Species/Race: God (Just kidding, he's a human jumper).
Powers: Teleportation, or in his manner of speech: "Call me God."

The power of being anywhere at anytime. The ability to move in light's speed. Or well, just the power to travel a short distance without having to walk that short distance. His power isn't unlimited, but it manages to be plenty of fun, in his own conception. Logan's capable of travelling short distances at an extremely fast rate, in fact, all he needs to do is think that he's somewhere, and he will be there. Though, this somewhere needs to be in his field of view, or he needs to remember how the place is with extreme precision. (Anyone linking this to the Jumper movie yet?)

He's also capable of carrying objects and whatever he desires with him, so thankfully, he doesn't leaves his clothes behind when he blinks. It's also all he can do, really.

Weaknesses: While he can carry objects with him, there is a limit. For example, he can teleport a good distance and keep his backpack and clothes, but if he hugs someone and tries to teleport the same distance and take the person with him, he will likely end in the break in space-time he creates to teleport, without the person. The height is dependent on his ability, but he doesn't practices this ability much. He thinks of it as fun, and purely fun.

The boy is also incapable of blinking to a long distance, for example... He can go from his class to the local cafe, but can't decide to go on a trip to Paris all of sudden. Nope.

He's weak physically, you know. It's easier to blink than walk.

Personality: Logan is a careless individual. Literally. He just doesn't care! He's also apatethic, which coupled up with his calm nature, people feel as if he wasn't there, even when he is, in fact, there. The boy is truly relaxed, it's like a lifeless corpse incapable of emotion, or some sort of robot who can only say two words: Hi and bye. Sometimes he goes as far as saying 'take care' or 'how are you'. Conversations are difficult with and to him, because he doesn't takes a lot of interest in conversating with someone.

However, at the rare event where he does take interest, he's more... Uh. Present, actually managing to talk instead of just using his hands and head to communicate. Otherwise, he's normal. He enjoys normal things, like teleportating somewhere, eating donuts and drinking coffee, as well as reading and generally living his life even if his life is a pretty uninteresting thing. He tries to make it more interesting by doing things which aren't considered correct, or behaving as a rebellious teen. Not exactly a rebellious teen, but for example, he's got the strange habit of putting a cigarette in his mouth, but doesn't lights it.

Background: Logan's early life was uneventful. He had two caring parents, an average childhood, annoying aunts and uncles... But that changed when he became ten years old. His powers started to reveal themselves at that age and the first one to see was his father. With the miraculous idea that his son could be a star, the man started to host a show where all his son was to do was jump from a cliff and teleport in a nearby tree. And eat an apple, for the show. This insanely ridiculous 'magic show' earned the man an extremely good amount of money, but Logan's mother wasn't happy with that. To her, her son was something special, not some magic-show star or something.

... And then she simply took the boy and left, one night. Taking good portion of the father's money, as well. At that time, Logan's teleportation ability was already decent, but his mother forced him to control it and never do it in front of others, the thought that someone could see him as a freak, monster or alien made the woman truly worried... And that was when he was put into the Athalia's Academy, without much knowledge on everything, to be honest. It's his first year, and the boy lack of... you know, social-experience makes him the not-so-pleasant person. His mother still thinks that the ability has taken some brain cells which is why he's so unresponsive and says 'hmm, yeah, ok' too much. But that's not really it. Though, the lack of social-interaction did lead him to create some rather strange habits.

Species/Race : human

Powers: her body is electrical loaded she could use it to her advantage but she doesnt really know how to work with it. She can't feel anything because everything is tingeling. everything within a 2 ft radius that has anything to do with electricity is being absorbed by her. You can't touch her bare handed or you will get an electrical shock.

Weaknesses: Having much people standing close to her. absorbing to much electricity. When touching the water she could hurt herself.

Personality: She doesnt make much social contact but when she does it mostly turns out awkward, she prefers much more less crowded places so that she doesnt hurt so much people. straight forward sometimes.

Background: Drow originally comes from the cross family her mother was one of the sisters of Maria called Crysta Cross. She ran away from home and married to a man called James Winterfield she raised Drow till she was 4 years old and then left and never came back because a secret organization was searching for her due to her powers. A year after that her father changed her name to Drow Winterfield and they lived in a small house in the center of the city. She always wore thick clothes since that she knew that she could hurt people so much with her powers. When she entered the academy she heard a name that sounded familair Cross, Criston Cross her mothers last name. She had some contact with him and with the principal to hear what her mother was like.

Age: Real age unknown, but he's been dead for half to a full year.

Species/Race: Spectre

Powers

Possession: The ability to possess and control an animal or inanimate object. When possessing a sentient being, he doesn't have the power to control them, just speak to them and hear their thoughts.

Incorprealism: Everybody knows ghosts walk through walls. Very few know how they do it. It's simple. Ghosts are in a half-realm, between the after-life, and this life. Spectres can switch between these different realms at their own will. Also, as a side note, incorprealism also gives ghosts the ability to go through floors. The reason they don't fall to the center of the earth is because they aren't effected by gravity in this state.

The Power That Might Not Be A Power: This may or may not be a power. Being undead, Dani doesn't need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep. In fact, he is immune to all things relating to life itself. Hooray for immunity to colds!

Weaknesses: Dani doesn't like the fact that he's dead. It hurts his feelings. He's also afraid of heights, even though he can fly. Other weakness include getting shot, stabbed, or anything else while in a solid state. It doesn't kill him, it just hurts really bad. He is also made of pretty much magic. He losses his powers, he dies. If there's someone who can detect magic, he's out in the open and there's nothing he can do about it.

Personality: TBR

Background: Nobody knows how Dani died, not even Dani himself. He probably got hit by a car or something boring like that. After he came back to... unlife? he spent most of his time puzzling over who he was, or how he got there. He did some puzzling over why he could walk through things as well. Eventually he figured out that he was dead, mostly because of all the screaming. He wondered around for who knows how long, just trying to find a place where he could be accepted. After a long time of searching, he found out about a school for "mythical" creatures, so he went there in hopes of feeling loved and alive once again. (Awwww!)

Species/Race: Selkie
Powers: can change form into any water based life-form (within reason) mainly fish and the like, if she has a piece of the creature (for example if she wants to become a trout she needs a trout scale, or a sea turtle she needs a claw or something. Only water based life-forms! and she can only take on the form of magic sea creatures, mermaids, naiads, ext, with the help of one of those creatures (in other words she needs a live, and willing, mermaid there to take the form of a mermaid) but she doesn't have the powers of those creatures (control of water for Naiad or whatever) just the physical attributes, however can come in useful because she becomes the natural size of the creature as well. she doesn't require anything to turn back into herself
Weaknesses: fire of course, doesn't get the powers of magical creatures she becomes, has to have something of the creature to become it, poisons affect her more then they would a human, and anything that can kill a fish can kill her. She HAS to get into clean water (chlorinated doesn't work) every week or so or she begins to dry out and can lead to death very quickly, (can substitute short dips and sponge baths and the like but requires it far more frequently if she does so)
Personality: a generally very active and friendly girl, likes to show off her powers, but doesn't get much chance as anything worth showing off (like a whale) is either hard to find the object required to change, or she can't find a space big enough. She is also very protective of her friends, some times it appears clingy, which can turn people off from hanging out with her too much, She is a very happy-go-lucky kind of girl. she isn't very good with technology but would like to learn more about it (hence the reason she's taking computer class)
Background: Her mother was a selkie but her father wasn't (there are no male selkies) and her mother had 3 boys before her, none of which had powers. Her mother doted on her and she was her father's pride and joy, which caused her brothers to resent her, she didn't realize this till she was a teen and the boys started playing dangerous pranks on, After one particular prank landed her in the emergency room and there were too many questions about the girl that she couldn't answer the family moved and Oona was sent to Athalia, to protect her.

(this is a slightly modified version of the mythical selkie by the way, normally selkies have one skin that changes them into just a seal, but this isn't much different and will be more fun to play, i hope you don't mind)

I'm pretty sure a Spectre's just an apparition of a certain image, so uh... I dunno. If it's a spectre of a mammal, maybe it would technically still be a mammal.
