Current you know, my SO never forces me to say a thing that's on my mind and doesn't mind if I don't always explain myself which makes it way easier to actually tell them stuff. boundaries good.

as much as I'd love to pre-plan RPs, I've also noticed that's the fast track to killing them. A little planning and a rough gist is fine, but anything beyond that and people don't wanna write no more.

Very careful interest. I'm on the very tail-end of my school year so I'll be havin' a lot of free time soon. I'm a fan of the fallout series and always wanted to try my hand at an RP based off of it, and this concept seems... Very interesting. If you could creatively design and describe some of the abominations the irradiated G.E.C.K. would bring, that'd be even more interesting.

So, yes. If this goes through I'd be very interested to try my hand at it.
@Ammokkx
End of Days? It's been a while since that ran, and while I liked it to continue, I wasn't angry about it ending. Some RP's just end up dead, no matter how good a community is around them.

i actually fucked up and meant SoS, keep referring to it as the original EoD
GM's that after accepting a character nerf them retroactively by writing the roleplay around a single character's skills and making their skills practically useless indirectly, sometimes in nonsensical ways.
Example: goblins and kobolds are considered as smart as humans to prevent a character using weak mind manipulation on them.

And here I thought you were going to complain about people not showing up in EoD SoS.

EDIT: Although, to be fair, what you ARE complaining about is slightly annoying too. This been happenin' for a while?
The Dark Dorm student near Hayato flinched when he heard the kid samurai's voice, whipping his head around to see who it was. "Wait, who the hell are you?" The student asked a question but got no response, instead getting a wooden sword pointed at him. "H-Hey! What's the big-" the Dark Dorm student tried to speak but got cut off by Hayato's words. The Earth dorm student proceeded to insult him for being placed in the Dark Dorm. They walked out of the closet fully now, revealing a purple tomahawk and a face full of piercings. "Why, you-! I oughtta teach you a lesson," they threatened. But then Hayato put away his Bokken and challenged the Dark Dorm student to a duel, seemingly not scared in the slightest. "Tch! You talk big like some hotshot, sayin' I'm a talentless hack, but you're only an Earth dormie! I'll shut you up real good!"

The student's face twisted into a cocky grin as he pulled out some kind of tablet from his pockets. They placed it on their arm and a safety strap extended from the bottom to secure it to their arm. "You say my rules?! Fine, punk! We're duelin' Ante! Winner gets to pick a card, straight from the loser's deck! And don't think about trying to back down, Gyahaha!" The student laughed in Hayato's face as he pulled out something from his pocket that looked like handcuffs, only with a cord that's much longer than the regular chain. They tossed it over to Hayato and it latched onto his Duel Disk before he could react. The Dark Dorm student chained the other end of the thing to his own Duel Disk, making them both stuck to each other. "Gyahaha! This bad boy right here won't come loose 'till the duel's over! Oh, and it has another surprise. I'm sure you'll love it, Gyahaha!" The Dark Dorm student continued to laugh maliciously, activating his own Duel Disk before Hayato could. An unsteady, gray beam of solid light sprang out from its front. The academy didn't hand out Solid Vision disks to students, so it was a strange sight. Not only that but the unstable, spiky beam suggested it was custom built.
Mini Colonel was only giving quick glances to the cards and tossed the useless ones on the floor. They didn't look to have any respect for the cards, even after a small pile had amassed. The older student didn't look like he was going to bother anyone else, but then they heard a chair being slid up next to them. The male turned his head to see the same blonde pansy from before stare at him with a dumb grin. The Dark Dorm slowly relaxed the muscles in his leg and let the chair hit the floor, throwing an intimidating stare at Leander all the while. Either the kid was too dumb to notice or genuinely felt no fear, since it didn't have much effect. "Who said you could sit next to me, kid?" The student calmly asked their question. Only a split second passed between that statement and what happened next. The older Dark Dorm had grabbed Leander by the collar of his uniform and was hoisting him up into the air, being quite a fair bit taller. If it wasn't for the chair, he'd probably be choking.

"You've. Got. Guts." The Dark Dorm student slowly told them this while balling their other hand up into a fist. "I'd get out of my sight. For your safety, you know?" Mini Colonel continued, but didn't actually release Leander. The blue haired male smirked. "Wait, you can't. Too bad. Tell you what, kid, I'm in a good mood. If you just scram when I release you and don't provoke me further, I won't make your body resemble a Marshmallon." Right after warning Leander the Dark Dorm student kicked away the chair under him, leaving the boy suspended in mid-air. After a few seconds he let Leander go, making the boy fall a short distance with no real way to regain balance. Leander landed on his behind with the blue-haired student still towering over him. "Now scram kid," the Dark Dorm barked at Leander, then sank back into the chair. They calmly kicked back in it again, finishing off the last pack he hadn't looked through yet.
@Shadow007 Hold it! Interest severely piqued. As a fan of Ace Attorney I have no objections your honour!

ftfy.

Also, how would an AA RP work? Trials would be rather hard to simulate in RP form.
For some reason I'm really shy about asking for one of these, I feel like I sound like an ass

I'm interested. How do you request one? Do we just leave a post here with the request or do we PM you? And with contacting, do you mean PMs through the guild or some sort of messenger?
Fixed @Ammokkx

Edited mentions don't work.
@Ariamis Sure I can do that. I'll read whose posted since landing and list it for ya.

Okay so I've gone though the posts and listed where I think everyone is. Any errors feel free to point them out.

List of Character Locations:

Oi. Serah landed.
Updated the description on some of the Tower's locations and added a bit more details in the opening paragraph. If anything is still unclear, tell me so I can edit it.

Sorry, your response seemed rather heated and I don't want to push you if you were upset.

Anyway, I found the post you mentioned and I can argue that it is rather vague. I can imagine there being a lot of tables around the school and Earth Dorm members at several of them. So, the table that the Dark Dorm guy is at could be nearby or it could be in another section of the building. So I can justify their lack of response by saying that it didn't happen near them on that account. Then again, you can argue that I never specified that Amelia didn't sit close to the shop. But that this point, Vance and I have already ignored it, so responding might be a bit... awkward. Until something else happens that might draw their attention.

Though, that might break your immersion since I always add mentions. To me, that is the polite thing to do, since it lets others know you replied, and helps them out if they have to be away for an extended period of time for whatever reason, especially if they don't get rid of the notification.

But, we all have our own opinions in the end so do what you think is best.

I think people may be a little confused about the Duel Tower's architecture.

It's a circular skyscraper without hallways for the most part. There's a door connecting to a hub are which has elevators and a stairwell, that's it. Most rooms are one-piece. So there's no way to ignore it, since he came through practically the ONLY door there is. There is no 'other' section. It's one piece. The only ones that have hallways are the underground floors since they're not limited to the same restrictions, they have more space to build. The arenas have hallways built INTO the audience seats so you could get to the arenas, and every seat in the building is built amongst the wall and up into a sky. (Think GX Duel Academy audience seats and class seats)

If you guys want me to, I'll update the description of the tower to be a little more specific on that point.

Onto the other thing.

I mentioned that you should read every post because if you did, you don't need mentions. Missing someone can be resolved with a quick edit in 90% of the cases. If you think it's polite, great! I'm not against it if you DO it, I just don't want to do it myself. I still would like to request you read every post, though, since they're all important to making this story one whole. Also my reply was heated because, well... I converse like that IRL too. Makes me come off angrier than I actually am sometimes, whoops. Sorry if you got that impression.

In regards to the event, well... Not really much I'm able to do about it now. I'm not going to force you to participate in it, but a mention it at least happened near you would be nice.
