It's alright, there's a shirt for that...

Truly the height of identity keeping attire.

Begs the question: Did he pick that shirt out, or is someone fucking with him and put it in with his other clothes?

psych0pomp DOUBT EVERYTHING / except me... i'm cool

Oh lord, best believe I screamed at @psych0pomp's last few lines. Look, every roleplay needs a character like Hana - who has no filter, who just says what she's thinking and says it proud. I love that about Hana and I love that about you for just writing it and being 110% true to her wild personality. Even the way that you describe penguin waddles and barely giving Jesus room just feels so much like Hana, you've injected her into the prose of your posts even and it's so bold and standout.

Awe, thanks! I feel like the prettiest princess at the ball. I'm glad that translated in both what she said and her persona. I'm not too purple with that prose, but I try to make it feel like it exists in someone's head. Also, this may sound awful, but I love playing shit-bag characters like this. Because like you said, all RPs need that person that says the things everyone's thinking (ramped up to 11 in curse word land.) Also just watched the new Mortal Kombat, and I hate to say that Kano is my shitty-character spirit animal? Oh boy

Me, looking at a potential cool eventual alias for Eilidh.

Justice is Blind.
And I'll see myself out.

"Y'know what, forget I asked," She stated quickly, her cheeks flushing quickly as Hana finished her remark about Redmond. Charity could speak up, remind Hana that Red wasn't simply there for them to ogle, or that she shouldn't be so quick to take advantage of the boy's eagerness. But she knew it was a waste of her breath and unnecessary conflict.

Well, that put what she said into a context no one needs to say out loud to Hana. "Oh no, am I a bad person?" And then she just has an existential crisis, and no one ever sees her again.

But I found it absolutely a blast that Hana will have to teach Cece what "Seven in Minutes in Heaven" means. She is like, "everything the light touches, thinks you're hot. Now be free my young, Cece-imba."

So, three posts to get caught up. It is indeed around midday down under, but I have leave. And when that happens I become something of a slackarse who very much likes his sleep (which comes in rare supply when I'm on shift).

@psych0pomp I will say having read your first post in the IC I look forward to when Hana and Conor inevitably get put on the same mission, or even just end up hanging out.

Should be interesting.

Josh Lawson is one of my people's many gifts unto this world.

Like Hemsworths, Edgertons, Hugh Jackman, Cate Blanchett, Tim Tam's and Vegemite (I didn't say all gifts are equally welcome)

Today (?) is the first of my four days off, gonna get home at like 8:30AM and I'm booked in gym for 2pm.

Minor regret. Though I can't wait to be chilling on my bean bag (yeah I'm that cool) later in the evening and then pass out at like 5pm.

You're Scottish for passing out at 5 pm, until you mention it's not due to drink or deep fried calorific food.

Mate our pubs are open again and I can't wait to get to the local brewery but don't think I've got it in me to go tomorrow.

Everyone needs to stop judging me, especially @Lord Wraith who hasn't ever even done a nightshift.

Wait, I do that for those reasons too...

...but I am an Australian with a fair amount of Scottish blood.

This needs more research.

Hahaha.

I used to do the 4am close at my first job and have done actual overnights when I was Test Technician with Bombardier. I just y'know, opted to go for a job that offered me more money for less work. So now I maybe work 36hrs a week unless I'm traveling but then I'm just being paid to experience new States and cities.

the beanbag was a lel

okay that is probably understandable. You're old af when you do an office 9-5 and then fall asleep on the couch at 6 before you've even had your dinner. not that I know about this from experience or anything

@Hound55

Another great post! I really love Red's attraction to Cece, and how it plays out quite innocently - him just dropping everything to help her when she probably doesn't need it. It's a very disarming trait.

It all starts sweet and innocently enough until he grabs her and starts scaling the Empire State Buildi-- the Space Needle.

What kind of music does your character enjoy? What would their theme song be?

Probably like Phil Wickham, Cory Asbury, Maverick City Music, for KING & COUNTRY, Lauren Daigle, CAIN, I AM THEY, Beckah Shae...

Lots of stuff.

Not sure on a specific theme though, Scars by I AM THEY comes to mind.
