Appearance: Meria is very cute. She used to always get compliments on her appearance and because of this, her head is almost always down with her hair covering her face. Her eyes are pinkish-red that always look alive when she's drawing or taking photos and her lips are naturally pink. Meria's hair is slightly wavy so it helps when she doesn't feel like doing her hair on that day and she can just go out with her bed hair that isn't very messy at all. Her skin isn't exactly pale but it does border on that line. She is Japanese after all. Her parents just wanted her to have an American type name. Her clothes are usually cute and comfortable dresses since that's what her parents like her wearing. However, the clothes that she chooses on are more simple. Shorts and a cute oversized T-shirt. She stands at around 145 cm, pretty short but she likes not getting noticed so it's fine. Wears glasses at home.

Personality:
Meria comes off cold and distant since people tend to talk to her and get brushed off. The reason for that is that they usually come when she's either drawing or taking photos and is immersed. She hasn't had many friends in her lifetime that didn't talk behind her back so it's hard for her to decide who's a friend and who's not.

Honestly, she's just a sweet girl with trust issues. She can't feel comfortable at first around people that seems to be kind to everyone. But she is fine with people that seem to not hide their issues with others and are straightforward. People might mistake this for her being a masochist but it's not like she likes mean people. Just people that don't hide most of their emotions. Like she does.

She'll be the one that tries to help someone from behind the scenes and definitely stop any bullying that's going on. Don't underestimate her. She can be a scary girl. If she gets used to you, she might seem a bit childish sometimes.

Background:
Her parents are filthy rich from the stock market and owning a major financial service company called "Veredoux" simple, isn't it? Even with this, they didn't want her to have to live in a cage all her life. So, they told her that they would let her go to public school that was far away from their large home. Meria didn't care but it seemed like they did so she acted enthusiastic about it. So, she went abroad to Japan and due to her many language knowledge, she got in as well as for her stellar grades.

She now lives in an apartment alone and thank god that she wasn’t just a stereotypical rich kid that doesn’t know how to take care of herself. Her apartment is a nice one just 30 minutes to the school.

Personality: Most people would describe her as… weird if they actually knew her. Extremely friendly but not quite sane. Ayumi doesn't care about how others see her really. She looks like she does things on whims, but she’s actually a lot more strategic than most people realize. Comes with being a computer prodigy I suppose. Tomboy. She's pretty tomboy. Also, not just computers but she loves cars. Mostly fixing them.

She is pretty outgoing. She won’t hesitate to talk to someone she finds interesting. She does smile a-lot but more so that much but has a look of… interest in a lot of things. Curiosity. Her eyes always sparkle when she finds something that piques her interest. Nice girl for sure. However, she can be serious.

Ayumi has a large wall up that seperates her from others. She makes sure that no one has to deal with her when she's sad or simply depressed. No one has ever been to her home and thus, no one knows that she lives alone and that her parents died. She has dark secrets that she'd rather not share. Who knows what happens if she gets sad.

She doesn’t like to curse but… When it comes to playing video games, expect a lot of f bombs to be dropped. She does try to suppress it.

Background: She doesn’t look like it, but her past isn’t a happy one at all. Her father and mother were both killed when she was 11 by a murderer in the neighborhood. Why didn’t they leave earlier when people were getting killed? They lived in a poor neighborhood and it was all they could afford. Of course, not just this but... She couldn't protect her baby sister. She's dead now. And Ayumi blames herself.

Wait. Did you want to know about her parents? Oops, forgot to mention that. Her father was abusive so she usually got hurt trying to stop him from hitting her mother~ Her baby sister was the only one she could fully protect sometimes. At least until there was a murderer in the house.

She was bullied in elementary through middle school.

After this, she was living alone before foster care services found her. With this, they contacted her only alive relative which was her grandfather. He was 68 at the time but at age 16, he died. She had a proper funeral set up with him due to the money she had been making with website designing, coding, hacking, . For a while, at around 15, she was a black hat hacker but… she stopped once she realized what she was doing and how bad it was. However, she made more that $15k with this and kept this money for anything that she needed for her life. Of course, this included an awesome computer set up in her room as well as a ton of video games. Her room isn’t… the neatest room you’ll ever walk into though. A lot of things aren't something you'd see.

Ayumi works as an anonymous writer(and a game reviewer). Her books are well known and go under the name of "Yume" you'd think it was easy to figure out but it's not. She gets straight A's effortlessly. You'll learn the genre in the IC~

Backstory:
His father left when he was 12. No, not when he was a baby but 12. Left for some slut he met on a job trip or whatever. As of now, his mother is sick and practically lives in the hospital. Her sickness? He won't tell you.

Because of this, he knows how to take care of himself more than most and is a pro at cooking. He often brings food to the hospital if not everyday. They do make her food but... You know. His mom needs about 5 more surgeries and if they fail, she's done for. However, his mom is the type of person that tells him to live life at its fullest and not ponder on things that he can't change. So with that, he strives to make others happy.

He works pretty much everyday at the family restaurant. If not, he does freelance writing jobs online which he makes quite the amount with. He is an anonymous writer that has published over 6 books under the name "Miye". That's his mothers first name. He has a publisher that you won't meet most likely but he has is frequent calls with her. She is a 35 year old woman that is very kind to him. Her mothers friend. She treats him like family and he does the same. Her mother does not know that he writes the books that she reads often.

A friend in need is a friend indeed! This saying applies to Bao in many shapes and forms. When you need her, she will be there. She is the type to drive to your house at any hour of the night in case you need someone to talk to, or a shoulder to cry on. Willing to do about anything if asked, she doesn't have very strong leadership skills or ability to command anyone to do anything. One to look on the bright side of the things, and lets you know that tomorrow will be a better day. She'll make damn sure of it.

However silly and carefree Bao appears to be, she often has moments of self doubt and self depreciation. Her parents have held a very tight leash on her, and want her to follow a traditional lifestyle in the Hmong culture, which she feels is a bit over the top. She hopes one day she can find a simple balance between the two.

Bao has been raised under a traditional Hmong American household. One that dictates you do as your parents say, as they have done as their parents have told them. Originally born in Thailand, Bao's family came to America before Bao was even one. Her father works at a corporate office and her mother stays at home doing the cooking, cleaning, and raising of Bao's two younger sisters; aged 13 and 5. All in all they live a middle class lifestyle, in a small 3 bedroom home. Bao isn't very close to her parents, and looks to them as regulations and rules rather than guidance and friendship.

School was a serious thing for Bao, her parents expected her to do the very best that she was capable of, and then exceed that point. Her parents wanted her to be a doctor or a nurse or a lawyer, while Bao had eyes on the art scene- music, fashion, movies. Something that was considered a "stupid dream" and a "waste of time and money".

It was then she decided to join the break dancing club.

Lying to her parents that she was taking up an after school study class to practice for ACTS and SATS exams, Bao went behind her parents back to go into the club that provided her with some release of stress from her everyday wear and tear of living up to her parents expectations. She has a longing to one day tell her parents about her activities but knows that it might be a catastrophic event when she does.

Bao would admit to being a bit jealous of the girl but would never tell it to her face. They like a lot of the same things, and tend to gossip about the trends going on in Korea.

To most people who see him, hes just any angry kid hateful and pissed at the world. Quick to foul language and violence few can claim to be his friend. Quick to back talk to teachers and students alike very few see a good ending for this young man, dom himself admits this as well but simply doesn't care. While few get past his tough exterior, those who do find the greatest friend anyone could have. On several occasions in his last school he took the blame for his friend, knowing he would be expelled.

Dominic was born the eldest of three in a lower income family. As a child he was a good kid, often praised for his friendliness by the neighborhood. Everyone wished they had the son who looked out for his siblings and wasn't your average "mean older brother" He was though how ever like most boys, as every once in a while he would be caught trying to play a prank or two with his best friends. Dominic,Jasmine and Jason, The three were the best of friends, always together sticking up for one another. The number of times Dominic came home bruised after backing up his best friend Jason or Standing up for the crybaby Jasmine. Dominic and Jason loved basketball, everyday after school the two would play one on one with big dreams of going to the NBA they worked hard. The two were like brothers often staying at each others house when things went sour at home. While these two were natural best friends it was Jasmine who kept the two together. Any time the two fought or argued Jasmine would do her best to have them make up. No matter what happened she always got the two apologize and to go back to being best friends. Some would say it was fate that the two would end up together, Jasmine asked Dom out and in their second year of middle school they began going out. To Dom the world was golden, Even though life was a constant hustle he knew he could get though it with his best friend and the love of his life. But such is life, he was about to learn a harsh lesson about the world. During the summer before his freshman year everything fell apart as Dom's mother was caught having an affair with one of the neighbors, shaken by this Dominic went to his friends. He had believed when she had told him she loved him that morning, He had believed that Jason would always be his boy, He believed his mom cared about him. all were proved wrong, as Later that day his mother said they would live with their dad. She would very later on get remarried and currently wants to try and be a mother again, things for obvious reasons had a great effect on Dominic. His father the very next day took the children out of school, and because his mother got the house the family went to live with relatives in another state. Saori stands at a small 155 centimeters and weighs 51.4 kilograms. She's rather short for her age, and she really hates it. She got her facial features from her mother, and they're often described as pretty. She has big, pure hazel eyes that go well with the rest of her face. Saori trims her hair every four weeks or so, and goes to a salon monthly. Her skin is a bit pale, but she has a tan from being outside a lot. When casual, and not too hot, she dresses like this. If it's hotter, she swaps the jacket for a t-shirt. One of her other casual outfits is a white sweater with thin black stripes and slim shorts. On semiformal-formal occasions, she wears a blue flowing gathered short skirt and a black, tucked in flowing camisole top. If she has the time, she always makes sure to put on some blush and vital pink gloss. Her jewlery of choice for casual occasions are a pair of star-shaped earrings. No. Well, kinda.
Saori was raised to be polite. Both her mother and her father taught her how to be polite, and she used those skills in life. However, lots of people seemed to not care about her politeness. In fact, it seemed like those people only liked Saori for her looks. They were the ones that could be called jocks, so whenever she sees one or someone who could be qualified as one, she keeps them at a safe distance. However, if someone isn't like that, she's very quick to introduce herself and give them a chance to be friends. Anyways, with the jocks. She had gotten very tired of them really fast. What seemed to work well at getting them away was her yelling at them, sometimes being violet and generally being rude. This makes her notorious for her temper that can be set off by a lot of things; someone making fun of her friends, family, or disabled people, someone bullying in general, way too persistent flirters; someone hurting her friends or family, etc. Sometimes people avoid her because of this, which makes her sad and makes her try to control it.

She's a very tough nut to crack. Most of the time, it's near impossible to read her emotions based on her face. She's a huge bitch on the inside, but that only comes out when she loses her temper. When someone becomes friends with her, there's a chance that you'll be able to figure out her emotions when she's around you. She tends to say 'yes' more than 'no' around strangers, but she stops that when she's around friends. She also jokes around a lot more than she does around strangers.

HISTORY?
Saori was born to a Korean mother and a Japanese father. Her mother is a famous idol, and her father is a singer and guitarist. She had lots of musical influence from her father, who taught her how to sing and play the guitar. Both of her parents were there and taking care of her a lot, and her father started playing at gigs less. If he did, he took her mother and Saori and planned the gig out very well. It was then when she realized exactly what she wanted to do in life.

Watching her father up on stage made her happy. When she thought about it, she thought that it gave you lots of adrenaline. Mellia is the oldest of the boss of the local Yakuza. She has three younger brothers. As the eldest, Mellia is expected to set an example for her brothers. She was groomed from a young age to take over her father's business, taught to defend herself with fists and fire a gun. Over the years working with her father, she's been shot and hospitalized for other injuries.

She was living a good life up until she turned ten, when her mother was diagnosed with end stage cancer. Within a few months, Mellia's mother had passed away, leaving Mellia to take care of her three younger brothers while her father was off on business ventures. Mellia had to grow up fast, learning to balance school and her home life along with the extra work her father gave her to groom her to take over his job. She actually dropped out of school for a while in order to raise her youngest brother who was only five at the time.

Finally, when her brother was old enough to go to primary school, Mellia returned to school. She caught up with her studies. She finally let her guard down enough to date a guy who was brave enough to ask her out. They dated for about a year when she discovered he was cheating on her with another girl in school. As revenge, she slashed his tires, filled his locker with manure, and broke his nose. Her frightening reaction acted as a deterrent between her and new relationships.. which was just as she liked it.. because she didn't want her heart to be broken again. She has formed a shell of sarcasm and witty comebacks to prevent another relationship from starting.

Arturo is actually extremely intelligent. From years of trying to prove himself to his family. Since he was 'the black sheep' he was always forced to get good grades in class. Background:

Arturo was an accident, conceived long after his parents had decided to give up having children. He overheard his mother and father talking about him being the 'accident child' when he was six. When he turned eight, his mother went insane, completely deciding to abandon him while refusing to get help. She was never around to take care of him, leaving one of his two older brothers home alone with him most of the time. His two older brothers (who were twins) abandoned him without a word, going off to hang with friends rather than care for their younger brother. His father was never around because he had to provide for their family, and never saw the breakdowns the mother had. So Arturo had to learn quickly to care for himself, surviving on a diet of Ramen and Hot dogs.

When he turned ten, his father died of a heart attack caused by stress and the fragments of his mother's mind shattered. At seeing the state of their mother's mind, she was hospitalized. Arturo was too young to live on his own, and sent to live with his Grandfather in Japan.

From here, he were forced to learn Japanese quickly, because his Grandfather did not speak Spanish or English. Arturo initially struggled in school, earning the contempt of his grandfather. Arturo studied as hard as he could, learning as quickly as his mind would allow in an attempt to prove himself to his grandfather. He actually did well for a while, getting straight A's. He even decided to pick up an instrument as an extracurricular, using his own money to buy himself his first ever Harp. He showed impressive prowess at the harp, and some at his own school called him a 'genius.' His grandfather also expected Arturo to care for himself, and here, Arturo learned to cook healthier meals.

However, everything changed when Arturo kissed his first man. His grandfather had brought him up as a strict Catholic, so the idea of being with a man enraged Arturo's grandfather and he kicked him out of the house and onto the street at the young age of fifteen.

From here, Arturo picked up a few jobs here and there with whoever would hire him, even living in the Amusement park and resorting to stealing a few times to survive. At last he got his break when he lied about his age and was hired as a cook for the Family Restaurant. Proving himself to them as a line cook, he soon was promoted to Sous chef.

During his five years alone, Arturo adopted a kitten named 'Carlita.' The brown fluffy tabby lives in his apartment, and is toilet trained.

Arturo has plans to be a doctor of some sort eventually. Just so he can rub it in his family's face. In particular he wants to work with the brain, this might have something to do with his mother who went insane.

Mari was simply born into the home of a wealthy couple. Their wealth was mostly passed down from her great grandparents but they are successful business people so that helps them stay at the top of the food chain. They are both very well known and there really aren’t many people that don’t know of the Miyezawa family. Her father is seen to be a man that is ideal. Always kind and the like. Her mother known for her grace and beauty. But she knows that’s not exactly true.

Her parents would have probably killed her a long time ago if they weren’t so wary of getting caught. So, they hit her from time to time but she found verbal abuse to be the worst. They argue practically daily in the home if they’re actually there. It’s usually just her mother, locked in her room if she is there when she gets back from school. Her father is usually just out and about with other woman. She has in fact been kidnapped more than once but honestly, it doesn’t happen much anymore and she doesn’t care. Usually, she is home alone without anyone in her large home.
