Such a cultural osmosis would take decades. If the RP even lasts 50+ rounds of posting, then sure, but otherwise there's not going to be a realistic timeframe in which that could take place. At best, you could create a blend, kind of like when the mongols and russians came together and made some little tartars, or one such blend could already exist.

I do hate to stifle creativity, but Lundland isn't supposed to be a vast empire of numerous cultures. If you're anything other than something similar to western European, it's because you came here with an army and conquered. Your history is fine, though.

As I recall, the rules say the town's population is drawn from the fief in which it is located. Only if the town population exceeds fief population may you draw population from another fief.

Indeed, So Boerd is right. I noticed that on your sheet, but forgot to mention it until So Boerd reminded me to mention it just now, so now I must mention it: the population of that fief is too high. You must subtract 5,000 from the total population of that fief, not include the population of the town into the fief.
