Its not wrong, but at times can be inefficient, as its easy for them to forget checking here.

using things like [@Mention] helps, as that makes them notice this even more easily.

Using one or more of these will guarantee the mod in question notices it.

Thanks for the heads-up, we must've missed it in the initial clean-up. The most efficient way is to probably send a group PM to all the mods, that way whoever is online at the time can pick up on it, the enxt quickest would be to post with a mention to all the mods.

I wouldn't worry too much about double viewing, it's better than leaving something particularly unwanted on the forum for too long while any one mod is offline.
