@Raineh Daze Death From Above. It's a term often used in tabletop to describe characters who attack from, as Obi-Wan would say, the high ground, usually because of some kind of flying or jumping ability.

Very much a mystery. I've heard the phrase death from above in several contexts. I've never seen it abbreviated to DFA. Dragonfire Adept? That's the first thing I thought of, and that is a tabletop thing...

After consulting with people, apparently it's mostly a Battletech thing or something? So yeah. XD I mostly played Warhammer Fantasy when I was younger because, well, everyone else was playing it, so naturally it went over my head.

Of course, we don't play Warhammer Fantasy anymore. Stupid GW killing off the first fantasy setting I ever really got into. >:O

But anyways, uh, yeah.
