Well, that sucks. For me, and people like the Atlantic Federation, with their ten million strong armed forces. That'll be fun to resupply from the ground up.

Weapons were carried over, along with vehicles, mechs, and so on. Just no factories or infrastructure. You had enough supplies to set up camp and begin to build your own infrastructure or repair and use old earth infrastructure and factories.

This of course, has limits. No space ships and the like, though things with limited space ability are allowed. Buildings being carried over are also a no.

What about the Ark? It's like half home and half ship.

The Ark was crippled as it went through the Space Bridge. I'm thinking of having it be G1 style in a hillside. Maybe a few defensive cannons around the entrance, although there's only like 6, which is small for a ship its size. And that's discounting any of the cannons that are irreparable, do that's a total of about 2-3 defensive turrets.

Also, on the Ark itself, it's not much of a fighter. Its primary purpose was for running away from things, which is its only advantage. Nothing but an (and I quote) "over-glorified cargo hauler". Plus, it barely had enough fuel to get through the portal, so it probably won't run anytime soon. And a years worth of Energon won't be anywhere near enough to keep it fully functional, let alone let it fly. At best it'll be a semi-functional base with frequent power outages.

Well, you can't expect the 8 year old to NOT look at the 28 foot tall sentient robots. Even if she's seen Gundam's before. That might be expecting a bit much.

But yes, pantless Strike Witches. That will be fun. Especially when dealing with Mashymre. It's just too bad I couldn't bring Ple along for the trip (not senior enough), so we'll have to do something with that later.

I think robots get to abide by different standards than humans when it comes to clothes, so they don't really count.

What's wrong with the Raiders? They have the same tech as the Dominion, plus Spectres. (Which are better than Ghosts.)

Possibly the fact that at max you'll have 500 people, or something like that. I dunno, I'm not very knowledgeable on Starcraft beyond google fu.
