Lady Violetta made one announcement before everyone left for their rooms. An Academy Alarm will sound in the morning at dawn. Everyone was expected to get dressed in class clothes and report to breakfast immediately. If they failed, not only will they forfeit a trip to the Village but also she would would be picking out their clothes and room decor.

THE NEXT MORNING

After everyone gathered at the breakfast table, Lady Violetta gave her speech about The Village.

“This is our last lecture before heading into the village. Be sure to listen carefully for I don’t want to repeat it. I know that none of you are thinking about your future career. But I want each of you to begin to think of what you think that you might like to do as an adult. In three short years, I will have a few specialized positions to give out. One will be Archives Specialist. I also will be sending out an Exploration Team. The Exploration Team will consist of a crew, Navigator, Astronomer and a Captain. I will also need a Governor for this Island.
What I would like for each of you to think of what you would like to be. Or what kind of magic you would like to use.
Each of you will need to get extra credits in what I call Independent Classes. To pass the Independent Classes, you must get a minimum amount of points. These classes are designed to make you better-rounded person. One of the classes that you can take is Calligraphy and another one is Musical Instrument. Another one that you can take for 5 points is Auras Class and Magic Exploration. This is mostly an Independent Class. The only lecture that you will attend is the Introduction to Your Aura. The rest is Independent Study. There will be other ones such as Thought Transference Class which will be available in the future.
Here at Caldwell’s, we will have some rules to go by. Here are the ones that I have set up at this time.
1) Respect each other and yourself.
2) No dissing, put downs or negative thoughts or speech.
3) No fighting is allowed at all. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
4) Try to include as many students as you can into your daily activities.
5) All students are required to be in class on and prepared to learn. That includes having your wand and PLTs as well as being able to demonstrate your homework or class work.
6) Pets are not always allowed in all classes. If they are not allowed, they are to be in your room.
7) Obey the curfew. No ifs, ands or buts about this. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
8) Remember the golden rule:
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
9) Keep your rooms neat and tidy.
10) Keep yourself neat and tidy. Both of these rules pertain to professionalism.
11) Do your own work and do not try to cheat. The end of the level you will go through a testing chamber by yourself.
12) If you act like a child, you will be put on a demerit/merit system until you can prove yourself to be professional magic user. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
13) Ask questions and learn from other student’s mistakes. There are more than enough to go around!
14) I will make more rules as I see the need.
This will be your normal daily schedule.
Rise and Shine -6AM
Meditation Class- required daily exercise of the mind. 6:15AM
Breakfast-7:30
Morning Classes
Lunch Time- High Noon
Afternoon Classes
Dinner- 6-7 PM
Free time until 9:30 PM
In your room and lights out at 10PM

Now for the trip to the Village. You will have a list to fulfill and a specialized cart. The cart will have a special device that you will use to claim a cart. Again the process is the same as your PLTs.
As you place the items in the cart, just scan them. It will highlight the items as you scan them. The aisles will be placed by each item on the list. If you want an item that is not on the list just type it in the search bar. Anything that is related to the item will show up. On this trip, I am allowing you to have extra items and money free. After this you will be given an allowance to use for your own things. Yu don’t even have to return the cart for it will belong to you. After you get back you will park the cart in a parking spot assigned to you by the Castle. That spot will send the cart to your room. In your room is a small cart closet. I’ll be here at the desk should anyone need me. You may talk or text me. My number is on all cells. All of the Information is on your PLTs in a folder called Trip to Town. The Village can be accessed only during certain hours. In fifteen minutes the Spiral Staircase will allow you to go to the Village. Just this once, I will overlook the Demerits and the list will be gone in ten minutes.

Sorry but the evening was a bit hectic. I am now moving things along and catch up time will be allowed. It is now morning! Check the bulletin board for the day.

"Yes?" Lady Violetta smiled.
"There are 7 levels and I hope to be able to offer at least 5 independent study classes each level. I have a few for next level but I wanted some input from all of you. These classes will enhance your skills in one way or another as well as earning the extra credits for your career.
After I finish making the list of possible careers, I will have a list of suggested classes for each one. I will keep it updated as I add classes."

Mystique followed Ayaka to where Lady Violetta was and waited while she was typing into the PLTs.

Lady nodded at Ayaka and Mystique while ignoring Jak's outburst since she had her hands full.

@Magnato -When you do your laguage, be sure to work with the Autobot and give it a name. It will spell your own language. Shapeshifting is a class that you will be taking in the future. Keep thinking on your career. Take what you can.-

She then turned to Ayaka and Mystique.
"How may I help you?"


Thomas walked over to Jak when he called over to Lady Violetta.
"Jak, it is better if you want to talk over something with another person, go to that person. Otherwise it would be considered rude.
Divine and Infernal are Archaic Languages but you must think about what would happen if someone found your personal books. But theoretically you could choose one of them. You would have to talk to the Autobot assigned to you about the language."

"We aren't exactly interrupting a lecture or anyone so should be all right.... I think. Let's try it."
Mystique got up and gathered her courage. She looked at Ayaka and smiled.
"Let's give it a try."
