I've been wanting to GM a game on the forums for a bit now, and after recently replaying through the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, I've got the idea of running a game where you play as dragons stuck in my head. And it just so happens that there is a game dedicated to just that.
Epyllion is a game made using the Powered by the Apocalypse system, meaning its rules-lite and focused more on narrative. You play as a clutch of young dragons (drakes) who are tasked by their elders to investigate rumours and solve various problems throughout the dragon lands, which in this particular campaign is actually several floating islands that have been raised above the clouds. There was an apocalyptic event many centuries ago that lead to the entire world being consumed by darkness. The dragons (as well as other magical creatures, such as fairies) were able to use their magic to take a few islands up into the sky where the darkness couldn't touch them. No one's entirely sure what has become of the rest of the world, as anyone who has attempted to go beneath the clouds has never returned.
I'm looking for 3-5 players, and please bear in mind that I'm very, very new to GMing, and have never GMed a PbtA game either. Hopefully ya'll can understand, and we can all have a fun game together.
(Btw, for everyone who might be interested but doesn't own or know the rules for Epyllion, don't worry, I will be explaining how the game works. It's also, in general, a very simple system.)
