it he simply shakes his head laughs slighty and mutters 'Shudder' beneath his breath.

Description: On the surface there's nothing out of the ordinary about Anton, ot including his eyes of course, he has a thin frame and his shoulders are barely broader than a woman's but underneath his crumpled shirt are muscles that ripple everytime he moves, Anton would tell you that his toned physique is due to intense physical training but truthfully it's intense arcane magic flowing through his veins. He has shoulder length wavy black hair, and leaves the house most days in either jeans and a smart shirt or maybe trousers and a waiscoat, though his clothes are almost always messy and slightly wrinkled.
Personality: Whetsr he has some form of bi polar, a split personality or his mind has just been broken because of his use of the arcane other agents aren't sure. At times Anton has the kind of half-awake charm you might expect from someone who's been lightly drinking. With an easy smile and a larger than life personality people are naturally drawn to him. Other times you'll look into his eyes and they'll e staring past you, almost as if he can't see you. His bottom jaw will absent mindedly open and close with a slow almost hypnotic rythmn. He is entirely unpredictable during these episodes, he might sit and stare unmoving for hours or he might start on a warpath before snapping himself out of it. In this state Anton can't be reasoned with, the assistant director and his friends aren't even sure if he can comprehend language at this point, all thats known is that if Anton enters a room in this state, it feels as if everyone else has taken a step back.
Background: Anton joined the syndicate at the age of 22, using it as a means to expand his arcane knowledge. He worked therefor six years and flew through he ranks becoming well-known and well-respected. He seeked a challenge, and peered into the depths of the arcane. Inside he found his Gist, a nightmarish creature made of pure purple and black energy. The Gist has many forms, almost all of which are either inperceivable or incomprehensible. Anton has seen more forms than any other as the beast fused itself to Anton, making hem one inseparable entity. Anton can call upon the power of the Gist in battle but the two have a constant struggle, unfortunately the Gist will one day gain control of Anton, and when it does the syndicate will have to destroy it. Some say when you look into the purple of Antons eyes you can see the Gist staring back at you.
Weapon(s): A Smith & Wesson and a Colt, both revolvers designed o stop men and beasts dead in their tracks, carried on two holsters on his torso. He also carries a Hunter's knife on his waist for when bellys need opening.
Skills: Unarmed- He fuels his muscles with magic and knows a form of Ju-Jitsu based around grappling and locks. However, this type of martial art is only desined for taking on one assailant leaving Anton vulnerable against multiple enemies in close combant.
Operative - Anton has been in many gun fights on the field, he isnt exceptional with guns and is considered an average marksman at the Syndicate but he has encountered enough weapons to know how to use them.
Arcane Knowledge - Anton is attracted to Arcane entities and objects. He's even joked before that he can smell them. He has a vast knowledge of arcane objects and creatures and can almost always distinguish between them.
Heavy Drinker - Anton can handle his alcohol.
Power(s): Gist: The purple and black nightmare can be forced our of Anton through his chest, the mere sight of it would break the mind of a mortal and can traumatise the hardest operative. It can tear through metal and bone like ts nothing, its warped claws will pull a crowd of men to tatters in seconds. Though Anton can only keep it out for a few seconds before he has to pull it back in otherwise he risks the bond breaking and in that situation either the Gist will consume him or it'll break free and they'll both die. When it is unleashed it's form looks like a warped depiction of satan, twisted horns with an demonic face and claws the size of a man's arm. The Gist's torso is connected to Anton with a string like mass of purple that is almost two dimensional to look at.
Elemental - Anton can't isk using the Gist in every fight so instead he uses a wide array of elemental magic such as the manipulation of fire or darkness.
Incantations - For stronger spells outside of combat Anton can use strong incantations written down in the many books in his library, these can be anything from creating a chicken in thin air to completely paralysing a man. Though each of these have their cost.

I highlighted problem areas in red and made my comments in yellow. Just extra comments, if ever your vampire felt compelled to drink human blood directly from the victim, he would need valid justification. It can be a career-ender/life-ender for vampires.

Personality: Whetsr he has some form of bi polar, a split personality or his mind has just been broken because of his use of the arcane other agents aren't sure. At times Anton has the kind of half-awake charm you might expect from someone who's been lightly drinking. With an easy smile and a larger than life personality people are naturally drawn to him. Other times you'll look into his eyes and they'll e staring past you, almost as if he can't see you. His bottom jaw will absent mindedly open and close with a slow almost hypnotic rythmn. He is entirely unpredictable during these episodes, he might sit and stare unmoving for hours or he might start on a warpath before snapping himself out of it. In this state Anton can't be reasoned with, the assistant director and his friends aren't even sure if he can comprehend language at this point, all thats known is that if Anton enters a room in this state, it feels as if everyone else has taken a step back.(This bothers me. If he is unable to work professionally with others, then he wouldn't have been hired. The Syndicate would never hire loose cannons. It would endanger the organization.)
Background: Anton joined the syndicate at the age of 22, using it as a means to expand his arcane knowledge. He worked therefor six years and flew through he ranks becoming well-known and well-respected. He seeked a challenge, and peered into the depths of the arcane. Inside he found his Gist, a nightmarish creature made of pure purple and black energy. The Gist has many forms, almost all of which are either inperceivable or incomprehensible. Anton has seen more forms than any other as the beast fused itself to Anton, making hem one inseparable entity. Anton can call upon the power of the Gist in battle but the two have a constant struggle, unfortunately the Gist will one day gain control of Anton, and when it does the syndicate will have to destroy it. Some say when you look into the purple of Antons eyes you can see the Gist staring back at you.
Weapon(s): A Smith & Wesson and a Colt, both revolvers designed o stop men and beasts dead in their tracks, carried on two holsters on his torso. He also carries a Hunter's knife on his waist for when bellys need opening.
Skills: Unarmed- He fuels his muscles with magic and knows a form of Ju-Jitsu based around grappling and locks. However, this type of martial art is only desined for taking on one assailant leaving Anton vulnerable against multiple enemies in close combant.
Operative - Anton has been in many gun fights on the field, he isnt exceptional with guns and is considered an average marksman at the Syndicate but he has encountered enough weapons to know how to use them.
Arcane Knowledge - Anton is attracted to Arcane entities and objects. He's even joked before that he can smell them. He has a vast knowledge of arcane objects and creatures and can almost always distinguish between them.
Heavy Drinker - Anton can handle his alcohol.
Power(s): Gist: The purple and black nightmare can be forced our of Anton through his chest, the mere sight of it would break the mind of a mortal and can traumatise the hardest operative. It can tear through metal and bone like ts nothing, its warped claws will pull a crowd of men to tatters in seconds. Though Anton can only keep it out for a few seconds before he has to pull it back in otherwise he risks the bond breaking and in that situation either the Gist will consume him or it'll break free and they'll both die. When it is unleashed it's form looks like a warped depiction of satan, twisted horns with an demonic face and claws the size of a man's arm. The Gist's torso is connected to Anton with a string like mass of purple that is almost two dimensional to look at.(I don't know if I can allow this creature. It seems too hostile for The Syndicate to allow on the team.)
Elemental - Anton can't isk using the Gist in every fight so instead he uses a wide array of elemental magic such as the manipulation of fire or darkness.(You can't just say, "Elemental Magic." You need to write the spells that he can specifically cast and what each one does. I don't allow people to loophole infinite spells.)
Incantations - For stronger spells outside of combat Anton can use strong incantations written down in the many books in his library, these can be anything from creating a chicken in thin air to completely paralysing a man. Though each of these have their cost.(This was almost not fine, but it is fine. I'm going to expect you to RP your character preparing the recipe for the conjuration in-game. I don't expect these spells to be instantaneous. If you start going on an infinite streak, then you can expect for all mages to get severely limited, so be mindful. I'm trusting the mages not to abuse their liberties.)
Psychiclly hypersensitive - Anton is hypersensitive to psychic powers, he can see through illusions and detect when psychic powers are being used. However this also means he is exceptionally vulnerable o psychic effects and will feel the effects much worse than others

But the second reaction will show how angry and fiery she can get, and how sarcastic she can be. She'll lash out and scold you, taking out her anger from that day out on you. However, apart from Leila's moody attitude, she is still quite useful and is not afraid of hard work. She is able to get things done efficiently without getting distracted, focusing only and solely on the task at hand. She has a good brain, and she uses it.

But shortly before her seventh birthday, things started going awry. Her mother receded into herself, kept dropping her off Leila for daycare even on the weekends for the entire day. Started acting sadder, moving slower. When Leila's seventh birthday came round, her mother tried to make it happy, but there was a cloud hanging over everything. Leila forgets when exactly, but sometime later that year her mother came into her room to talk. She told Leila that she had something called "cancer", and that she had it bad. Her mother talked about how much she loved Leila, and how she would never forget her. A week later, the two of them stood in front of a closed door. The door to an orphanage. While everything else was unclear, Leila understood one thing. That she was being abandoned. Tears ran down both of their cheeks as mother and daughter said goodbye. Her mothers last parting words were, "I'll come one day and visit you, I promise! Remember that I love you, don't ever forget that."
Weeks passed without a word from her mother, and Leila slowly adjusted. But she never quite stopped peering out the window during lessons, hoping to see a car pulling up or for a special figure to be walking up the drive. Life went on, as it always did. Things got better, but then they got worse once more. When she was ten news came, but it wasn't good news. Her mother had died of cancer. Now older, Leila understood what the dreadful thing called "cancer" was, and she was devastated. Her devastation however, was shown not in tears or in tantrums, but in a lack of tears. A lack of emotion. A lack of smiles. But life went on.
Teen years
Her 13th birthday came around. She was still reserved and would never forget the day the news came, but she functioned. There were times when she would break out laughing at a joke, but there were still times when she would lay in bed at night and cry. Then, the time of first love rolled around when she was 16 and attending a high school. An outgoing boy named Lucas with mussed up hair, striking green eyes, and a humor that rivaled many. After a little while, they spent more and more time together, and Lucas brought one of his friends Liam (though he was 3 years older) to introduce to Leila as well. Leila, Lucas, and Liam became great friends.
At 17, it was time for the two lovers to learn how to drive. Liam, having already gotten his drivers license, was old enough to qualify as a supervisor for the two while they learned. One evening while the sun set, the three of them went out for a practice drive with Lucas at the wheel. Just after the sun had set and it was getting dark, an accident occurred. A driver misjudged the time that it would take to turn left out of a parking complex, and the driver thinking he had enough time, took the turn cautiously and slowly. At the same time, the trio were heading down the road towards the turning car, and unable to stop in time, collided. It was a messy crash, with Leila being heavily wounded and Lucas even more so.
That night, a secret was also revealed. What was it? Well, Liam turned out to be, uh, a vampire. He was the only one who had remained conscious, and though he had been wounded as well, his regeneration took care of the more severe wounds. Under the cover of darkness, he attempted to heal his comrades. He turned towards Lucas to heal first since he was the worse off of the two, but was unable to fully heal an extremely severe wound that was bleeding heavily. Having done what he could he went on to Leila, and succeeded in healing her sufficiently. By then he was exhausted and let the ambulance transport Leila and Lucas to the hospital. Leila survived. Lucas didn't. He had lost too much blood, and died just before reaching the hospital.
Once Leila was released from the hospital Liam met up with her and introduced her to The Syndicate, where she learned to control and use her vampire powers.
Adult years
At last, she turned 18 and was now free from adult supervision, no longer needing a guardian. After an invitation, she joined The Syndicate as an agent.

She normally keeps around four or even five (depending on the situation and her mood) throwing knives on her that she is pretty proficient with.

-She keeps a steady head. As seen in her personality, Leila is moody and doesn't hesitate to lash out at others. But if the situation is a serious one, she knows how to stay calm and think things through thoroughly.
-Fitting and blending in. This skill comes in handy a lot, being supernatural. She has learned how to blend into her surroundings and not stand out like a sore thumb, while still keeping alert and watching the area around her.
-Remembrance. Though she does not have a photographic memory, she still has an excellent knack for remembering things... if she feels like it.
-Lip-reading. This is her one quirk, something that she taught herself to do for fun when she was young. So if you don't want her to know what you are saying, remember to cover your mouth.

The person will be healed, but it's not perfect. They will not be back to 100% due to blood loss from the healing process, and Leila herself will be fatigued. Because of this, she is hesitant to use it.
-Wall-climbing. She is able to climb up surfaces that are even perpendicular to the ground without any ropes or equipment. However, she cannot walk upside down.
