So I'm thinking that we could have the timeskip occur in phases, in different places. We could have Nova's palace area go through a timeskip, and zoom forward to when the Goa'Uld move in. And then we'd play the Switzerland mission as kind of a 'flashback'. Just so that we can move on quickly. Similar things could be applied to Arcadia-2.

I say the above because of how much emphasis on the deadlines of the mission. If it's just a flashback, it would have to be decided before hand who dies and who doesn't.

If he's already told everyone what they need to do, opened the portal, and chosen who he wants to go, why does he need to be up?

Though, the mission probably would be delayed an hour anyways, because why would everyone just jump through a portal they could die in without preparing. Grabbing kolon gadgets? Saying their final goodbyes? Having lunch?

@SgtEasy He isn't that strong and I guess you could take the speed of sound reference with a pinch of salt, see it more as in he's fast enough to keep up with the majority of people. I think with a fleet and your chars he's not going to go on a wild rampage. He gets really bad when becoming Myotismon though, even if he goes full vampire with daytime weakness.
