All Might and Nomu got into a fight as Nensu kept the other villains away. At first All Might seemed like he was having a hard time. The villain took his blow like nothing, and even striked back. Their fists collided countless times even within a second, gusts of wind hitting the students from afar as they slowly marched for the stairs.
"IF YOUR QUIRK IS NOT SHOCK NEUTRALIZATION BUT SHOCK ABSORPTION, WOULDN'T THERE BE A LIMIT FOR IT?!"
His fists continued countering the Nomu's, even going through the wave of fists and hitting him directly. The violent ripple of wind kept the others at bay, whether anyone helped him or not.
"A METHOD TO DEAL WITH ME? IF YOU ARE TO STAND MY 100%... THEN I SHALL CRUSH YOU FROM FURTHER ABOVE!"
All Might pushed the villain, and pounded it against the ground. Not giving any time for it to recover, he threw it high into the air.
"A hero is a person who smashes through their limits!"
When Nomu crashed to the ground and recoiled, floating again in the air for a short moment, he too descended. Giant rubbles of concrete flew in the air.
"Villain, have you heard of these words? Go further beyond-
PLUS....

ULTRA!!!

With one final blow, he sent the villain through the dome's ceiling and to the sky. The power of the punch was sent throughout the building, shaking the ground for a short moment.

"...!"
Hiems looked up to a figure being shot through the dome and outside. Something was evidently happening.

Actually I can't really remember the All Might vs Nomu well, you could write that scene if you want.
I will after a quick rewatching if you don't wamt to.

I was thinking of something like a radiation beam that destroys the DNA of the victim, which could effectively take out the X in their jelly form.

Just a suggestion you could consider.

All Might descended the stairs in the speed of light, smashing the recovering villains in his way. He walked over to the unconscious Aizawa lying on the floor. All Might picked the hero up carefully.
"Aizawa, you did well."
He let the students take care of him and turned to the villains. The giant one, Nomu, simply crushed the frozen body part away and stood as the missing part grew back.

Midoriya took Aizawa with Asui and headed back to the stairs, but Midoriya gave one last glance at the number one hero. If what he told Midoriya was right, his activity time limit per day was about three hours. And he had almost reached his limit for today. He needed help.

The villain with hands didn't seem to care about whatever the students were doing, and rather took the time to take a look at the USJ. He still seemed to be looking for All Might.
"Ah, he's not here. It's a game over I guess."
He muttered. He turned back to the students.
"Nomu. Deal with them."
The giant villain, addressed as Nomu, gripped Midoriya's hand. The grip wasn't strong enough, but Midoriya knew by the feeling that the villain could crush him into tiny bits with ease. He tried to pull his arm away with fear in his mind, but it was no use.

The USJ's entrance gate was smashed open. The door flew away and a giant figure walked in.
"Fear not anymore. Why?
"For I have arrived."
All Might has arrived.
