Rumi said April already saw them, while the raiders are oblivious and haven't seen April's group. I wouldn't advise sneaking up on them since the group is 30 something strong with weapons (which the sharpshooters are supposed to target). Perhaps alert Maisy and then peck at their flanks?

Well, if I understand what Rumi meant, they were supposed to target the guys with guns within the Raider group to even the playing field for Maisy's troopers.
