PLOT Freedom fighter, "V", along with his twenty year old daughter, Vivian, were inmates at the infamous "Larkhill Detention Centre", one of the worst of many concentration camps where political prisoners, are exterminated by Britain's new fascist regime, Norsefire. While there, they were part of a group of prisoners who are subjected to horrific medical experiments, conducted by Dr. Delia Surridge, involving artificially-designed hormone injection. Lewis Prothero is the camp's commandant, and a priest, Father Lilliman, is at the camp to lend spiritual support. All prisoners who were injected, soon died, except of "the pair in room five" ("V" in Roman numerals). Although there is nothing physically wrong with them, Dr. Surridge theorizes that their minds had been warped by the experimentation. Still, their actions seem to maintain a twisted logic to them. The experiments actually yield some beneficial results: developing Olympic-level reflexes, increased strength, and incredibly expanded mental capacity; becoming geniuses in the fields of explosives, martial arts, philosophy, literature, politics, computer hacking, and chemistry. Over time, the man was allowed to grow roses for camp officials. He eventually starts taking surplus ammonia-based fertilizer back to his and Vivian's cell and arranges it in bizarre, intricate patterns on the floor. He then takes a large amount of grease solvent from the gardens. In secret, he uses the fertilizer and solvent to make mustard gas. On a stormy night on Nov. 5th, he detonates the homemade bomb and they both escape the cell. The mustard gas used to make the bomb struck Vivian in the left eye, making it completely white while her whole cheek is covered in burns. The camp is evacuated and closed down. He adopts the new identity, "V", and wears a Guy Fawkes mask and black costume. Vivian had luxurious dark brown locks cascading past her shoulders and thick curled ends. She covers her cheek burns with a rubber prosthetic cheek, wears a fully black feminine half-faced mask covering the left side of her face and an off-the-shoulder corset top with a black mini skirt, lace trim, an attached organza bustle, red rose accent, matching black fingerless fishnet glovelettes, and black fishnet thigh high stockings with lace top elastics with calf high heel boots. They spend the next five years planning their revenge on the Norsefire government, building their secret base, which Vivian calls the "Shadow Gallery". He leads her to a rooftop to watch his destruction of the Old Bailey criminal court building, accompanied by fireworks and the 1812 Overture. Inspector Finch, Scotland Yard's chief of police, is given the task of investigating the "V family" activities, seriel killings, bombings, and terrorist attacks. Vivian urges the people of Britain to rise up against their government and meet them in one year, on November 5, outside the Houses of Parliament, which V promises to destroy. The police are determined to capture the V family. Play as a Police Officer, Detective, or a Civilian. Play as a canon like V, Evey, or others.
