For many hundreds of years, the major nations of the world had lived in relative peace. It was a time that people had believed they had learned from their mistakes of the past, but it was naivety at its finest. The incredible precautions taken after the Demon Wars had lulled everyone into a false sense of security and it was even despite those precautions that all of the nations were brought to their knees.
Each year, the bijuu would be placed within vessels decided upon by the Kage, which would be kept under close watch by an independent organization supported by all 5 of the nations, which was mostly comprised of former jinchuuriki. The vessels were often children, often very young, as they had not been imprinted with strong national pride. However, the Kazekage would betray the very treaty that had established this practice, having developed an newly advanced form of transformation technique that allowed them to bypass the many safeguards that had been established and deceiving the many sensors. The spy, however, was unable to control the bijuu that was placed within him and the demon quickly took control. In an ironic twist, the Kazekage was the first, and only, Kage slain at the Summit, an irony furthered by the fact the Land of Wind was the Summit's host and had been poised to contain the bijuu. However, it was not his death that was the important one, but the death of the children put forth as Vessels. All were slain, and soon, the bijuu descended upon the world with an unprecedented ferocity. Unbridled, the bijuu made short work of the Hidden Sand and the Land of Wind as a whole.
The Kage that escaped quickly met in the Land of Fire to develop a strategy. However, the bijuu had quickly began to spread outside of the Land of Wind. The Land of Earth's skilled border guard shielded their nation from much of the destruction, but funneled the beasts towards the smaller border nations, many which were ill equipped to cope with such a threat. Heavy loses left many of the smaller territories leaderless and in a nation unable to provide for its people. The problem was further compounded by the bijuu being able to spread further across the land, easily bypassing the border defenses of the Land of Rivers and Rain Country.
It was determined by the remaining Kage that a united force needed to be developed to seal the beasts. With emissaries from the Land of Moon, a nation primarily comprised of spiritualists, the next few years involved a cooperative military effort to seal the beasts. However, this time, the beasts were not to be sealed into vessels, but into shrines utilizing a special technique from the Land of Moon. Despite the collaboration of all of the nations, as well as the support of the Land of Moon, many more people lost their lives, including many of the remaining Kage.
The efforts to corral the beasts forced many of them into the Land of Lightning. Much like the Land of Wind, it faced excessive destruction, leaving it a shell of its former glory. Once the beasts were finally all sealed, the remaining leaders, some who had ascended to power during the destruction were left with Lands poorly equipped to deal with the needs of a suffering populace. The Land of Earth had fared the best with much of its territory untouched by the bijuu.
The Tsuchikage wasted no time in taking control over the Land of Wind. The people were broken and put up no resistance, nor did any of the other nations object as it was not really a war, but more a necessity if any of the people of the Land of Wind were going to survive. Additionally, the Land of Snow quickly became a willing part of the Land of Earth's fledgling empire.
The Land of Fire became a new nation known as Kyokujitsu, which comprised the former Land of Fire as well as many of the smaller border countries. The Land of Lightning similarly was forced to become a part of another nation, much like the Land of Wind. The Land of Mist took control over the northern half of the Land of of Lightning. The rest of the Land of Lightning became home to Kyūseishu, the organization that had once cared for the new jinchuuriki and many remnants from the coalition forces that had taken part in sealing the bijuu. Now, they were tasked with providing a neutral force in the world and be the ones to take on whatever disaster they may face next. The remaining nations would continue to provide members, as well as resources and occasional guidance to them.
Of course, the early years following the final sealing of the bijuu were difficult both for the nations and Kyūseishu, as resources were limited. However, with ingenuity from the leaders of each of the nations, all of them soon were well on the path towards returning to their former glories. The remaining leaders signed what would become to be known as the Three Nation Accords, which outlined the role of the Kyūseishu in the world, as well as the authority they would wield and the support they would be given. Leadership would be decided only be unanimous vote of the three Kage after an internal selection of candidates was completed. However, with the relative peace following the sealing of the last bijuu, there was minimal need to replace the Kyūseishu leadership.
However, this is merely a calm before the coming storm. A storm that may be all too familiar; a storm set in motion nearly 40 years ago.
Tl;dr version:
- 400 years ago Demon Wars in which Jinchuuriki were used as weapons. Resulted in agreement following those wars that they should not be used in that manner.
- 40ish years ago - Kazekage betrays the agreement, results in bijuu getting free and started rampaging around the mainland. They destroy a bunch of stuff and many of the nations merge to survive (see map). Bijuu are now stored in Shrines and are religious symbols for some scattered about the land. 1,2,9 are in Kyokujitsu no Tochi territory, 3,5,8 are in Land of Water. 6 and 7 are in Land of Earth. 4 is within Kyuueseishi territory.
- Currently some smaller nations are less thrilled to be a part of the larger ones.
Rules
Aside from general RP rules, we will include the following rules to ensure the roleplay feels as massive as intended. Multiple characters are strongly, strongly encouraged.
- General Village NPCs can be created by anyone. Kages should be consulted before making shinobi NPCs. All nations will be given limits on how many of each rank of shinobi they can have, so NPC usage must be watched closely. Additionally, NPCs cannot engage in combat outside of inter-village combat without having bio'd jutsu and abilities. History is not necessary for these character. Make sure you identify all NPCs used to us, so we can add them to the NPC list for the village (you can also adapt this NPC to a PC later on as you get more inspiration)
- PC characters MUST be approved by the Kage of the Village they are applying into. For the thread, there are no biographic requirements at the time of usage and creation of the character, but you must provide a fully fleshed out bio prior to engagement in any combat outside of friendly combat within the village. Most people will also require this for friendly duels within the village.
- Your characters can die with or without your consent. This is meant to be a potentially dangerous world and there will be threats facing the characters and decisions may not always have a favorable outcome.
The Role of a Leader (Kage)
For those that are selected as Kage, you will have significant powers over what happens within your lands.
- Accept and Decline character admittance into your village (providing I have already accepted the character overall)
- Create techniques outside of your own character's technique to safeguard your territory - these will not be disclosed and sent via PM to me.
- Create and Control Shinobi NPCs liberally.
Bio Format
There is no specific format, but you must include:
- Basic information such as name, age, village
- General history for the character
- Any techniques, special weapons, skills, or other combat related item before engaging in combat with another player

History: Despite how young the nation is compared to many of the other global powers, Kyokujitsu no Tochi has a rich history that intertwines a variety of cultures. The Land of Fire was established well before the first Shinobi war and only fell due to destruction from the bijuu which claimed the lives of many people across many of the territories that comprise the nation as a whole. Because of that destruction, Ayameko was able to establish a new nation that banded together those struggling and remade the lands into a nation of surprising prosperity.
Much of the history of the nation is due to the efforts of the Sankage who developed the idea of the national structure and executed it by significant diplomatic efforts. Despite being selected as the leader of the Land of Fire as a non-native, a nation that still had significant power after the destructive forces of the bijuu, she was able to guide its people to accept that not only would they be stronger if they worked together, but they could maintain their national pride.
Kyokujitsu no Tochi is over 30 years old.
Geography: Kyokujitsu no Tochi is one of the most diverse geographical landscapes, spanning from the cold northern territories to the tropical southern lands. Largely flat, Kyokujitsu no Tochi only has incredible terrain changes in the west and north, where it runs into the mountains dividing them from the Lands of Earth and Wind in the west, and the Land of Lightning in the North. It does, however, have a small section of mountains in its most northern most territory.
Plantlife is abundant in Kyokujitsu no Tochi, with a wide range of crops. The open plains scattered throughout are often utilized for agriculture
Specifically around Kyokujistugakure, however, the terrain is arrange very specifically. A network of small rivers filled with floating lilies creates a natural looking moat miles away from the outskirts of the walls. From the air, these are obscured by the thick forest of trees planted specifically by the village. Further out from that, there are a series of mountains on the western side, which span from the Land of Iron to just above the southern coast. These mountains run along the border of the original Land of Fire.

Religion: Kyokujitsu no Tochi is actually a highly spiritual nation. Temples of various beliefs can be found within the city with major shrines scattered throughout the lands. Very notably are the Temples of Fuujin and the Temple of Fire. With the influx of a few members from Tsukigakure, even more religions are mixing into the diverse beliefs of the people of Kyokujitsugakure.
Politics: Kyokujitsugakure is run predominantly by the Sankage who is selected by the tree Yggdrasil. However, each original territory within the confines of Kyokujistu no Tochi (Tea, Noodles, Rivers, Grass, Iron, Rice, Hot Springs, and Wave) has representation on the Council. While each territory is overseen by the Sankage, they do allow significant flexibility in the self-governing of many of the local functions of the territory. In fact, the only time the Sankage would step in would be when the rights of the citizens overall were being affected.
The selection of the Sankage is a surprisingly simple process. At the passing of current Sankage, or when they opt to retire, candidates selected by each territory are brought to the tree and among them the tree selects those that it deems most worthy to lead the nation.

Clan List:
Masazane
The Masazane clan is a historical staple in the Land of Iron. Noted for their manipulation of metal, they have served the village as smiths of unique and powerful weapons. Many have immigrated from their historical homeland into the capital.
Yuki
The Yuki clan is charged with keeping records for the Land of Fire. They run the Omoide no Kinko-shitsu, the library for Kyokujitsu no Tochi. They posses incredible memories and information retrieval within the library.
Uchiha
Wielders of the Sharingan, the Uchiha provide Kyokjitsu no Tochi with the bulk of its Intel forces and military police.
Hyuuga
The Hyuuga is the second oldest clan in Kyokujitsu no Tochi and its members have access to the Byakugan. Many members of the Hyuuga clan join the Senkensha, a sensory division for Kyokujitsu no Tochi.
Senju
The clan of the Shodai Hokage, noted for its ability to utilize the Mokuton nature, given to it by the tree Yggdrasil. They are the oldest clan in Kyokujitsu no Tochi and have exceptional reverence for Yggdrasil. The largest percentage of Kages for the Land of Fire have come from this clan. There are only a few members of this clan still around.
Nara
The Nara clan is well known throughout Kyokujitsu no Tochi. Keepers of the Hiden that allows the manipulation of Shadows, Nara clan members work in a variety of roles throughout the village. Noted for their cleverness and ingenuity, they are well respected.
Focus: As diverse as their geography, Kyokujitsu has numerous strengths because of that diversity. A wide range of exports are available for the nation allowing them to trade away many of their excess goods while requiring few themselves. As such, much of the economy within the nation is home produced goods. The large amount of land available for agriculture, with high quality soil and diverse climates, gives them the framework to support a large population. Significant resource of the nation are put into research.
Places of Note:
Kokumin Toshokan [National Library] - A part of the Yuki clan compound and residing close to the center of the capital, quite close to Yggdrasil as well as the Sankage's compound. As such, it is along the ornate gardens that are especially common at the city center.
Hansha no Genkan [Halls of Reflection] - A specialized building that serves multiple purposes. One of the most beautiful buildings in the capital, it is a single story rectangular building. Aside from the very center, which is a square, the building has open air covered walkways and floats on top of a large pond filled with lily flowers. What makes the building unique and important are the specialized mirrors within the center hall. These mirrors allow an individual to see their reflection as if they had a doujutsu similar to the Byakugan. This building serves both the Medical Corps, as well as the Research Division. It also serves as an advanced training building for many.
Temples of Fuujin and Fire - While these can be found throughout the nation. The main temple sits outside the capital walls between the mountain range on the west. The Temple of Fuujin, as well as the Temple of Fire share the solitary mountain separated from the range that lies between the cities. The Temple of Fire looks east, while the Temple of Fuujin looks west. Both have smaller shrines scattered as well as major temples with the capital itself. These serve as training facility for many specialized disciplines.
Research Compound - There is a large research compound near the Sankage's facility. This building is actually directly connected and spans multiple stories both above and beneath the ground. Many people who serve as advisors to the Sankage work directly within this building or the compound.
Boughs and Roots of Yggdrasil - There is, in fact, two additional 'places' of note within the capital city. At the center of Yggdrasil there is a place where the roots have specifically grown in a way to allow a flat surface within the branches of the tree. Few people are allowed to access this area and it is restricted mostly to the Sankage or those with specially permission from Ayameko herself.
The Roots of Yggdrasil are another location and connect directly to the Research Compound and consists of multiple rooms. This, as well, is a highly restricted location used for advanced research in conjunction as serving as a safe room for the villagers in times of great peril. Tokumei's specialized facility is actually within the Roots of Yggdrasil.
Divisions:
While many activities are directed by the Sankage herself, or the Council, much of general management of various shinobi is done directly by their division leaders, who either report to the head of another division or to the Sankage or Council. Should the Sankage and Council be killed, leadership then falls to the had of Senjutsu-tekina [Tactical Division]. In the event that is not possible, the leadership follows the following chain: Medical Corps, ANBU, Eternal Watch, Sensory Division, Research Division, and Barrier Division.

Masazane
Country of Origin: Land of Iron
Hierarchy and Focus: The Masazane clan hierarchy is determined through a yearly test of skill and overall commerce. Heralded as some of the best smiths in the world, the Masazane clan has a gift with the shaping of metal.
Clan leadership is determined by whichever members of the clan has the most verified sales of weapons or by any individual who has completed a work of superb caliber. After those members are identified, they are faced with forging a sword for a champion of their choice in a contest known as the Tetsu no Shōtotsu [Clash of Iron]. The winner, by either through defeating an opponent or by breaking the sword of the opposing champion, becomes leader of the clan. Lethal attacks are considered a violation of the rules of the current Tetsu no Shōtotsu, but this is has only been the rules for the last few years.
History: The Masazane clan are a small, yet widespread clan that is noted for their ability to produce weapons.
Originally from the Land of Iron, the Masazane are an old clan and have forged weapons for the samurai from the land for their entire existence. Smithwork in the Land of Iron was considered exceptionally noble, and much like nobles trade marry off children to other royals, the early smiths of the Masazane clan used their children to form connections with other smiths.
One smith, whose original name was long forgotten, was said to have had so many sons and to have made the most legendary weapons, that he was only referred to by his surname. Owning a weapon of the smith Masazane, or being married into his family (to be able to put the Masazane stamp on their productions), was considered an badge of honor. After awhile, all of the smith families within the Land of Iron were related.
Once the original Masazane died, leadership of the family fell into chaos. It was proposed by Masazane's third son that they determine who is to lead the clan through the Tetsu no Shōtotsu. It was not unheard of in the early days for this to be a bloody affair with assassinations of smiths and champions alike. After the first Tetsu no Shōtotsu, leadership of the clan fell to Masazane's fifth son, Ito, who was considered to be almost as skilled as his father.
Ito would run the Masazane in the longest reign of the clan for over 63 years. With the heavy relation to a singular bloodline, many of the Masazane developed the ability to manipulate steel through a kekkei genkai known as Kōton, using a mixture of the fire and earth elements. It was also not unheard of for members to develop Jiton either in addition to Kōton or as a solitary alternative.
After the reign of Masazane Ito, leadership of the clan fell once again into disarray with leadership cycling repeatedly through a series of smiths that were closely matched between each other. Each year, the one currently in power would lose to one of the smiths he had defeated the year before.
It would not be for over a hundred years before the leadership would yet again stabilize. However, this stabilization of leadership would continue to the reign of Masazane Io, who has lead the clan for the last 62 years. Io is often considered the reincarnation of the original founder of their clan with near unrivaled skill in the forging of weapons and the manifestation of both Jiton and Kōton at a high level. This is often considered because of Io's great number of male heirs (in order of preference by Io - Iro, Iao, Iso, Iho, Ieo, Ipo, Ino, Ido, Iio, Iwo, Ibo, Iko, Igo, Iuo, Iyo).
With the creation of Kyokujitsu no Tochi, many members of the clan have spread themselves out to other territories within their nation. Smiths who stay in the Land of Iron often look down on these members are trying to escape the significant competition within their historical homeland for the Tetsu no Shōtotsu and qualify through sales in another land where the smiths are less skilled. The clan itself, despite its age, is relatively small.
Misc: While rare, some Masazane do forge weapons for themselves for the Tetsu no Shōtotsu. Most members of the clan fall under competent or skilled with a weapon. For the Tetsu no Shōtotsu most form relationships with kenjutsu masters.
It is said some still participate in an underground version of the Tetsu no Shōtotsu known as the Ketsueki no Shōtotsu [Clash of Blood] as a form of gambling or a way to display power between Tetsu no Shōtotsu.

Hiyoko has done much growing throughout her life. At first she was a brash young girl who sought to end conflict as soon as she found it. However, as she grew with her trainings and teachings she became much more mature. Now, she is a refined young woman who at her core is a people person. It can be difficult to grasp her ‘true’ personality as she is often working as a spy or at the very least guarding her identity. As such, she is very rarely herself as it were. In the few moments she is able to be, however, she truly enjoys the little things.
Now that her life is full of conflict and strife, she enjoys the few moments in which she can relax by herself and simply fish in Kirigakure.
As far as her disposition towards combat goes, she was taught to view it as a learning experience. Even in a life or death situation. As such she has no issue whatsoever with combat and doesn’t often find herself worried about it.
Hiyoko doesn’t have too many friends, and she doesn’t commonly like to make lasting relationships. However she has been known to bed the odd woman every now and again, or perhaps find a good drinking buddy. She’s not opposed to camaraderie.
【History】
Hiyoko was born in Kyokujitsugakure. It is peaceful there, as peaceful as it gets during war times. But for whatever reason Hiyoko no matter what she did, could not take to it. She trained alongside other members of her clan and her peers. But she had a problem with how far she would take training. How much she put in to every day training. She wouldn't stop until she had to. She would punch until her target was incapacitated. There were many things she lacked, control, subtlety, precision, and an activated Sharingan. Hiyoko attempted to make up for these lackings in physical strength and dominance.
For some time, it worked. She could out-punch her competitors during the early stages of training, but it was whn her stubbornness saw a stunted growth, that was when she became truly flawed. It wasn't until she met a woman by the name of Kyoko. Kyoko was not immediately struck with Hiyoko, in fact it was quite the opposite. She saw Hiyoko as rather one sided, full of ambition but with almost no talent to achieve that ambition. She was polite in her declination and afterwards, she left Kyokujitsugakure.
Hiyoko took this feedback about as well as could be expected of her. Which was to say she didn't take it well at all. She beat her hands bloody against a tree and when she was done with that she was ready to begin training, should Kyoko ever return. The next year and a half would be spent in vigorous training. She managed to improve her abilities with Fuinjutsu to a functioning capacity in which she could seal and unseal items aobut the size of a kunai with her Jutsu. She also learned some basic Genjutsu. But the most important think Hiyoko did in that year and a half was awaken her Sharingan.
It was simply a single Tomoe, but it possessed her entire potential within it.
By the time Kyoko returned, she could see visible proof of Hiyoko's drive and her will to learn. So, Kyoko took her own as one of her apprentices. She trained with Kyoko for a number of years and in that time learned a great many things. Most importantly the things she lacked when all she wished for was conflict. She learned subtlety, seduction, coercion, precision. She learned everything that would create the woman she was today. And she learned loyalty above all of that.
Kyoko saw something in Hitomi that could truly by honed, like a fine blade. But to activate the latter stages of the Sharingan were no small task. Kyoko's approach to Hitomi's was unique in that it was mostly Genjutsu based. She utilized her Genjutsu to create an entire world for Hiyoko. But, it was almost identical to the world she lived in now. In fact, the only difference was a woman whom she met a the market that morning.
Her training continued in fact, for many months - or so that's what it felt like. As the days and weeks passed Hiyoko grew to love this woman that her teacher had created for her. They had their first kiss, their first night sharing a bed. And then there was Kyoko standing atop that bed holding the head of Hiyoko's lover. Her Sharingan evolved and she awoke, only two hours past when the Genjutsu was first cast. It was cruel, harsh, and incredibly affective. Hiyoko forgave her after a short amount of time grieving a thing that never happened. She felt as though Kyoko knew her better than anyone else from that point. She had seen her inner-most desires.
She would come to swear her fealty to Kyoko and from that day would serve her.
She now found herself in Kirigakure - as a spy. Day by day she was a simple fisherwoman. But at night she gained intel and reported with a fair level of frequency and incredible amount of accuracy. Her occupation was not easy nor safe, but it was perfect for a woman with her own talents.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Hiyoko has a natural talent in Genjutsu only bolstered by her Sharingan. While her Sharingan has only reached it's two tomoe-stage it is still incredibly proficient in casting Genjutsu on those who look upon her. She has also been personally trained by one of the most proficient tacticians and Genjutsu masters. Kyoko. This has bolstered her non-Sharingan based Genjutsu and general knowledge of the techniques to a far greater height than it would be without her aid.
While Hiyoko hasn't studied text for very long at all. She has studied people. She is an excellent judge of character and is easily able to discern changes in mood, attitude, and intent.
Hiyoko has been taught interrogation by the best manipulator in the world. While force is an option, it is one of many that Hiyoko may use to exert. Kyoko taught her of seduction, coercion and many other ways of hearing the right thing at the time.
Hiyoko has also become moderately adept with Fuinjutsu. While she can't typically use it to seal people or tailed beasts -
she does uses it for dissipation of elemental techniques or relocation of certain abilities, techniques, herself, or items. Typically in a supplementary fashion. Anything from a Katon: Goukyaku no Jutsu to a single shuriken could come from a seal she utilizes. It is this versatility that Kyoko harnessed within Hiyoko.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】

Description: Omoide has two very specific seals on it. The first, located on the inner portion of the umbrella is a protective seal. By channeling a small amount of chakra into the handle of the umbrella Hiyoko can activate it and encase herself in a ball of water that can protect her from fire techniques and weaker Ninjutsu. She can deactivate this technique by stopping the flow of chakra from her hand to the handle.
The second technique and final technique Omoide possesses is in the form of a seal on the outwards facing side of the umbrella. It is activated in a similar fashion to the first technique however instead of one hand being placed on the umbrella, two are required. When the seal is activated it releases a Genjutsu is released that causes the victim to immediately have their senses reversed. It will fell as though attempting to move their right hand will move their left and so on. This technique, unless reversed will only last for two minutes.
Hiyoko carries with her, at all times:

- A pouch on her right hip that contains many seals storing weapons. These include:

Description: The Uchiha Clan
The Eye of Insight
The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence.
The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips[20] or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. They can also read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information. While there are further abilities, at Hiyoko's current level she can only utilize these as far as the Eye of Insight. She only possesses two Tomoe and as such is unable to copy Ninjutsu, rather she is only able to recieve further insight based on the handseals used to create them. This obviously does not include Taijutsu or Jutsu that do not require handseals.
The Eye of Hypnotism
The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control. While not an ability per se, the Sharingan user can appear as if they are able to "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. This is by far Hiyoko's expertise, especially when it comes to the Sharingan and its uses.
Weakness: To use her eyes to their fullest extent requires constant chakra flow. This also can cause sensory overload, as seeing too much to react upon can create too much information to adequately disseminate, in combat this is especially troublesome. Many Uchiha also rely too much on their Sharingan. As with any Dojutsu it also cannot see or interact with Natural Energy or any sort of Senjutsu.

Description: This technique was taught to Hiyoko by Kyoko. Hiyoko compresses her aura into that of a cloak surrounding her, reducing her range. For a small but constant expenditure of chakra, Hiyoko continually projects a Genjutsu that acts as a perception filter – anyone who looks at her inherently knows that a person is there, but wishes to keep them in the periphery of their mind and ignore them. While Hiyoko lacks the Ten aspect of Kiyoko's Tousei no Eien, and any inconsistencies caused by her presence are not smoothed over and she is essentially completely invisible for as long as she does not do anything to unduly draw attention towards herself. She can, essentially create a similar effect with her Sharingan: Genjutsu, subtly influencing the thought process.
If necessary, provided that she has an image in mind, Hiyoko can also cause the Genjutsu to make her appear like someone else for the duration. This is very mentally taxing to use on multiple individuals simultaneously, and prevents Hiyoko from using other techniques for the duration.

Though panic is never good for the body or mind and further harm by drastically increasing fear and blood pressure can be possible.

However, this technique takes a great deal of concentration and perhaps more importantly shield Hiyoko's view. Should the technique fit the criteria, however, the technique will be completely negated and blocked with no harm to Hiyoko or those behind her.

Description: A tricky technique, Kyūsokuna kon'yaku is essentially utilized to make it seem as if an Uchiha has not activated their sharingan. This is done by flowing chakra towards the eyes and allowing it to build up in small bunches along the way so it enters the eye in increments, rather than as a steady stream. This, as well as the intention to activate their eyes, causes the eyes to flicker or, if observed closely, activate and deactivate at such high sped that the doujutsu is never actually seen unless viewed by a specialized technique or another doujutsu. If utilized with yin affinity chakra, the user is capable of initiating powerful, or subtle, genjutsu upon anyone looking at their eyes even in a moment where the sharingan is not activated.
Doujutsu can discern that this technique is being utilized. Additionally, simply not looking at the Uchiha's eyes will allow someone to avoid getting caught in a genjutsu. This technique is not at all chakra taxing, but requires intense focus to maintain for long periods of time.
This technique specifically was taught to Hiyoko by another Uchiha woman she once met. They trained together, for nearly a month before parting ways. Hoping to see one another again sometime soon.

Description: By imbuing her voice with Chakra, Hiyoko whistles to cast a soothing Genjutsu that usually makes the target incredibly tired, however if the victim is already completely exhausted it will put them in a comatose state for up to ten minutes. This is untraceable with the aid of Dojutsu due to it being completely auditory. This requires very little chakra on Hiyoko’s behalf. However, an enemy actively angaged in combat against Hiyoko will not be very susceptible at all to this technique as they are aware of the noise.

Hiyoko has done much growing throughout her life. At first she was a brash young girl who sought to end conflict as soon as she found it. However, as she grew with her trainings and teachings she became much more mature. Now, she is a refined young woman who at her core is a people person. It can be difficult to grasp her ‘true’ personality as she is often working as a spy or at the very least guarding her identity. As such, she is very rarely herself as it were. In the few moments she is able to be, however, she truly enjoys the little things.
Now that her life is full of conflict and strife, she enjoys the few moments in which she can relax by herself and simply fish in Kirigakure.
As far as her disposition towards combat goes, she was taught to view it as a learning experience. Even in a life or death situation. As such she has no issue whatsoever with combat and doesn’t often find herself worried about it.
Hiyoko doesn’t have too many friends, and she doesn’t commonly like to make lasting relationships. However she has been known to bed the odd woman every now and again, or perhaps find a good drinking buddy. She’s not opposed to camaraderie.
【History】
Hiyoko was born in Kyokujitsugakure. It is peaceful there, as peaceful as it gets during war times. But for whatever reason Hiyoko no matter what she did, could not take to it. She trained alongside other members of her clan and her peers. But she had a problem with how far she would take training. How much she put in to every day training. She wouldn't stop until she had to. She would punch until her target was incapacitated. There were many things she lacked, control, subtlety, precision, and an activated Sharingan. Hiyoko attempted to make up for these lackings in physical strength and dominance.
For some time, it worked. She could out-punch her competitors during the early stages of training, but it was whn her stubbornness saw a stunted growth, that was when she became truly flawed. It wasn't until she met a woman by the name of Kyoko. Kyoko was not immediately struck with Hiyoko, in fact it was quite the opposite. She saw Hiyoko as rather one sided, full of ambition but with almost no talent to achieve that ambition. She was polite in her declination and afterwards, she left Kyokujitsugakure.
Hiyoko took this feedback about as well as could be expected of her. Which was to say she didn't take it well at all. She beat her hands bloody against a tree and when she was done with that she was ready to begin training, should Kyoko ever return. The next year and a half would be spent in vigorous training. She managed to improve her abilities with Fuinjutsu to a functioning capacity in which she could seal and unseal items aobut the size of a kunai with her Jutsu. She also learned some basic Genjutsu. But the most important think Hiyoko did in that year and a half was awaken her Sharingan.
It was simply a single Tomoe, but it possessed her entire potential within it.
By the time Kyoko returned, she could see visible proof of Hiyoko's drive and her will to learn. So, Kyoko took her own as one of her apprentices. She trained with Kyoko for a number of years and in that time learned a great many things. Most importantly the things she lacked when all she wished for was conflict. She learned subtlety, seduction, coercion, precision. She learned everything that would create the woman she was today. And she learned loyalty above all of that.
Kyoko saw something in Hitomi that could truly by honed, like a fine blade. But to activate the latter stages of the Sharingan were no small task. Kyoko's approach to Hitomi's was unique in that it was mostly Genjutsu based. She utilized her Genjutsu to create an entire world for Hiyoko. But, it was almost identical to the world she lived in now. In fact, the only difference was a woman whom she met a the market that morning.
Her training continued in fact, for many months - or so that's what it felt like. As the days and weeks passed Hiyoko grew to love this woman that her teacher had created for her. They had their first kiss, their first night sharing a bed. And then there was Kyoko standing atop that bed holding the head of Hiyoko's lover. Her Sharingan evolved and she awoke, only two hours past when the Genjutsu was first cast. It was cruel, harsh, and incredibly affective. Hiyoko forgave her after a short amount of time grieving a thing that never happened. She felt as though Kyoko knew her better than anyone else from that point. She had seen her inner-most desires.
She would come to swear her fealty to Kyoko and from that day would serve her.
She now found herself in Kirigakure - as a spy. Day by day she was a simple fisherwoman. But at night she gained intel and reported with a fair level of frequency and incredible amount of accuracy. Her occupation was not easy nor safe, but it was perfect for a woman with her own talents.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Hiyoko has a natural talent in Genjutsu only bolstered by her Sharingan. While her Sharingan has only reached it's two tomoe-stage it is still incredibly proficient in casting Genjutsu on those who look upon her. She has also been personally trained by one of the most proficient tacticians and Genjutsu masters. Kyoko. This has bolstered her non-Sharingan based Genjutsu and general knowledge of the techniques to a far greater height than it would be without her aid.
While Hiyoko hasn't studied text for very long at all. She has studied people. She is an excellent judge of character and is easily able to discern changes in mood, attitude, and intent.
Hiyoko has been taught interrogation by the best manipulator in the world. While force is an option, it is one of many that Hiyoko may use to exert. Kyoko taught her of seduction, coercion and many other ways of hearing the right thing at the time.
Hiyoko has also become moderately adept with Fuinjutsu. While she can't typically use it to seal people or tailed beasts -
she does uses it for dissipation of elemental techniques or relocation of certain abilities, techniques, herself, or items. Typically in a supplementary fashion. Anything from a Katon: Goukyaku no Jutsu to a single shuriken could come from a seal she utilizes. It is this versatility that Kyoko harnessed within Hiyoko.

Description: Omoide has two very specific seals on it. The first, located on the inner portion of the umbrella is a protective seal. By channeling a small amount of chakra into the handle of the umbrella Hiyoko can activate it and encase herself in a ball of water that can protect her from fire techniques and weaker Ninjutsu. She can deactivate this technique by stopping the flow of chakra from her hand to the handle.
The second technique and final technique Omoide possesses is in the form of a seal on the outwards facing side of the umbrella. It is activated in a similar fashion to the first technique however instead of one hand being placed on the umbrella, two are required. When the seal is activated it releases a Genjutsu is released that causes the victim to immediately have their senses reversed. It will fell as though attempting to move their right hand will move their left and so on. This technique, unless reversed will only last for two minutes.

Description: The Uchiha Clan
The Eye of Insight
The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence.
The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips[20] or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. They can also read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information. While there are further abilities, at Hiyoko's current level she can only utilize these as far as the Eye of Insight. She only possesses two Tomoe and as such is unable to copy Ninjutsu, rather she is only able to recieve further insight based on the handseals used to create them. This obviously does not include Taijutsu or Jutsu that do not require handseals.
The Eye of Hypnotism
The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control. While not an ability per se, the Sharingan user can appear as if they are able to "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. This is by far Hiyoko's expertise, especially when it comes to the Sharingan and its uses.
Weakness: To use her eyes to their fullest extent requires constant chakra flow. This also can cause sensory overload, as seeing too much to react upon can create too much information to adequately disseminate, in combat this is especially troublesome. Many Uchiha also rely too much on their Sharingan. As with any Dojutsu it also cannot see or interact with Natural Energy or any sort of Senjutsu.

While Hiyoko lacks the Ten aspect of Kiyoko's Tousei no Eien, and any inconsistencies caused by her presence are not smoothed over and she is essentially completely invisible for as long as she does not do anything to unduly draw attention towards herself. Description: A tricky technique, Kyūsokuna kon'yaku is essentially utilized to make it seem as if an Uchiha has not activated their sharingan. This is done by flowing chakra towards the eyes and allowing it to build up in small bunches along the way so it enters the eye in increments, rather than as a steady stream. This, as well as the intention to activate their eyes, causes the eyes to flicker or, if observed closely, activate and deactivate at such high sped that the doujutsu is never actually seen unless viewed by a specialized technique or another doujutsu. If utilized with yin affinity chakra, the user is capable of initiating powerful, or subtle, genjutsu upon anyone looking at their eyes even in a moment where the sharingan is not activated.
Doujutsu can discern that this technique is being utilized. Additionally, simply not looking at the Uchiha's eyes will allow someone to avoid getting caught in a genjutsu. This technique is not at all chakra taxing, but requires intense focus to maintain for long periods of time.

However, she is often deeply trouble by memories of the deepest and darkest secrets she has taken from people's minds, going as far in some instances as to use her own Sharingan on herself. As she has retired from her ANBU duties, and focused more on teaching, she has become significantly more relaxed and more genuinely personable. However, her drive and willingness to cross lines for the protection of family and her village, as well as her sense of duty, have not diminished.
【History】
Despite being Ayameko's daughter, Touzoku was not given any benefits from that status. She preformed well enough scholastically to be near the top of her class, but ultimately lost that role to more well rounded individuals. However, her unique skills were still recognized and she suffered no setbacks from not getting the top title. It was largely because of her unique skills being fostered that she was not competitive for that position.
Touzoku was quickly ushered into a specialized promotion track to take use of her abilities immediately after her academy graduation. Despite the peacetime, it was still important for her skills to be at the ready. ANBU also helped Eternal Watch on many occasions, allowing her practical applications of her Sharingan. And, of course, there were always instances of stage coups and assassination attempts from hard line nationalists from the border countries of Kyokujitsu no Tochi, allowing her another usage of her skill.
However, with nearly 20 years with ANBU centered largely around her delving into people's minds, as well as the occasional assassination of exceptionally dangerous individuals, Touzoku had enough. She left ANBU at 35 to teach.
Touzoku's personal life, by virtue of the stress of her position has been chaotic. She was married at 20 to a member of the Masazane clan, had a child, Kiken, the same year, and subsequently divorced 2 years later. The stress from her job, and her husband's family made the relationship unworkable in the long term and both recognized that despite them still caring about each other.

Touzoku, by virtue of her abilities, is a master assassin. She also possesses an incredible amount of control over her chakra. Her unique Sharingan also pairs well with her skill in Genjutsu. She is capable of using incredibly complex fuuinjutsu and medical techniques. She also possesses a very unique sword style utilizing her Ten no Shūkō-Ryō, which she is more than capable with, the style centering around high agility. Touzoku is also highly intelligent and has a naturally good memory, even outside her own abilities. Additionally, Touzoku is a sensor, which she utilizes frequently in situations that she is not comfortable revealing her Sharingan.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】
Name of Weapon or Item: Ten no Shūkō-Ryō
Description: In addition to the standard shinobi gear, Touzoku is in possession of a very powerful kodachi (1, or 2 depending on how you look at it). The name of her weapon is Ten no Shūkō-Ryō. While few know she is in possession of it, the blade itself decently well known.
It has three special properties to it. The first is when chakra is pushed into it, the blade creates an effect like a Flash Bomb projecting out from each side of the blade, which the wielder seems immune to. The second property is the blade can be split into two identical blades through the release of a fuuinjutsu. However, the kanji inscribed into the blade that are responsible for the flash bomb effect are only on one side if the blade is split into two. The third, and final ability of the blade is the inscription it grants onto the palms of its wielder - which is only able to be transferred upon the death of its owner or the willing relinquishment of it to another. This seal allows the bearer to summon forth the Ten no Shūkō-Ryō to their palm at any time.

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan

Description: The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan). The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them.They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The
Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counterattack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorise ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hadn't trained nearly as much as Lee had. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even a tailed beast may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tails their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else via genjutsu, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. Two Sharingan users are also able to free each other from other forms of genjutsu by first using genjutsu on each other, allowing them to enter their comrades mind and free each other from the genjutsu. Touzoku's precognition abilities are actually legitimate providing she has contact with her opponent's eyes as she can see the formation of the thought as they prepare their technique.
However, Touzoku’s Sharingan is unique. Rather than follow the traditional evolutionary path, a fault in Touzoku’s genetics caused her to have a “derivative” of the Sharingan. This derivative gives Touzoku some unique abilities, and has been named the: “Hasenji” [Broken Path].
The Hasenji allows Touzoku’s Sharingan to see beyond what a normal Sharingan can see - She is able to use it to follow the processes of thought and memory. However, she must remain in eye contact with her opponent for this ability to work. In addition, she is only able to gleam from surface thoughts and memories [unless she actively knows the memory or thought she wishes to affect] unless she can maintain prolonged eye contact with somebody.
However, her ability to affect memories has the potential to be much more than this: Touzoku is able to alter or even destroy memories. She is able to destroy specific memories, i.e., memories that she knows the person possesses and she has in the front of her mind. With prolonged eye contact, she is able to destroy other memories as she searches for them, or is able to alter them accordingly. Because of this, the technique is only really useful when she can use it in short bursts, and by virtue of this, she knows the specific memory she wishes to alter or destroy. It takes roughly three seconds of eye contact to destroy or alter a memory that she knows.
With prolonged eye contact, it is possible for Touzoku to destroy more than just surface or specific memories. She is able to destroy a person’s entire mind if she if left to look into their eyes for an extremely long period of time. However, this would take a colossal amount of chakra and time. This, obviously, is not feasible. She is able to destroy an opponent’s memory of their jutsu if left for long enough, but this too is not feasible for battle. In battle, she is able to block her opponent’s ability to transfer the memory of the jutsu and how to perform it from their long-term memory to their short-term memory, essentially removing a jutsu from the fight with eye contact.
Each of these abilities [Blocking a memory, altering a memory and destroying a memory] require different levels of chakra and progressively longer levels of eye contact, so blocking a memory is by far the easiest option, altering the second easiest and destroying by far the most difficult.
Touzoku’s ability to alter memories is her most practiced ability, and by virtue of this her most powerful aspect of the Hasenji. It, ironically, would be her most well-known ability should any of her victims remember her doing it. She is able to alter memories she is looking for in but a brief glance at her opponent’s eyes. This makes Touzoku exceptionally potent at espionage missions, and any form of covert operations that require pacifism.
Touzoku can use the Kotoamatsukami. It should be noted that Touzoku cannot gain a Mangekyou Sharingan.

The true strength of Gekido lays in its ability to have its speed adjust, as well as its path. Full speed Gekido bolts can be difficult to adjust, and it is impossible for Touzoku to violate the nature of lightning (she can't have a bolt double back for any significant length). The power of Gekido, as well as the origin of its name, is from Touzoku's ability to essentially hold the bolt at an enemy's body, slowly shocking them into submission.

Weakness: Maintaining this technique on separate people at a time is difficult due the nature of the technique. Since everyone in the fuuinjutsu method can be in the same scenario largely, it is much easier to affect a group that way. Individually putting people under this genjutsu is not only exhausting on chakra, but mentally exhausting as well, making it largely ineffective to try to do this on more than a person or two without assistance.

Description: Michi no Uragiri is a technique of unimaginable power. The technique can be implemented in a number of manners and has a number of various effects. With enough preparation and time, the technique can be near unbreakable. The strongest method of utilizing this technique is to place a seal somewhere on the victim's body. The seal utilize in this technique negates many traditional Genjutsu breaking methods and requires the seal to be removed or destroyed - the placing of the seal also negates many vision based Genjutsu detection methods (in this case, the lack of precision is a good thing). The eye contact method is the rarest implementation of the technique due to the difficulty of maintaining eye contact for an extended period of time. Once utilized, the technique creates a compulsion in the victim to cancel the techniques of their allies. The second compulsion is to recreate the jutsu's effects on others (done appropriately). In battle, this will typically cause a victim to move to an ally to protect them and place the same seal they have on them. Out of combat, they will be haunted by visions of the seal and be compelled to show it to others to have it investigated or they will be compelled to show an ally a technique they had learned/invented. What makes the technique exceptionally dangerous is that repeated viewership of the seal will compound the effects. If they are shown the seal a second time, they will be compelled to put themselves under the Genjtsu and, after that, be compelled to cancel their own techniques. Upon the third viewing of the technique they will use their chakra to create a physical copy of the fuuinjutsu on their eyes so they will continually see the fuuinjutsu and those that look into their eyes will be placed under its effects.
Weakness: Despite the variety of implementations, it is a very difficult technique to preform. Most well trained shinobi are capable of preventing visual contact with the seal in any significant manner. Secondly, the cancelling compulsion of the technique only affects jutsu the victim actually sees. It is also impossible to negate some techniques that have no handsigns or are too quick to be processed by the victim. Additionally, for visualization of the seal, it is impossible to implement this effect on anything bigger than an 8in x 8in square and the person must be within 20 feet for them to see enough of the intricate details of the fuuinjutsu to be placed under its effects.

Hiyoko has done much growing throughout her life. At first she was a brash young girl who sought to end conflict as soon as she found it. However, as she grew with her trainings and teachings she became much more mature. Now, she is a refined young woman who at her core is a people person. It can be difficult to grasp her ‘true’ personality as she is often working as a spy or at the very least guarding her identity. As such, she is very rarely herself as it were. In the few moments she is able to be, however, she truly enjoys the little things.
Now that her life is full of conflict and strife, she enjoys the few moments in which she can relax by herself and simply fish in Kirigakure.
As far as her disposition towards combat goes, she was taught to view it as a learning experience. Even in a life or death situation. As such she has no issue whatsoever with combat and doesn’t often find herself worried about it.
Hiyoko doesn’t have too many friends, and she doesn’t commonly like to make lasting relationships. However she has been known to bed the odd woman every now and again, or perhaps find a good drinking buddy. She’s not opposed to camaraderie.
【History】
Hiyoko was born in Kyokujitsugakure. It is peaceful there, as peaceful as it gets during war times. But for whatever reason Hiyoko no matter what she did, could not take to it. She trained alongside other members of her clan and her peers. But she had a problem with how far she would take training. How much she put in to every day training. She wouldn't stop until she had to. She would punch until her target was incapacitated. There were many things she lacked, control, subtlety, precision, and an activated Sharingan. Hiyoko attempted to make up for these lackings in physical strength and dominance.
For some time, it worked. She could out-punch her competitors during the early stages of training, but it was whn her stubbornness saw a stunted growth, that was when she became truly flawed. It wasn't until she met a woman by the name of Kyoko. Kyoko was not immediately struck with Hiyoko, in fact it was quite the opposite. She saw Hiyoko as rather one sided, full of ambition but with almost no talent to achieve that ambition. She was polite in her declination and afterwards, she left Kyokujitsugakure.
Hiyoko took this feedback about as well as could be expected of her. Which was to say she didn't take it well at all. She beat her hands bloody against a tree and when she was done with that she was ready to begin training, should Kyoko ever return. The next year and a half would be spent in vigorous training. She managed to improve her abilities with Fuinjutsu to a functioning capacity in which she could seal and unseal items aobut the size of a kunai with her Jutsu. She also learned some basic Genjutsu. But the most important think Hiyoko did in that year and a half was awaken her Sharingan.
It was simply a single Tomoe, but it possessed her entire potential within it.
By the time Kyoko returned, she could see visible proof of Hiyoko's drive and her will to learn. So, Kyoko took her own as one of her apprentices. She trained with Kyoko for a number of years and in that time learned a great many things. Most importantly the things she lacked when all she wished for was conflict. She learned subtlety, seduction, coercion, precision. She learned everything that would create the woman she was today. And she learned loyalty above all of that.
Kyoko saw something in Hitomi that could truly by honed, like a fine blade. But to activate the latter stages of the Sharingan were no small task. Kyoko's approach to Hitomi's was unique in that it was mostly Genjutsu based. She utilized her Genjutsu to create an entire world for Hiyoko. But, it was almost identical to the world she lived in now. In fact, the only difference was a woman whom she met a the market that morning.
Her training continued in fact, for many months - or so that's what it felt like. As the days and weeks passed Hiyoko grew to love this woman that her teacher had created for her. They had their first kiss, their first night sharing a bed. And then there was Kyoko standing atop that bed holding the head of Hiyoko's lover. Her Sharingan evolved and she awoke, only two hours past when the Genjutsu was first cast. It was cruel, harsh, and incredibly affective. Hiyoko forgave her after a short amount of time grieving a thing that never happened. She felt as though Kyoko knew her better than anyone else from that point. She had seen her inner-most desires.
She would come to swear her fealty to Kyoko and from that day would serve her.
She now found herself in Kirigakure - as a spy. Day by day she was a simple fisherwoman. But at night she gained intel and reported with a fair level of frequency and incredible amount of accuracy. Her occupation was not easy nor safe, but it was perfect for a woman with her own talents.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Hiyoko has a natural talent in Genjutsu only bolstered by her Sharingan. While her Sharingan has only reached it's two tomoe-stage it is still incredibly proficient in casting Genjutsu on those who look upon her. She has also been personally trained by one of the most proficient tacticians and Genjutsu masters. Kyoko. This has bolstered her non-Sharingan based Genjutsu and general knowledge of the techniques to a far greater height than it would be without her aid.
While Hiyoko hasn't studied text for very long at all. She has studied people. She is an excellent judge of character and is easily able to discern changes in mood, attitude, and intent.
Hiyoko has been taught interrogation by the best manipulator in the world. While force is an option, it is one of many that Hiyoko may use to exert. Kyoko taught her of seduction, coercion and many other ways of hearing the right thing at the time.
Hiyoko has also become moderately adept with Fuinjutsu. While she can't typically use it to seal people or tailed beasts -
she does uses it for dissipation of elemental techniques or relocation of certain abilities, techniques, herself, or items. Typically in a supplementary fashion. Anything from a Katon: Goukyaku no Jutsu to a single shuriken could come from a seal she utilizes. It is this versatility that Kyoko harnessed within Hiyoko.
【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】

Description: Omoide has two very specific seals on it. The first, located on the inner portion of the umbrella is a protective seal. By channeling a small amount of chakra into the handle of the umbrella Hiyoko can activate it and encase herself in a ball of water that can protect her from fire techniques and weaker Ninjutsu. She can deactivate this technique by stopping the flow of chakra from her hand to the handle.
The second technique and final technique Omoide possesses is in the form of a seal on the outwards facing side of the umbrella. It is activated in a similar fashion to the first technique however instead of one hand being placed on the umbrella, two are required. When the seal is activated it releases a Genjutsu is released that causes the victim to immediately have their senses reversed. It will fell as though attempting to move their right hand will move their left and so on. This technique, unless reversed will only last for two minutes.
Hiyoko carries with her, at all times:

Description: The Uchiha Clan
The Eye of Insight
The user can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source. Though not as capable in this regard as the Byakugan, it can see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence.
The user is granted incredible clarity of perception, enabling them to read lips[20] or mimic something like pencil movements. In combat, this allows them to see fast-moving objects and, once fully developed, offers some amount of predictive capabilities: they can anticipate an opponent's next move based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept. They can also read the enemy's hand seals to give them an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. Although a Sharingan user can see these things, they also need the physical ability to actually act on the visual information. While there are further abilities, at Hiyoko's current level she can only utilize these as far as the Eye of Insight. She only possesses two Tomoe and as such is unable to copy Ninjutsu, rather she is only able to recieve further insight based on the handseals used to create them. This obviously does not include Taijutsu or Jutsu that do not require handseals.
The Eye of Hypnotism
The user can perform what is generically called Genjutsu: Sharingan. While there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability, the better known one is to, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. Multiple targets can be taken control of in this way, though the more divided the user's attention is, the easier it is for targets to escape this control. While not an ability per se, the Sharingan user can appear as if they are able to "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. This is by far Hiyoko's expertise, especially when it comes to the Sharingan and its uses.
Weakness: To use her eyes to their fullest extent requires constant chakra flow. This also can cause sensory overload, as seeing too much to react upon can create too much information to adequately disseminate, in combat this is especially troublesome. Many Uchiha also rely too much on their Sharingan. As with any Dojutsu it also cannot see or interact with Natural Energy or any sort of Senjutsu.

Description: This technique was taught to Hiyoko by Kyoko. Hiyoko compresses her aura into that of a cloak surrounding her, reducing her range. For a small but constant expenditure of chakra, Hiyoko continually projects a Genjutsu that acts as a perception filter – anyone who looks at her inherently knows that a person is there, but wishes to keep them in the periphery of their mind and ignore them. While Hiyoko lacks the Ten aspect of Kiyoko's Tousei no Eien, and any inconsistencies caused by her presence are not smoothed over and she is essentially completely invisible for as long as she does not do anything to unduly draw attention towards herself. She can, essentially create a similar effect with her Sharingan: Genjutsu, subtly influencing the thought process.
If necessary, provided that she has an image in mind, Hiyoko can also cause the Genjutsu to make her appear like someone else for the duration. This is very mentally taxing to use on multiple individuals simultaneously, and prevents Hiyoko from using other techniques for the duration.

This is especially useful against those who have the means to cure poison as it may draw that out. This is however, simply an illusion and they are not poisoned. Though panic is never good for the body or mind and further harm by drastically increasing fear and blood pressure can be possible.

Description: Utilizing the seal on Hiyoko's umbrella she is able to defend herself from some projectile based Jutsu. There are however, a couple of defining traits to what she is able to stop. She is able to stop only attacks that are purely chakra - like a Fireball Jutsu for example. However, this technique takes a great deal of concentration and perhaps more importantly shield Hiyoko's view. Should the technique fit the criteria, however, the technique will be completely negated and blocked with no harm to Hiyoko or those behind her.

Description: A tricky technique, Kyūsokuna kon'yaku is essentially utilized to make it seem as if an Uchiha has not activated their sharingan. This is done by flowing chakra towards the eyes and allowing it to build up in small bunches along the way so it enters the eye in increments, rather than as a steady stream. This, as well as the intention to activate their eyes, causes the eyes to flicker or, if observed closely, activate and deactivate at such high sped that the doujutsu is never actually seen unless viewed by a specialized technique or another doujutsu. If utilized with yin affinity chakra, the user is capable of initiating powerful, or subtle, genjutsu upon anyone looking at their eyes even in a moment where the sharingan is not activated.
Doujutsu can discern that this technique is being utilized. Additionally, simply not looking at the Uchiha's eyes will allow someone to avoid getting caught in a genjutsu. This technique is not at all chakra taxing, but requires intense focus to maintain for long periods of time.
This technique specifically was taught to Hiyoko by another Uchiha woman she once met. They trained together, for nearly a month before parting ways. Hoping to see one another again sometime soon.

Description: By imbuing her voice with Chakra, Hiyoko whistles to cast a soothing Genjutsu that usually makes the target incredibly tired, however if the victim is already completely exhausted it will put them in a comatose state for up to ten minutes. This is untraceable with the aid of Dojutsu due to it being completely auditory. This requires very little chakra on Hiyoko’s behalf. However, an enemy actively angaged in combat against Hiyoko will not be very susceptible at all to this technique as they are aware of the noise.

By running chakra through either forearm seal she can activate the Jutsu and effectively cast her own Genjutsu on herself. With the pain response gone, she will be able to move faster, strike harder, and do more, faster. If, at the damage of her own body. These seals are only here in case she must make her escape, and quickly.

Pain, adrenaline, fear, even tears will begin to stream down their cheeks. Making combat very difficult and following someone, even harder.
Weakness: Breathing in ash under any circumstance would be ill-advised. Of course. Free advice: don't.
