If you're not trying to romance the Pokemon, what's the fucking point?

Can't help but read 'woah' as a regular 'wuh', but 'whoa' as a deep, masculine 'HOO-AH!'

That's patently untrue. I planted some potassium the other day, and no matter how much I watered it, all I got was explosions.

SHUSH YOU I HAD DIBS ON VAKARLON.

@Rtron Formal request, though, can I have dibs on Vakarlon's ending? I think I can get some use from it and tie it into the unresolved (albeit not particularly important) conflict between Jvan and Vulamera.

Vestec still needs to clean up Vakarion and Daegon.

Unless anyone else has plans for them?

Vakarlon's a god of fire, isn't he? I think I'll use him for central heating.

It's winter and all I can think about is the cold and how cranky it gets me.

(but yeah I can fix up a plan for him it sounds like a fun project)
For reasons which are obvious, this should NOT be a collab. We should play it, for the most part, like normal play-by-post roleplaying, like we did for Turn 1.

Standard play-by-post takes far longer and can't be structured as easily. Obviously we can't have a chaotic free-for-all of a collab. We probably won't even be able to do set order. But that doesn't have to be a problem. If we can agree on a format, like a single-writer introduction followed by a discrete sequence of respects which each character pays, spending a paragraph or so on, and then steps back, then the order we move in doesn't matter.

The afterparty then breaks up into separate posts and chitchats and minor (major?) smitings and whatever. The gathering at the start could go the same way. The more thinly we split it between posts, the more broken-up it's going to feel. Which may not be a problem outside of the central idea, which is meant to be a single event.

Ed: Unless we do actually want it to descend into chaos from start to finish, which is fair, honestly.
Lifprasil literally just wants to help people.

Is that so much to ask? ;-;

yes

Everybody should be miserable. All the time. Like high school.

I didn't think about it this way because so few roleplays remove inactive characters in such a story-consistent way rather than just tiptoe around them.

Given that our dead characters are actually plot-dead, though, and not just in limbo, I think @Vec has a bloody good idea. Let's have a funeral.

Ed: Only problem is organisation. If really all the gods are there, then that is a HUGE collab in numbers terms. We should probably keep the send-off relatively short, with potential side conversations at the event between smaller clusters of characters.

Considering that this is their first social gathering since turn one, just putting all the gods together in the same room may have tremendous consequences depending on what they say to one another, who gets established as a friend or rival.

Ed ed: I propose we build a memorial and the attending characters each choose to add something to it.

@Antarctic Termite What is this witchcraft!?

A bad phone connection is what, but make no mistake, you guys deserve both of those. The Craftmaidens cycle is a fabulous read.
Culture is a good potential domain to explore for prospective mortal-involved demigods. Defined as the diversity of ways that mortals do things- Culture (Revelry), Culture (Courtship), Culture (Religion), Culture (Family)- There's a lot to be explored, since Ilunabar and Amartia are the only really culture-involved gods we have now (Ilu has done a lot, though!).

And a lot of potential free points saved when customising cities.
when did I write this? the context has already moved on
On another note, I wouldn't really call Divinus a mid/high advanced RP. Have you seen mid/high advanced? Those guys go crazy with the articulation and description of things. I'd say we're more of a low/borderline mid-advanced.

Who would marry Amartía, my man would be cheating during the ceremony.
