@TheNoCoKid How closely are we following game mechanics? Because Dragon Rage one shots everything at this stage.

@Crimson Flame At this point, I'm going by the anime and manga logic. That logic being: Anything goes lol! For real though, the manga is the best middle ground between the anime and games where they have types and advantages but not every move does the exact thing it does in the games. So in this case, Dragon Rage isn't going to always deal 40 damage and you have to actually factor in whether or not the Pokémon actually knows HOW TO PERFORM the move in question.

@Crimson Flame I'm good with either one, a collab may be neater to look at, though it runs the risk of stalling unless the others work around it as well. Whereas post-by-post allows people to react t would clutter the IC.

Name: Norah Kingsley

Gender: Female

Age: 42

Appearance:
Norah is tall and willowy, with long ponytailed blonde hair and grey eyes. Laugh lines are around her mouth, and crinkle at the corner of her eyes. She usually wears a pink top, shorts, and sneakers that are easy to trek in.

Background: Norah’s family is one of the oldest in the Kaida region. She is the descendant of an ancient king that used to rule part of the area. Hesperus has looked to her for guidance for over 10 years now. Despite being a lady of a certain age, she is still quite active and a little bubbly. She is always happy to see new trainers in her area.

Norah is the creator of Venus Threads, a high end clothing store that has spread all throughout Kaida.

She has a daughter, Darlene, who is ready to take the Overseer position when she steps down.

All ok? If so, I'll have the finished version done ASAP. I imagine it can still fly in the same way Dragonair can, despite not having wings or being a flying type, although it ultimately depends on how you envision it.

@LuckyBlackCat I honestly did envision it still having traditional wings, but I’m interested in this concept and where you can take it! Maybe the cape-like appendage can split open into wings (like Meta-Knight’s cape in Kirby?) Not sure if I’m crazy about the horns though. 🤔
