I'm... pretty sure there's a balcony. Since it's located at a higher place (other than ground level lolololol), there would probably be a balcony up there.

Hey, guys I thought I should let you know I'm retiring Serena from this RP :/ Got another character in to fill her space though (Has been ok'd by both the GM and co-GM ^^) I would link it...but I have no idea how to do that on here >.<'
