I'm going to allow everyone to carry around a "side deck". This will consist of 15 cards that I have to approve of. However, once they are approved, you can swap them in and out. However, deck building rules still apply to this side deck.

In addition, your character can carry around an additional deck. However, you cannot swap cards between multiple decks at will. Also, I still have to approve each separate deck.
