Probably like Phil Wickham, Cory Asbury, Maverick City Music, for KING & COUNTRY, Lauren Daigle, CAIN, I AM THEY, Beckah Shae...

Lots of stuff.

Not sure on a specific theme though, Scars by I AM THEY comes to mind.

oh nice, makes sense for her for sure!

I think Eilidh is a big London Grammar stan. Those poetry lyrics and sick spine tingling vocals are off the chart for her. Being a Scot, she of course has a big heart-on for Frightened Rabbit and their delicious sad poem lyrics too.

Red doesn't remember much music. His father used to periodically play classical music into the tube when Red was very young, but as he became infirmed and the android T.O. Morrow took his place, it was no longer deemed relevant to his development.

He quite liked the pleasant three tone melody which preceded his educational segments though. Bum-bong-bah! And is often captivated by music in commercials.

People have been playing him different music and asking for his opinion on it, which is generally politely positive - but its a lot for him to take on board when he's only been out of the tube a week or two.

He also struggles to come to terms with the notion that songs existed before they were used in movies and on television, and that they just buy the rights to play those songs.

Conors a complicated one since I'm going with him not really ingrained in pop-culture. He'll have heard some stuff but it's not like he's always on a phone/youtube etc. So I honestly don't know, I feel like he could be a Jazz guy, when he's not got some classical vinyl on.

Being a Scot, she of course has a big heart-on for Frightened Rabbit and their delicious sad poem lyrics too.

Two things:

1) By god do I hate the term 'Scot'. Like again this could be a regional thing, but if someone called me a Scot I'd probably punch them in their face. Not as bad as Scotch though.

2) quietely replaces listening to Nightwish with Frightened Rabbit to see what they're on about.

A third surprise appearance. Runrig always has some absolute belters.

Loving the energy and the pace, peoples. Both IC and OOC.

And the writing's been fantastic as has the blend of characters.

Have to go out for a bit, but looking forward to getting back and working on my next 'un.

I wouldn't actually occur to me to use Scotch at all! Scot is how a few of my pals refer to themselves though, again might be regional. They're Glaswegian but also just. ultra laid back and unbothered. I could call them anything I bet.

Frightened Rabbit are amazing, totally different vibe to Nightwish though I'll tell you that.

I like the idea of Red jamming to commercial jingles, it makes complete sense. :D

That sounds less regional and more like a you thing :P Definitely have met Scottish people that proudly identify themselves as a Scot.

Hound is everyones BB, and if DC never hire him to be their BB then that'll be the biggest mistake they've ever made.

Phil Collins, Billy Joel, Chicago. Some Johnny Cash, too.

Piano, synths and softboi music is what I imagine Julian digs with, with a deep dark desire to listen to boybands and girl-power anthems.
That one's from Lex.
