There are some students around, as well as the teachers, though these people specifically aren't at the college:

Annabeth, Auriel, Aramir, Collete, Liam, Coco, Ssarak, Darius, Meirin, Alaira, Lyn, Mar, Athalus, Grey, and Leith.

There are some new blood characters who might stumble upon Cynn though. Depends on where and how.

Now that I did a proper evaluation, there should be some more familiar faces there. Specifically, Khan, Uicle, and a new girl name Pyx. I'll message a few of them to see how they're holding up.

Yes and actually was in the kit eye so it's not hard to direct him her way across. Would you mind if I did or would going rather someone else came across Your PC? I just want to be sure I'm not pushing my NPCs where they aren't wanted. :P

Well, I really quite liked the bit about the door closing, so I would rather have someone else come in and come across Cynn, and then maybe have Rathel spot the two (or more, maybe) of them and coming over.

Lucius's already nudged a PC that direction and considering your reaction, it's alright if you didn't want Rathel. He still has some seeding to do with Coco later on when she gets back and see as she got hurt, Rathel's likely going to need to do some magic to mend his little friend.
