Possibly. :P, you could have him slip, or have one of the other kobolds who are fighting with us manage to knock him down, allowing you to hit him in the perfect spot.

Should I add Weapon Damage + Poison? Assuming I am tipping my weapon with poison with initially the intent of using the spear for range. But somehow manage to do a stabbing damage as well?

Damage Roll: 3. (I accidentally rolled a d4 earlier and had a roll of 2.)
Weapon is 1d3 + str Mod. = 3 + 7 = 10?

Don't forget to factor in his 7 armor, though, it's str/2 for damage, not just str, so you can't really do damage to him unless you crit with your weapon, unfortunately. Of course, I could have his armor crack, and have him lose 1 defense, if that's okay with you.

But shouldn't his natural 1 roll make his armor be useless? That is, he failed to avoid my spear and/or revealed a sliding spot for his armor, thus allowing me to slip in. It effectively acts as a "Psuedo-Crit" for me? I gain no bonuses, but he loses his bonuses X3

Your choice :P so I'd do 6 damage total + poison. Or just effectively add poison which, would have been done if he rolled anything at all due to he 36 <_>

Anyways, I guess I'll give 10XP for that, just for how easily he was beaten down. I honestly thought his armor would do more, lol. I guess that's what he gets for coming to a kobold village, and starting a war with it at about level 1. (notice how most of his stats, other than endurance were pretty close to ours?)
