Something that just dawned on me, what are we going to do with the other empty spots? Are they going to be wiped clean as if they never existed, given the II and VI Legion treatmenet or NPC'd? Since it seems like there's still a decent chunk of spots not claimed.

@ClocktowerEchos They're likely to be filled in over time by additional players. I probably won't wipe them clean entirely in that manner unless either a Legion spot is never filled in, or somebody does something that warrants an actual Primarch execution, since removed players can still have their Legions repurposed for other players if necessary.

A point was made recently that needs to be codified as a mini-rule of sorts: when writing up the Meeting, please do not do so from the Emperor's perspective at any stage. General trial and error has shown that most people don't write him correctly, and the Meeting itself tends to come across better if you just stick to your Primarch's perspective. Obviously, those players who have already been accepted into the game are exempt from this, but potential future players should abide by it to the maximum ability.

With that said, expect another IC post from me in a few days! That one Armatus battle needs to come to a climax sooner or later.

Unless you do actually want to drop out for reasons other than technical difficulties, I think you'll be fine just putting him on hiatus and slithering back into action when everyone least expects it. We may not even have finished getting everyone to Ullanor this time next month.

It's straightforward. You either wait or you don't.

If it were me, which it is not, I'd press ahead as if something had prevented communication. Maybe you were being jammed somehow, by a villainous Mek (called Dok Klokk, imo,) or maybe a million stormboyz landed on you for an airborne jetpack fight before you could get a reply. Scrap it out, receive the Emperor's message, mow down the remainder as their morale breaks. Get creative. Do anything at all other than make yourself a prisoner to indefinitely delayed responses, hard as that can sometimes be.
