I was thinking about both, and to be frank, she can't control her quirk like Endeavor could, which was the only reason he wore a costume like that, because he could control where the fire would come out of, and something fire 'resistant' wouldn't hold up to exposed flames for a long period of time, so I guess going costume-less would probably better suit her quirk.

Also partly that reason seeing as though I can't really picture a costume befitting someone like the Human Torch.

That'd have to be another flaw with the quirk, I guess. Can't turn it off until in privacy. Could make training and socialising a bit difficult, however.

Just for curiosity sake, is there a reason behind the decision? Catering to children? Uncomfortable with the prospect of something like that, or just general difficulty to work around? (Also forgive me for the questioning, I'm used to much more lax RPs, but I don't mind that much, just want to see what's in the inside of another GM's head :])

@manapool1 Heya, Mana. Sorry to say this but I'll be dropping from the RP. DO with Meruem whatever you want. Make him a villain, kill him off, or simply have in the background. For the exercise, I give Lucas permission to control him if he so wishes. However, after that, I expect him to used only by the GM or exposed of.
